I'm not sure what that smell was when I walked in. Kinda like opening a long forgotten refrigerator in the Sahara. I'm not sure when the place was last cleaned. It was lunch time but my order was delayed because the oven was off! I don't think they thought anyone would actually order. I know ... I know... you're thinking did you actually order? I did I wasn't spending my own money on this and I wanted to see how bad it got. Besides it was interesting to see the poor girl trying to figure out how to enter my order. I don't think that really happens too often. Will I be back? Oh of course I will, it's too hard to look away from a car wreck! read more

Our go to Detroit style spot. We have always had great service there! Great ranch too!

It's a great pie in a sea of below average pizzas. We tried the deep dish and traditional pizza tonight and really like them. Just when we had pretty much given up on pizza near us we think we've found a place we can keep the leftovers and not have to pitch them because it's so terrible. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with Dolly's. I love them because they have delicious pizza. I am a bug fan of their gluten free cauliflower crust, its healthy and yummy. They also text out specials which are usually a great steal. Here is the downside of Dollys, they ALWAYS screw something up. Like literally, every single time! They have "lost" our order, given us the wrong food, delivered to the wrong house and once we waited 2.5 hours for our food! So while they can make a good pizza, they need to get their act together in the delivery and execution department! The managers always seem completely unphased by the mistakes also. read more

$7 for a wrap including one piece of turkey, one *nasty* piece of bacon, old lettuce, tomatoes, and onions that I ask to not include. Thanks! Glad I chose Dolly's instead of ANYWHERE else to order food. Idk what happened to this place but it's gone to shit read more

Dolly's Pizza - turkey wrap - Pizza Near Me - Commerce Twp, Michigan

Great pizza if you can get ahold of them! It's almost impossible!! Used to be a good business but now, they never answer their phone and when you make an order on line, half the time they are closed. read more

Tried this pizza again for the second time I can't tell you the last time I got a piping hot pizza and it was great and they have the best bone in wings read more

Ive been ordering pizza from here for the past 8 months and it's the best spot around. Great pizza, friendly staff, and great service

I ordered a ham and cheese sub/grinder and it was the BEST I've had. The bread was grilled and not doughy, the sauce was DELICIOUS and they sure didn't skimp on the ingredients (to the point it was a bit messy to eat! LOL!) . The delivery person was fabulous and even wished me a "good meal". I used to think the best sandwich, ever, was Big Boy's Slim Jim, but this is so much better--and bigger! I never knew Dolly's had these until I looked up their menu online. LOVED IT!! read more

Just moved to Michigan and everyone told us we had to try Dolly's. Wasn't disappointed. Pizza was very good as were the breadsticks. I forgot to add ranch to my order and didn't have more cash, and the very nice young man working offered to just buy it for me! Of course I declined and just put it on my card, but a great gesture nonetheless. read more

I placed an online order recently. The confirmation email said it would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. Arrived a few minutes early, was told it wasn't ready yet. No problem, after about 10 more minutes waiting, they almost gave me someone else's pizza. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes or so, the girl says,"seems how you've been waiting so long, do you want a free 2 liter?" I asked what the hold up was, and she said their ovens were backed up. After I had watched at least 10 orders, that came in after I arrived, got filled. In other words, they forgot to put my order in. Finally, after 35 minutes waiting in the store it was done. Oh and everyone, working in the back"kitchen" were NOT wearing masks or they were pulled under their chins. Which I also commented on before I left the store. WORST SERVICE EVER!! read more

First (and last) time I will be ordering from this place! If I could give a negative review I would! Did a web curbside order , they "forgot" two things we ordered and when I called up there the "manager " started right off yelling at me then she hung up on me. The pizza was very undercooked and rubbery, breadsticks were soggy, only good thing I can say is the Pepsi was cold. With all the pizza places around here I would Strongly recommend staying away from this one!!! read more

1. A one hour wait turned into over 2 hours. 2. The young lady asked for my credit card expiration date, I said March 2020. She asked me to give her the month #. Wtf? 3. After waiting 1.5 hours, i called to see where the pizza was. She said, it should leave for delivery 'shortly'. Really??! Your pizza may be tasty but your customer service SUCKS! read more

Fast delivery, Great pizza made with fresh ingredients. Awesome customer service. I recommend!

Haven't ordered from here in a long time because of terrible service and delivery. Well, we tried again tonight. Waited over an hour to receive our "warm" pizza. Delivery guy had nothing to say. We won't be wasting our time and money here again. read more

People on here are so dramatic and are clearly out of touch. You all do not make enough money to complain like this lol this isn't Nobu. And don't try it because i make more money at 24 than your husband at 55 so let's reel it in. Anyways, service is always good, food is better than any other pizza place around by a long shot. Paid 11.65 for a large 3-topping deep dish which is insane when you compare the price with surrounding competitors. I've never eaten a deep dish cheaper than $25 so I was a bit hesitant ordering this. To my surprise, toppings were fresh, dough was great and the sauce really impressed me. Every time I go in, I'm met with respect and kindness. Pizza was absolutely delicious and worth 4- stars. Customer service is always great and deserves another star. read more

They've gotten better, good since first review, sometimes mediocre, this last time, was the worst pizza to date, not cooked properly. The quality of food and accuracy of order depends on who's working at this location. One day it could be good, next day it could be mediocre. Not a good trait to have. They have the classic big breadsticks at this location, unlike the Pontiac Trail location, which is a bonus for anyone who remembers them. read more

Best Pizza really best pizza! Try the specialty pizza pepperoni Parmesan double cheese double pepperoni and Parmesan We've tried them all and always come back to this pizzeria read more

The BEST pizza around! I would give them 5 stars for their pizza...but they are NEVER open. 50% of the time I can't order when I want to. Tonight I tried to order at 6:00 ON A SATURDAY and they were closed. It's a common thing for them and very frustrating. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I moved to the area 5 months ago and this place was amazing. I'm not sure if they changed owners or what but the pizza has gone downhill. It is always over done, the young guy that answers the phone is rude and it took them over an hour to deliver my pizza. It so was cold! I won't be ordering from them ever again. So disappointed read more

Been using this Dollys location for years, but unfortunately that has come to an end. Why??? Called in a pick-up at 7:20, I was told 20-25 min. and got my pizza after 50 min. During my wait others came in, ordered and left with a pizza before me. I was also lucky enough to get a pizza that had been sitting the whole time I sat at dollys (~30 min.). To say the least the pizza didn't taste so hot being about an hour old. This is not the first time it has happen. Sorry Dollys, but you lost my business to Jets around the corner. read more

Horrible. It took an hour and a half to receive an online delivery. When calling to check on the order, the person on the other end really didn't care that I hadn't gotten my delivery yet. I paid for it online and I wish i could get my tip back that I left. read more

You can't go wrong with the deep dish pizza here. Prices are very reasonable.

Called in an order for delivery at 7:30 pm. The order was one small build your own pizza and an order of breadsticks. It is currently 11:00 pm and there is still no pizza. I always love the food but this isn't worth it. read more

The best part about dollys is that it's not a HUGE franchise, so it has that traditional taste you want from pizza rather than the say "hot-n-ready" mass produced taste of other pizza places. The cheese is phenomenal, the sauce is great too! read more

Reasonably priced pizza that tastes AMAZING. I always order my pizza from this place on friday nights. It's a MI family owned business so i feel good ordering from a place like that. The staff is always friendly and make sure to get the garlic dipping sauce on the side. It's the best. read more

Service is really nice and the food is great. Can't beat the $2 slices. Good stop to be!!

Order and they'll unceasingly solicit you with automated phone calls and texts. The food here isn't good enough to justify that.

My wife and I order pizza here once, sometimes twice a week. And 60% of the time, the order is wrong, pizza is cold, or both. It's the best pizza, though....when it's made how I request it. read more

The pizza is good, but the service is ALWAYS horrible. They struggle to take the order, are ALWAYS late, and usually mess the order up as well. I usually wait several months in between orders to see if it will improve. It never does. They are always "training new people". Disaster. read more

Under new management!!!! The manager Bob was very professional, honest, and willing to help. The rest of the staff was courteous and efficient. Really happy about the change in management. Pizza is delicious as it was over 25 years ago. Thank you!! read more

The pizza is amazing! Every time I stop in for a pick-up staff will go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of. The cheese is amazing and topping are fresh, definitely worth driving out of my way! Thank you Dolly's! read more

First time I had a pizza there it was delicious. Not this time, greasy , too much sauce, even though I asked for light. Ordered boneless wings , expecting them to be cooked in sauce, they weren't, and they were fried not baked or how every other pizza franchise makes them. Bummed about the food but at least manager was responsive. We'll see if I really get a credit card credit. read more

The tuna grinder is my new fav! Our boutique is right behind Dollys in R&M Plaza, so we have tried just about everything on the menu and, over the past 4 years, have become kind of burned out on pizza (and also seeking a healthier alternative). I'm not sure how healthy the tuna grinder is, but it is truly outstanding. In comparison to Subway, the 8" Grinder is far more filling than a 12" sub and perfect for two to share. The potato wedges are a great compliment to a grinder. The service has always been outstanding and they have never forgotten my side of "cheese dip" - which is a total MUST HAVE especially if you have their plain bread sticks - the cheese dip is a cream cheese and garlic dip. Lots of other places have this dip but Dollys was the first place I tried it and the BEST. It has the perfect amount of garlic it in as opposed to other places. Its super light and fluffy and if you have leftovers use it on a sandwich or bagel the next day. read more
