Moved to Michigan, decided to try local Jet's pizza. NY style 14" pie with pepperoni and anchovies, delicious!!!!! just like east coast pizza!!! Great crust, cheese, sauce and toppings. Will definitely go back read more

This is the 4th time in the past 6 months that we have received the wrong pizza. My husband went up there and when he got home realized it wasn't our pizza. When we called and asked for them to deliver it, they said they couldn't. Talked to a manager and he wanted to charge us to deliver. It's a joke! We won't be ordering from this location anymore!! It used to be good, but they have gone downhill lately.... read more

We ordered two pizzas from this location and waited inside for it to be prepared. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean, orderly, and organized. Our pizzas came out fresh and tasted delicious. We'll be back soon! read more

Hadn't been to this location in quite a while - I live halfway between 2 locations! A very generous coupon brought me back. Small anti pasta salad - small 4 corner pie - added Italian sausage, onions, banana peppers. All was great easy over phone order - all employees were excellent! read more

Pizza is always made right and is fresh and warm , never had any issues!! Service is fast

This is the Shelby location. I don't live near this Jets but it's pretty much the only one I go to. They just aha e mastered how to cook there food. It's always perfectly cooked. Staff is nice and place is clean. Perfect read more

Horrible service! Answered the phone at 9:30 and says, sorry we're closed. I'm next door and walk in, hours are until 10, they're cleaning up and the jerk at the front acts surprised and tells me we're not taking anymore orders. You're still open, your hours decal says you're open! I will never give this location another dollar!! read more

Jet's Pizza - You can see the extra space in the box - Pizza Near Me - Shelby Township, Michigan

Manager hung up on me when I said screw you after he only offered me a 3$ discount after I told him I had been waiting for my pizza for over an hour after I was told it would be delivered. read more

I order jet 10 with anchovy and got home there were only 2 pieces of anchovy. I call told them they argued with customers n said they have to follow procedures. Never said sorry or waive the anchovy cost. This is 1st time order from this location. Never order here or recommend to anyone. Very bad customer service. read more

overall okay jets. will not be back after last visit, ordered and paid online and was made to pay again at pickup. very disorganized considering I've never been able to order online without paying, do better. Jets is good but it is not $36 for a large pizza good ($18x2) I'll just go to guidos or whatupdough from now on as I know I wont be double charged. read more

Food is Good but everyone at this Jets has An attitude type and the management there is honestly TERRIBLE. They don't know how to run a business properly. Very Toxic work place too. I walk in there to pick up my order and I hear most of them swearing at each other INCLUDING THE ADULTS. Arguing 24/7. Learn how to run a business properly!!! CORPORATE FIX THIS! read more

I ordered a pizza here and they messed it up, which isn't a big deal, but the way the manager handled it was rude and unnecessary. He blamed me for their mistake and then refused to remake the food or give a refund. His only two options were to add raw ingredients to the cooked pizza that they forgot to add, or give a single dollar credit to my next order. They forgot ingredients on the pizza and then acted like they didn't know how to read the order lol read more

It's "What's for dinner tonight " If your eating OR SERVING Pizza,...... IT BETTER BE JET'S... I'm away for the winter, I dream of "JET'S" There are None in the West !!! So, So, So Sad.....wish I could bring some to Southern Ca. read more

Before I even try the pizza this location gets an automatic one star. Sitting in the parking lot watching employees making pizza behind the counter one with mask half down the other one with no mask on at all. What's the point? Complete disregard for personal safety and customer safety. Now the delivery person walks in from outside with no mask right behind the counter to get pizza. Probably no point in writing this review as the franchise owner will never see this. read more

Updating my previous review! We've been going to this jets since we moved to the area in the summer everything was great until these last 2 deliveries. This time we got a soggy sandwich, and a cold weird tasting pizza. They also forgot the ranch with our order. We also ordered buffalo wings where we the only thing good about our order... I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt from New Year's eve but it hasn't gotten better so definitely giving jets a break for a while. read more

As I'm new to this area, this was my first time ordering from this Jet's. On recommendation from my son, I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza. This was the best bbq chicken pizza I've ever had. Loaded with toppings, it was hot when delivered and so good I would even describe it as succulent. I ordered the large size so I could freeze most of it and be able to enjoy it throughout the week. Try this Jet's and this pizza!! You'll be glad you did! read more

Very disappointed the Shelby Twp location doesn't honor coupons. I bought the Entertainment Book and was just told they won't honor the coupon I was going to use if they are delivering the pizza. Needless to say, I cancelled my order. What difference does it make whether you deliver or if I pick up the pizza? The on-site manager on 1/19 was the one that said they won't accept the coupon. read more

This staff is AWSOME the pies are alwys top notch, delivery food is just like it came out of the oven. For YEARS I've been happy, and the make-over inside you can dine in or carry out, BEST pizza in town read more

The best jets I've ever been to. First of all I have to give my hat off to the staff and owners. They really know how to treat you as soon as you step foot in the door or even when ordering over the phone. The way they keep their place clean is remarkable. And the staff is a riot! Great people who make even better pies! The pizza is amazing everytime. Have never complained and I don't think I ever will! I order from here about two times a week. Love these guys. Also order the cinn a sticks for dessert! Wow! read more

Ordered for contactless delivery. Put "leave on porch" in the instructions. Driver wanted me to sign receipt AND the driver was not wearing a mask!!! Now that's been on my mind for several days. How could you advertise that I would be safe and the driver doesn't even wear a mask. Shame on you, not happy at all! read more

meant to order the BBQ chicken online but order the garlic chicken(comes with stuff that does not go good with BBQ) with BBQ sauce on accident. Shortly after they called me because the order sounded funny. Good looking out! Nothing beats the deep dish BBQ chicken. read more

Thin crust with pepperoni and jalapeno was excellent! Never had a bad experience. Always great pizza and subs.

I have never had a bad experience here. The pizza is always just perfect and by far my favorite in the area. With that said, my issue clearly isn't with the food but the complete disregard of proper mask wearing during a pandemic. Every-single-time I have picked up my pizza, I witness maybe 2 employees wearing it correctly, if at all. The majority of people making food either have it on their chin or not on at all. It's more than frustrating. You're working with peoples food! I get it. It's hot. I hate it also and have a job that gets hot. But my mask is on every single day all day and only comes off at lunch! Management needs to step up majorly with this issue. Thank you to the employees that have consistantly done the right thing. I want to be able to have trust that when I go into local businesses that I know they are following basic safety measures during a pandemic. IF YOU HAVE A SIGN REQUIRING MASKS TO BE WORN BY CUSTOMERS THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD FOLLOW THE SAME RULES!! read more

Eh, served old slices of pizza re-heated. I eat jets for lunch regularly and this wasn't up to the jets standard.

I have been to a lot of pizza shops around, but this Jets stands out by far!! It's so clean inside and to me, that reflects on the food. The food taste amazing. Not just the pizza, but the wings, the bread sticks are to die for!! The BBQ chicken pizza is my all time favorite and they hit it on the spot. I will never go to any Jets but this one. I love all of the employees. They make me feel like a part of the family. Thank you guys! read more

I love this Jet's pizza so much!! Not only is it within walking distance of my house, it makes some of the best Jet's Pizza around, and best of all the staff is AWESOME. They are all so sweet and genuinely nice, it's great just stopping in instead of having delivery! The girl at the cash register is always extremely nice and so are the gentlemen who make my pizza/take my order. I never get a chance to tell them how nice they are, so I hope they see this ! read more
