Don't visit this McDonald's. Its bad! Ordered using the mobile app. Sat in the drive thru, literally stuck (curbed drive thru!) for 25min! Cars at the end of the drive thru were leaving. I called the restaurant asking what the hold up was. She said they are short staffed. If you can't handle half a dozen customers at 10pm, then close early. I finally got to the window and asked for a refund. Lady didnt like it, but too bad. It took more time to get a refund. No apologies. No one working there cared about the service they provided. I won't ever go back to this location. The manager should have came outside and communicated to the customers and directed the customers to leave the drive thru and wait in parking spots. It's incredible but true that the world's slowest McDonalds drive thru is located on Crooks and M59. Nice people, but unbelievable how slow it can be. Doesn't matter the time, morning coffee and muffin, slow. Night time snack or late dinner. 25 minutes in the drive thru. It's always slower than molasses in winter. I don't expect great food, but decent food fast is your business model and this location falls way short. Pay your people better, hire more of them or train them - please! read more

I can in today just for a coffee and to use the wifi to get some work done while I waited inline for the Secretary of State. McDonald's has really elevated their atmosphere! I actually enjoyed getting my work done here and the staff was extremely friendly and had great smiles. The manager came around and even asked if I was having a good day. Typically I use Starbucks for my office space. The music here at McDonald's wasn't as loud and it was a quieter atmosphere in general. It was nice to have a table to use and spread out on. The coffee is definitely a step up from generic coffee, but I wouldn't say it is amazing. Definitely worth the price. But they told me I would have to go sit and drive-through again behind another 15 cars. I get to the speaker the cashier can't find the mobile order and tells me to pull around I get to the cashier's window she still can't find the order tells me to pull around. the A.I robot consistently changes\deletes items off your order as you re ordering. the pay windo w attendee partically repeats your order to make sure youre paying for the correct one. then you either get short changed on a fry or a drink every time. when you ask for what you ordered the female manager makes it out like youre trying to rip off McdonaldsMcdonalds of a med fry or drink after you just spent 51.00$ at the pay windowwindow for an order that you placed correctly. thier robot screws up the order and the manager blames you for thier problem. they also walk your food out in the cold in the drive through to make it seem like theyre providing great service according to thier stupid drive thru timer. went thru the drive through today 4-7-2024 at around 6pm. for the last time, ill never be backback, on top of being accused of trying to steal a medium fry, the food was horribly prepared. ill supply a picture, 5 drinks ordered, only 3 were as ordered. this place is really bad. so if sloppily made sanwiches, wrong drinks and being accused of trying to steal fries is your thing, this place is for you read more

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Hands. Down. If I could give no stars... I would. I usually don't go to McDonalds but my son was hungry and we were early for my husbands appointment so we went in hoping to burn time. While we decided what to order, we waited. And waited. And waited. The woman at the counter who was serving the man in front of us had NO clue what she was doing and couldn't put his order in right to save her life. We waited so long that the man behind us left. Finally, when we did get to order, this is what we asked for. 1 sausage, egg, and cheese meal with coffee, black 1 breakfast burrito meal with a coffee, black 1 hot cakes and sausage. 1 cinnamon oatmeal. 1 small orange juice. 1 bottle water Did they get it right the first time? Nope. We sat down and I noticed we were missing the second burrito. I went back to the counter and the woman questioned whether she put it on there or not. She finally got the second burrito that was sitting there under the lamp the whole time and gave it to me with a bad attitude. I sat down again and noticed that we were short a hash brown. Got up. Told the woman what we were missing and she again gave me a bad attitude as she handed me the hash brown. I didn't have to do this twice... I had to get up and down FIVE different times. The last time was when my daughter said her oatmeal was wrong. I had had enough. I went up to the counter and spoke with the manager WHO DIDNT DO ANYTHING AT ALL. No apology. No nothing. One of the busiest fast food places I've been to due to it's location. Massive drive thru line around lunch and the inside is pretty packed because it's in a business district. However, it still earns the 5 stars because the service is great. There are so many staff members in the back to control the amounts of customers that come through. The screen that shows when your order comes up is really helpful, as well as the 2-3 cash registers that are available upon arrival during the lunch rush. read more

I just left this McDonald's drive thru after being spoken to very rudely. I tried to order a sausage burrito meal and the employee explained they don't offer it as a meal anymore and would have no way to ring it up. I order this very often from a different location. In fact, I ended up stopping at a different location and they were able to offer the meal with no question. I understand that each location differs, however he had burritos, hash browns and soda... so a reasonable person would have offered to still sell it but it wouldn't be at the "meal" price. Hey guys. As you can see by my profile picture the booth we sat at was a tragic MESS. There we NO fries in our LARGE so clearly you would think bcuz we paid more they would give us why we deserve. But aparantley....they don't give their custamers what they deserve.........they pushed me down, SAT ON ME, and put my head in the frieyer. 10/10 NOT RECCOMEND. The worker told us that we could expand the ketchup cups so we could fit more ketchup in them. But as you can ONCE AGAIN SEE BY MY PROFILE PICTURE, the ketchup started spilling out evahrywere. They are pretty stingy on the ice cream sundaes and cones. The sundaes are never topped off and end 2/3 of the way up the cup. The cones aren't swirled properly and are very lopsided, and aren't swirled to their normal height at all. They are made better when you go through their drive through at night and so that's what I am comparing too. Unfortunate i have to go down their at night to get the right serving of ice cream. There are 2 restaurants here: the service is, quite literally, night and day. There's the fast and friendly McDonald's of the day, where employees smile, process your order quickly, and genuinely seem to care. But then there is the night time Mr. Hyde to the daytime Dr. Jekyll. I've had multiple instances where I'm the only person in the drive through and my order will take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. It's quite clear that my presence is an unwelcome annoyance and a distraction from the goofing around and hanging out that was taking place before my arrival.
