This little coffee shop is located in old town Romeo next to the little famous Country Store. Coming in for an afternoon pick me up. We found the store to be full with different groups of folks having conversations and enjoying the ambience of this newly renovated location. The menu has your standard hot coffee, fair like lattes and macchiato's, but did not have any cold options like cold brew or iced coffee, but they can make an iced latte. Being in the dead of summer when I came here, I was hoping for an iced drink like cold brew, but because this was not an option, I opted for an iced latte. The latte was good, but I should've asked how many shots as I would've ordered one more to round out the milk flavor. Took great care and explaining some of the food items we had questions about as the menu on the wall did not match the current menu which is on a paper fold out. Lovely fresh food! We tried "the rocky" and the veggie hummus wrap. I had never seen a wrap served folded but I liked it! The "I dream of greenie" was fantastic- it's a meal in and of itself. This is a beautiful little spot near downtown Romeo. The people were welcoming and the whole place was clean and the menu is extensive! I asked for a suggestion and went with the Mickey sandwich. It's a ton of ham and pickles with Swiss cheese and butter on a baguette. The bread is nice and soft and the sandwich was delicious. The only thing that could've made it better, in my humble opinion, was a light layer of sauce that had some sweetness and heat to it. I'll be back for sure! read more

On a day out this past October, I had the opportunity to go in and check out this place. It's in a place called Frontier Town that's been around for a long time, though the businesses there have changed over the years. I'm always on the lookout for new coffee shops to try, and this one did not disappoint! It's much more than coffee. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I didn't try any of the food, but it looked like a pretty good menu. Will go back another time and hopefully be able to check out some food. The outside looks pretty country store vibe, as it's a country look to all the buildings-but inside was more modern vibe. Comfortable seating, nice ordering area, large menus. The girls behind the counter were efficient and it was the owner(or one of them) that made our coffees! Had a chance to chat with her before we left as I told her my coffee was probably the best combo I had anywhere-it was a white chocolate and cinnamon latte-there was a spicy flavor to it that made it totally awesome! She told me what she did to it but at this point I don't remember lol as it was a little over a month ago.....sorry about that! Will be going back. read more

If you're looking for a sandwich place that actually has some meat in it look no further than the Daily Blend Cafe! You can place your order online (payment options only credit/debit card) or you can call and place your order ahead and pick up to also pay with cash. Today I made the trip and got the ham and Swiss and the Drago which is Turkey and ham. The ham and Swiss also has pickles, lots of pickles which I love! Owner was very pleasant and even advised me of special celebrations coming to the area and their store. Looking forward to trying more sandwiches. Wish they had an Italian, may suggest it. I'm so grateful to the Daily Blend. They helped organize, host, and cater my birthday party this past weekend. I love the intimate and cozy setup they have. The staff continue to be so kind and accommodating. April made it so easy for me in planning the event. The food is excellent. My favorite is the When in Rome Salad but the Greek salad was also really good. Their homemade dressings are very tasty and compliment the salads. I also love their sandwiches. The Hummus Veggie wrap was tasty. The Harv Gotti smoothly was my favorite. Overall, The Daily Blend is a great spot. They support community events, have tasty food/drinks, ambiance is fun/cozy, and the staff are just wonderful. Finally tried the bagel bombs. 5.99 for one bagel. It was the size of a normal bakery bagel and was supposed to be raspberry and cream cheese filled. We got two of them to go. It had the smallest amount of raspberry and a couple little squares of what I guess was cream cheese. Both fillings were so scant that it was mostly a very costly flavored bagel. Careful to order online. There's an option to select chicken for multiple sandwiches/wraps and they charge you $4.50 extra. I was worried if I didn't select that, chicken wouldn't be on the sandwiches I ordered. When I got there they said I didn't have to select that option but did not give a refund. read more

We were pleasantly surprised to stumble into this place on our bike ride on the Macomb Orchard Trail. We only had a few miles left on our ride and we were starving, so it seemed like a good time to grab a quick bite. We were surprised to find such a cute place with an interesting menu in this location. We weren't that hungry, so we decided to split the turkey wrap. We were out and about and decided to stop to get drinks, and we found this beautiful cafe. The owner Sammy was very sociable and made our drinks promptly. We ordered a strawberries and cream frappe and a regular espresso latte, and they were both extremely flavorful and strong. The frappe has a nice sweetness, and the latte had bold flavor. Cute little place. stopped by while on a bike ride on the macomb orchard trail. unfortunately after we ordered a "regular" customer came in and started socializing with the counter girl. would have been fine except it delayed our order getting started and we wanted to get back on the trail! when we finally got our order the "regular" followed us out and scolded us for telling the clerk to do her job. the regular informed us she had been a marine. i guess that gave her the right to confront us. We did inform the owner of this encounter and he seemed somewhat concerned. While we were eating our sandwhich outside at the picnic table the counter girl was seen going to an adjacent building. when she walked out of that building she was carrying several sandwhich rolls in her hands and carrying them against her body. Nice little place. Honestly it's a cheap knock off of tropical smoothie trying to charge the same price as Beyond Juice + eatary the quality is not the same. DoorDash didn't give me the option to change the type of wrap which was upsetting. The quality of the meat on the wrap was extremely sub par. My smoothie was also not blended properly at all. I gave it a second chance and was equally unsatisfied. Don't know too many people who want a side of Doritos with their "healthy smoothie" either. I wouldn't have left a review if they charged anything close to what they are worth. read more
