I want to thank Benito's Pizza for going above and beyond in customer service. The pizzeria is within a mile of the hospital where our family had a long day. We placed a late night pizza order, and the owner waited 30 mins after closing for Grub Hub to pick it up. We were grateful for the owner providing outstanding customer service, and being a bright spot during our long day. read more

Great pizza. Cooked well perfect amount of toppings. We eat here regularly and love it.

ordered a pizza there the last couple times because of the Kroger coupons for a large one topping 999 and they were very very good so last Saturday we went back and ordered two more large and I never thought I would complain about there was so much cheese on the pizza I didn't even cook, right was very disappointed through most of it away, but I've had to say out of all the times we went there never had a problem with them and I do think their cheese bread is the best out of all the pizza places read more

As a consistent benito's enjoyer, my local benitos is my favorite place to head to for a delicious deep dish, and a friendly experience. The service is quick, and you definitely will love the environment! read more

the pizza here is fairly good, and years ago i used to love that they would sell by the slice at certain times. tried to go last week in the evening and the worker said the slices ended at 3. i pointed out that the sign in the front says slices are also available 8-11pm on mon-fri, and she just doesn't say anything aside from repeating that slices end at 3. no explanation on if the sign is out of date or no longer accurate. they definitely need to fix the sign if that's the case. read more

Benito's Pizza - sign in storefront. - Pizza Near Me - Commerce Township, Michigan

Just moved to the area and looking for a new pizza place. I have not had Benito's in many years, so I decided to give it a try. We ordered delivery, over the phone. Super quick to place the order, delivery took about an hour, which was expected. Pizza arrived hot! All the toppings were fresh and delicious. We also ordered a Greek salad that was fantastic. All of the lettuce was fresh, as well as the toppings. The cinnamon bread was okay, nothing that great about it. Overall, great pizza, we will be ordering from them again in the future. read more

Generally not friendly and unprofessional. Driver tried to scam more tip money from me. During Pandemic: No employee wore a mask. No signs requiring masks. No markings to keep social distancing. One pen used by all patrons to sign. No hand sanitizer for customers after using their pen. In my opinion that shows no respect for the customer. I'm the idiot for going there over and over. It stops as of today. read more

Phenomenal! Thin crust, extra sauce and extra crispy! Thank you to the beloved Benitos team for coming to work today! We appreciate you! read more

Really good food for cheap, me and my dad have enjoyed Benitos for years and the delivery drivers are always friendly

The food and service was great. Very delicious and good quality. The staff was friendly and worked quickly. They gave me an estimate time of 15 minutes and had my food ready and cooked to perfection within that timeframe. The store is a little small but they had a really cute Christmas tree and the area was clean. There was lots of customers coming and going, the staff handled everyone with respect. I really enjoyed the whole experience and the food was delicious. 10 out of 10. read more

We ordered pizza and it was overcook the crust and the whole bottom of the pizza was so overcooked we couldn't eat it. We ordered extra cheese and the cheese was so overcooked and baked on that we couldn't tell there was cheese on it. When I called the store the manager said she had to talk to the owner and they offered me a $5 credit. I told them no I wanted my pizza remade and she said I can come pick it up. I told her no I paid $5 for delivery and tipped the driver $8 I would like it remade and delivered. She placed me on hold again to talk to the owner and said they can do that but they wanted the pizza back that was originally made. I told the manager absolutely she can have it back. It took a hour to get the pizza and this time is was a little better but they didn't flavor the crust and they left it plain even though we ordered parmesan crust. This is not the first time their food wasn't good. We will not be going back. The food quality is poor and not worth the money. I will drive to the Novi Benito's their the best!!! read more

They use to be my favorite pizza. Ownership change and the quality of the pizza is bad now. Crust undercooked, doughy. topping unevenly distributed, slices cut poorly. Not cut all the way through drastically different size slices. Was not nearly as good as it once was. I believe I just had my last pizza from this Benito's after 15 years. Very disappointed. read more

You did one hell of a job tonight. Toppings to the edge. What crust edge had flavoring. And a nic e lvl of sauce. PLZ KEEP MAKING IT THAT WAY!! I would tip the cook a $10, but I don't believe it will keep that way. Prove me wrong plz read more

You guys are awesome, I arrived over an hour late for our carry out and you made us a fresh order. Not expected in anyway but my employees and I appreciated it very much. read more

I used to work at this particular Benito's when they first opened, things happened, I no longer work there but no hard feelings. A few months ago I really wanted some Benito's, so we order some kind of deep dish, can't remember exactly what kind, when we got it delivered we actually knew the guy. When we started eating the pizza it was really doughy and that is why I debated getting a deep dish. I let the owner Sarah know and appreciated I said something. Last night we had a few buds over and wanted some pizza, he ordered Benito's, Bacon and Feta on one and just plain pepperoni on the other. LET ME TELL YOU!!! BEST Bacon and Feta Pizza we had all ever eaten!!! I HIGHLY recommend this Benito's and there Bacon & Feta. But the pizzas were round so can't say if they have fixed the doughy deep dish dilemma! read more

$1.50 Deep Dish lunch slices 11-3p everyday. I stop here often and grab lunch. This store is clean with tables and a flat screen if you want to dine in. The workers and manager are always cool laid back and quick to serve you some of the best pizza I've ever tried. Thanks guys for the awesome service read more

This place can't get anything right. Last two times we've ordered, they've gotten it wrong.

Placed an order online and waited almost 2 hours. Call to see about the status of my order only to be told that some time there online ordering doesn't work! Why offer a service that may not work!!! read more

The new owners, Sarah and her mother, took over this pizza place with no prior experience. After a short learning curve (everybody deserves a break while they're getting started, right?), they are doing a great job. The newly remodeled lobby looks very nice, the place is always clean as a whistle, and customer service keeps getting better and better. A real nice touch is that who ever takes your phone order always reads it back to you to make sure it's exactly right. I have never had a bad experience with this Benito's and I highly recommend them. Keep up the great job you're doing! read more

This Benito's is amazing! The pizza is always made to my liking! I don't live within their delivery guidelines but will pick up because of how delicious it is! They have gluten free pizza which is a plus!! The Benito bread is by far THE BEST cheesy bread in town!! I have Benito's pizza cater my holiday parties by ordering a BIG Benito which is always a hit! Staff is adequate, hold times are not long, and they are always in uniform and courteous! The venue is clean. Highly recommended! read more

Good pizza but lazy people. This is the 3rd or 4th time on a Friday I've called a little before 11 and they purposely do not answer their phones. Also be weary when ordering online with your card because I've heard numbers of accounts where fraudulence has been traced back to this business specifically. read more

I usually order pick-up and the pizza is always good. Unfortunately today I ordered delivery and it's been two hours and still no pizza. When I called the girl said it should be here any minute(that was 20 mins ago). Get it together.. read more

Ever since the new owners have taken over my order is almost always wrong. Whomever that takes orders is confused and you have to repeat it about 3 times. Then when I get my order it's still wrong. Also they have switched to a bottled ranch and it tastes very bitter. Even my 3 year old who loves ranch said it was gross and won't eat it. I have been ordering from here for years but I'm going to have to give up on them. read more

I have to agree with Cody. Fast service, lots of toppings. One of two good choices in the same area. Approx 45 minute delivery

Great pizza and service. Slices are not available regularly. I always pick up. Let's not get carried away with stars here guys.

Really good pizza. I used to go to Benito's after school (Northern) and get a slice, they don't cost much. Deep Dish is best. This place is superior to the chain pizza places around the area. read more

Nope. No more chances. This place has proven repeatedly that they can not get a simple order right. If you like to be surprised this is the place for you. read more

First time ordering from Benitos and had a good experience. Wait was about 40 minutes. Ordered online and they got everything correct. Maybe the other reviews were based on someone on the phone getting it wrong, but ordering online went fine. Delivery guy was great, food was hot, and not too long a wait for a Friday night. I do wish they would put some seasoning (salt, oregano, etc) in their sauce but the thin pizza crust was great. Can't get many non-thick crust pizzas around here so I was glad to see that on the menu. Add some seaaoning to the sauce and this will be my go to pizza from now on. read more

Have been buying pizza at Commerce Benitos since they opened. Have never gotten a bad pizza, until today. They have always been our number one choice for carryout pizza. Ordered Deep Dish Big Meal. They had forgotten banana peppers the last time I ordered there. I called in at the time so they could note it for my next order. Today I asked for them to add the peppers to correct the error from last time. The employee seemed to understand. I got charged for them again. Okay, a mistake, maybe the employee is new. We got the pizza home and found that although I had requested extra sauce, and it was on the order slip, there was pretty much no sauce. I have always especially liked Benitos sauce. Their deep dish crust is usually excellent. Today, very flat and undercooked. I could make allowance if they were very busy, but it was not busy. I am very disappointed. I can't order Benitos pizza again. read more
