These smoothies are the real deal. My sister told me to get one, and I was skeptical at first. I absolutely love strawberry banana smoothie so I decided to try that one. The smoothies come in one size, and they are pretty big, for lonly about $6. If you pay with card, they use the new upgraded chip readers. The ordering process was super quick. My drinks were also out really fast as well. The entire inside was spotless and super clean. The smoothie was absolutely amazing. I am used to really sugary tasting smoothies. These smoothies were not super sweet, yet they were delicious. I typically love sugar, so I was impressed that I liked something that tasted so healthy. They were super filling as well. It was hard to finish it, and it made me full fast. The smoothie was so good, that I decided to come back another day and try something else. I decided to try the banana nut with peanut butter and I got the mango tango for my boyfriend. Both smoothies were absolutely delicious. The banana nut was so rich and full of flavor. The mango tango still had the sweet aspects to it, but it was a natural sweet. This makes me want to give the other smoothies a try as well. Lastly, the customer service here is great. The employees are alwaya smiling at you and trying to engage in conversation. They even explained to me how they do not add any additivies and how it is all natural. I will definitely be back!

This one is located in a busy plaza off of Cass Ave. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing but was still warmly greeted and discussed the teas they had on special along with the seasonal shakes -- fall specials for two months! I ended up with a small watermelon jolly rancher tea with cranberry aloe and pomegranate energy. I choose a classic birthday cake shake. The tea was pretty sweet but delicious and tasted exactly like a jolly rancher. The shake, too be honest, I was pretty skeptical. I normally hate shakes based in water and not milk but the birthday cake flavor was so potent that I didn't even notice the lack of milk! I stopped in the grab a gift card during the holiday season, and this place isn't in my daily travels but I will definitely be back again when I'm in the area!

I'm very glad I added the whipped coconut cream, it was a fantastic addition to the bowl. The smoothie base was bland but the toppings made up for it. The bowl was filling and hearty. However, there was way too much granola and it ended up ruining the bowl for me. I'll definitely go back but I'll have to make some adjustments.

Ok so here is my amazing suggestions and I will Break everything down for you so you know what's good, what my opinion is and what I suggest! Trust me I am a certified nutritionist so add being a Yelper on top of that I promise you good recommendation :) So they have your pre work out powders that I recommend you do before working out. Please Note: If you have and health issues, diabetic, heart problems or are new to pre work out powder I do not recommend at all Next I can suggest some protein bars/cookies that ACTUALLY TASTE GOOD RF Bar) RF BAR, Cake bites, and these big cookies they have... Pre work out recommendations: have a HUGE selection but my personal favorites are "Bucked Up" and "Alani" rainbow candy is the best!!! I feel like I need to mention as well....you kind of personalize your own order to suit your own needs when it comes to your protein drink. Everybody and everybody is different for example you can order a cookies and cream drink...have it made with chocolate protein powder and add peanut butter to it "like I do" They offer add ins, such as energy, honey, oats, multivitamin etc... you can even have it made vegan or dairy free if you have allergies. They also offer this option... My personal fave is the café mocha with peanut butter added in and dairy free powder. They also offer fruit smoothies!!! Lastly If you forget your headphones, your workout belt, your lifting gloves your racket ball or a racket ball net, or are just anything in general such as a lock for your locker they have it as well. I lost my headphones one time and I only paid like 9 bucks which truly isn't that bad especially when it sold at the gym lol Anyways I love this LA Fitness location because boost nutrition is actually in it they offer a punch card so make sure you ask for one I believe your 10th 1 is free :)
