So this was my night.! I waited in the Mcdonalds line for 15 min with no response on the speaker. So then I drive home call the manger and speak to a female who tell me the McFlurry would be on the house due to the wait and we are everyday customers. And when I get there to pull up to the 3rd window so I do no answer. I finally say f it I'm pulling to the speaker and then got no answer for 7 min. So this supposed to be rude ass manager gets on the speaker and starts getting rude and loud and I ask for his name he wouldn't give it to me. So then he says bye bye and shut the speaker off so I pull around to second window and watch how this so called "manager" handles the situation. I pull up he tells me to leave talks about I look ignorant and petty over ice cream and told me stop my bitching like a manger would act like that. Then threaten to call the cops. Horrible service horrible management and horrible restaurant period. Might want to turn things around for the best cause all I see is the worst. read more

I just want to say as a former employee at this location, this Mcdonalds is one of the worst places to eat or even be in, Not only do they have a massive bug problem including flies, maggots and ants ( the ants are mostly in the summer) but the general manager Riki is extremely rude to not only customers but to her staff as well. I advise everyone to go a mile down the road to the other Mcdonalds restaurants. It is a horrible environment to kids and anyone wanting to eat without flies swarming around the machines in which your food is made. read more

Today I have seen and can say I'm happy and pleased with my current observations at this busy Arby's! I walked in on Monday the 26th for a mini lunch plus to cash in for a order of FREE Curly Fires. I brought in the Hockey Game Scoresheet when the Red Wings won on Sunday as my voucher. :-) I noticed right a way when walking in this Arby's, clean tables and chairs, along with clean areas by garbage cans and the floors. I was seen and acknowledged from a female staff ( didn't catch her name) that she would be with Me in a moment after giving out food for a drive-thru order. Yes she was prompt and courtesy to take my order for two mini roast beef and swiss cheese sliders and gave her the hockey scoresheet for My Free order of Curly Fries. I noticed great organization in the kitchen and team members working quick to speed up orders both inside and drive-thru. My order was complete in 8 minutes and off i cruised home with my bag and hunger. I posted photos of the clean counter and beverage areas too plus Lemonade Sign. Upon arriving home in 10 minutes My lunch was still hot and tasty to enjoy for My Monday lunch. The roast beef slider meat was well cooked, flavorful and stacked with swiss cheese. Just like their slogan says: "Arby's We Have The Meats!" Noted on the receipt is Manager Darnell Ruffin, so I thank you and the teamwork of your employees along with hospitality and delicious food. I also completed the Arby's survey at the bottom of my receipt with high praise comments. I am looking forward again, to dine inside at this location and enjoy a delicious wrap or sandwich meal with a "Mint Shake" for the month of March most definitely! A Big Mac with the special sauce would have had a better result, even with its meager patties. I had the seasonal Sticky Toffee Pudding shake. It wasn't that great either. I had high hopes, they were not fulfilled. Maybe you just can't shoot for an eclectic option like that. It was nearly $42 with tip for two burgers, two shakes and one shared set of fries. That's far too much for a mediocre meal. Service was fast and I liked the water station. So there's that. 3 stars flat. Next time we'll go to the other place for half the price.
