I'm next door and walk in, hours are until 10, they're cleaning up and the jerk at the front acts surprised and tells me we're not taking anymore orders. He blamed me for their mistake and then refused to remake the food or give a refund. His only two options were to add raw ingredients to the cooked pizza that they forgot to add, or give a single dollar credit to my next order. Sitting in the parking lot watching employees making pizza behind the counter one with mask half down the other one with no mask on at all. What's the point? Updating my previous review! We've been going to this jets since we moved to the area in the summer everything was great until these last 2 deliveries. This time we got a soggy sandwich, and a cold weird tasting pizza. They also forgot the ranch with our order. We also ordered buffalo wings where we the only thing good about our order... Very disappointed the Shelby Twp location doesn't honor coupons. I bought the Entertainment Book and was just told they won't honor the coupon I was going to use if they are delivering the pizza. I have never had a bad experience here. The pizza is always just perfect and by far my favorite in the area. With that said, my issue clearly isn't with the food but the complete disregard of proper mask wearing during a pandemic. Every-single-time I have picked up my pizza, I witness maybe 2 employees wearing it correctly, if at all. The majority of people making food either have it on their chin or not on at all. It's more than frustrating. You're working with peoples food! I get it. It's hot. I hate it also and have a job that gets hot. But my mask is on every single day all day and only comes off at lunch! Management needs to step up majorly with this issue. Thank you to the employees that have consistantly done the right thing. I want to be able to have trust that when I go into local businesses that I know they are following basic safety measures during a pandemic. This place has excellent customer service. I just had a negative experience with a different, closer location when I attempted to place a simple pizza delivery order today. I canceled it and decided to call this location instead. I was greeted with friendliness, empathy, and patience. The man I spoke with actively listened to my complaints about the other location and then took my delivery order regardless of the other place being much closer to me. It was nice to speak with such a personable, understanding human being. The estimated wait time is even far less than the other location. I will be giving a big tip to whomever delivers my pizza just bc of the customer service!
