I thought that was very nice because I can see that she's busy. Once I finally placed my order, I walked to the counter, and the manager came right over with my lemonade and asked if I placed the order that was on the screen. That was fast! So I sat down to wait for the rest of my order and sip my lemonade. Amazing! Way better than the Del Taco strawberry lemonade I had last night. Then I ate a french fry. Crispy on the outside, airy and hot on the inside, just like I like them. They could use a little bit more salt, but my blood pressure can't so I'm good there. Then I bit into my market fresh roast turkey and Swiss sandwich. It's pretty good, but my bread-to-meat ratio is off. That alone is enough to go from a 5 to a 4 in my book. But what made it drop down to a 3 is the condition of the lobby area. Even the nice lady I spoke to earlier made the same comment. It doesn't smell like a dirty wash rag but there's debris all over the floor as well as a lot of wet areas with a caution sign. I had to wipe down my own table.
