first of all, I never come to Arby's. The idea of shaved roast beef sandwiches kind of grosses me out. But I stopped here because I'm getting my oil changed at the Midas right next-door. I initially walked past here to get to the McDonald's on the other side, but the McDonald's lobby smells like an old dirty mop. Not appetizing at all. So I decided to give Arby's a try since my family and I recently talked about other options here besides shaved roast beef. I'm met a very nice woman in the lobby with her son, so that helped put me in a good mood. I placed my order through the app so I could use the three dollar off coupon, and the manager checked on me periodically to see if she can help me. I thought that was very nice because I can see that she's busy. Once I finally placed my order, I walked to the counter, and the manager came right over with my lemonade and asked if I placed the order that was on the screen. That was fast! So I sat down to wait for the rest of my order and sip my lemonade. Amazing! Way better than the Del Taco strawberry lemonade I had last night. Then I ate a french fry. Crispy on the outside, airy and hot on the inside, just like I like them. They could use a little bit more salt, but my blood pressure can't so I'm good there. Then I bit into my market fresh roast turkey and Swiss sandwich. It's pretty good, but my bread-to-meat ratio is off. That alone is enough to go from a 5 to a 4 in my book. But what made it drop down to a 3 is the condition of the lobby area. Even the nice lady I spoke to earlier made the same comment. It doesn't smell like a dirty wash rag but there's debris all over the floor as well as a lot of wet areas with a caution sign. I had to wipe down my own table. I stopped in here to get hubby a French dip an me c chicken sandwich. Order total came to $21. I got home only to find the French dip was not in the bag! I called. the young lady said I thought there was something wrong with that order as I had a French dip sitting here! said bring your receipt back with you or you can come later. I said that was hubby's dinner! she said sorry bring your receipt an can I get you anything else. I said I would appreciate another small fry so he can have hot fries with his sandwich. she said ok just tell them when you get here. I did. the young guy at window said manager said no there was a free sandwich in the bag an thats enough! free??? Thats the sandwich I paid for! Ok fast food world, ARBY's yum-zerrrrs unite! O-m-g we found an Arby's! Devoid of fast food in my life by conscious choice, I nostalgia-ed with family to choice of choices, say..simple not too bad for you beef and cheddar and fries galore! I would 5/5 it but because it is fast food (slow food is likely better), 4/5 is a 5/5. It's analogous to rootbeer floats at a&w and frosty's at wendy's just because. But wait! Arby's sandwiches are actually good! And so are rootbeer floats and frostys. My wife is not a fan of Arby's food, and since money is usually in short supply, we don't visit Arby's as often as I would like. I, on the other hand, love me some Arby's. I was especially in love with their Pepper Sauce, back in the day - and recently found that they had it again (or something similar). Love their curly fries and typically feel that service and food quality rivals other local Fast Food establishments. 4 stars because they are a great choice, but lack the uniqueness that sets them above all others. read more

We used to be a fan of Arby's but after a few days ago we stopped eating at Arby's. We waited a couple minutes for our food. We found a nice table to sit in. When we started eating our food, it was like normal. Curly fries, crispy chicken sandwiches, mozzarella cheese sticks, and potato cakes. After a few hours, we left. When our family got in the car, our stomachs hurt. We thought it was just hurting for a few minutes, but we were wrong.We couldn't sleep until 11:00PM, and so we learned not to go to Arby's anymore. It was okay and we might give it another shot but that's not really going to happen in a few years! :-) read more

Utter crap. Terrible reheated food , slow service, but that will not stop the masses from eating here . Take an extra 5 minutes and support local business. It might cost you 2$ more but at least you aren't shoveling garbage in your mouth. read more

I would really dig Arby's IF the food you paid for resembled in anyway the promise shown on the menu. I know, I know it's staged BUT they charge a lot for fast food and it's slow as heck and looks smashed, and under proportioned. I always feel like I've been robbed when I eat there. Much improved in the past year. While not changing the outside of the building much, the inside of this location has been updated. More importantly, the variety of the food, consistency of the food, and value is better than before. Arby's now appeals to a broader age group. read more

We tried their new "sliders", choosing the corned beef and the chicken. We would not choose them again. The Arby's web site shows the slider on a split top looking bun and describes the bun as not mushy. They also describe the sandwich as being in special boxes. What we received were two sandwiches in boxes, and two wrapped in paper. Both were on what I would describe as soft dinner rolls, exactly the kind of mushy white bread that was desclaimed on the Arby's site. The sandwiches were lukewarm at best, not approaching hot. Cheese was cool enough to be gluey. Disappointing. read more
