I ate inside. Everything is serve yourself. No one at counter until you name is called. Tables need wiping and trash need to be emptied. I got there at 5:05 pm. so trash must be from lunch time. Half the time I go to this Taco Bell something is either missing or the order is wrong. Tired of biting into food I didn't order.

I ordered 3 items A beef chalupa supreme 2 soft shell taco supremes AI took my order not a person but on the screen it was correct I pull away one soft shell taco is missing so I pull back in line order again.. get home -I'm starving and sick (flu maybe ) I received a black bean chalupa supreme (didn't know that was a thing ) I said beef not bean and I'm ticked ... and the receipt reflects that ..and one of my tacos the one that got missed and I had to go back for was crunchy not soft Imagine being excited to eat something and it's all messed up. Very poor service... Even with the automated drive-thru robot, the actual workers all deemed it necessary to stand around and take multiple minutes to answer the window. As soon as they moseyed on over to answer the window, they took about 10 minutes to deliver the food. With no one in front or behind us, throughout this 10-minute window, I thought to myself, there's no way humans can be this bad at their job, only needing to make two items. Maybe they're making it FRESH for me! Nope. Cold, soggy food. On top of that, blonde hairs were all in the Nacho Fries, and minimal to no meat was in the only other item we ordered. With no acknowledgment of the elongated, simple tasks of preparing and bringing food to a window, I knew it was their poor ability to work. Wow if I thought my previous experiences dealing with wrong orders and poor customer service were bad at this location, the ultimate happened. I was forced to use an AI bot to place my drive through order which not only didn't understand my order but had incorrect information said was out of the fries which wasn't true, and only then someone came on to save me from the wasted time I spent. Oh and they were also out of the chicken nuggets which would have been nice to know on the app when I checked previously, at least inform people they are "sold out". I asked the checkout employee, whom most likely was a teenager, when they'd be back, she rudely and in an attitudey voice said "when they are back in stock". How is that helpful? And like just be kind? The food was extremely stale which I guess is expected after 7 pm, I cannot imagine what it tastes like at 4 am. This is literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. A couple weeks ago, I was here with my boyfriend who ordered a mexican pizza that ended up being so rotten, you could smell the funk of it in the car before he ate it. They never get a simple order right, always missing items, food is rarely fresh. I made a Yelp account just to speak my mind about this Taco Bell location! Today was the last time I will ever go there. The chalupa was rock hard and stale and the nacho cheese was half full with the container melted into it that left a disgusting crusty appearance (see photo below). Do not eat here, drive three miles farther to the one on Rochester road. The only good thing about this location is the guy (I think he is a manager) that makes you fresh food when you call and tell Him how bad they messed up your order, but who has time to drive back up there? Don't eat at this location. It's the equivalent of a marriage going right down the crapper. You know...neither person listening to what the other is saying so communication is non-existent. Waited in line for over 30 minutes today to be turned away because they couldn't keep up with online orders and only accepting people who pre ordered online that were picking up. I have given them many chances recently and usually have no problem waiting in line because I know times are hard right now and places are short staffed but today was horrible. I assumed it was just like any other time there so I waited in line at least 30 minutes to get to the speaker to order only to be told we had to leave. They should have put signs up on the doors and windows stated that they were only open for pick up orders that were placed online or close down the drive thru so people don't wait in line for that long to get turned away. The first time the drive thru was a bit slow but I wasn't in a hurry and....they still make my favorite from the secret menu, The Enchirito! Although no olives on top I enjoy these a lot. Also ordered the new nacho fries for a buck and asked for well done, soggy the first time. Not a big Taco Bell fan but was starving after the gym. Waited in a long 25 min line, ordered 3 chicken quesadillas w NO jalapeño sauce. Told them 3 times while i ordered, and even had the woman at the window check, which she didn't. She just stayed the window. Anyways, all 3 had jalapeño sauce. Had to drive 20 mins back, for the manager Scott to ask if we're allergic to it?! Why does it matter if we're allergic, we ordered it without it. Normally i don't write reviews, but i've had 3 bad experiences. 1st, i was refused service bc my friend called an employee "Jim". I'm not sure why everyone got defensive but even the manager got involved. The second time I asked for a Baja blast and he looked at me and shut the window. The third time I came to the restaurant at 11o'clock I waited 20 minutes and I know they closed at 12. whenever I was second in line to order they put up a sign saying they close at 11:30. The current time was 11: 20 and I was behind a car whos order was not taken until 11:29. whenever I got to the window it was 11:29 and they waited until 11:31 to tell me they would not take my order. I can't believe the visit I had on Monday. 1st I walked in to find food spilled all in the entrance. I dined in for 30 minutes and the food remained on the floor after a few of us notified the staff. I had to clean my own table, all of them were dirty, some had used napkins left on them. Went to get sauce and only had mild. All the other trays were empty. I told the young lady behind the counter, jut she never came to refill them. They were not that busy either! I had to go back to the front to ask for it. Does management of this Taco Bell even know that it is considered a laughing-stock. In my circle of friends it is simply known as "The World's Slowest Taco Bell" or my preference "Taco Hell". If you see two or three cars in the drive thru as you arrive, keep driving! Vegas oddsmakers would say you have incredible odds to drive to another TB, eat and make it home in the time it would have taken just to get your food at this location. As well as being slow the food quality is poor. Yes, I understand it's Taco Bell but in comparison there always seems to be something wrong. This Taco Bell is a great location and way too convenient for us. We're here quite often. The front desk staff are always on top of things and are sure to input your order correctly. Food is always prepared as expected and delivered within reasonable time. Just be sure they hear your name clearly when they ask. Our only complaint is that they don't (as of mid-2018) have change tables in either bathroom which we think is odd because there were a lot of families that came and went as we sat and ate our food today. If they added those (in the men and women's bathrooms) this spot would easily get 5/5. read more
