The kiosk experience might be the worst decision McDonald's made in regard to the way you order food. The kiosks are slow to process any touch. It's not intuitive. Worst part is when you enter a number for a "deal" and the kiosk freezes you have to wait 15 mins to order using a deal. Not one employee is ever available to help and that isn't unique to this location it's that way at all locations. read more

I honestly wasn't planning on submitting reviews today. But when I bit into a stale and gross McChicken, I couldn't stay silent. I have an obsession with McChickens so I'm beyond disappointed that this restaurant gave me a chicken patty that tasted like it's older than me. Service was great, very polite, and smiley staff. But something's going on in that kitchen or maybe nothings going on... I don't know but I'm not coming back to this one unless they get more Minecraft meals in stock. read more

I haven't been to McDonalds in over a decade, but for some reason every other fast food place around here is closed by 7:45 pm on a Sunday. What's up Provo? So I give this McDonalds props for being open; however as a vegetarian my options are really, really limited here. This place is clean. The cashier was pleasant. Short line. Food came out quickly. Cashier gave me a cup for water, no charge. But I'm still hungry. It's not this location's fault, but I wish corporate would add a few meat-free options for when McDonalds and the gas station across the street are the only places selling food in a Sunday night in Provo. read more

I stopped in today to get something small and quick for my kids to keep them busy while my wife did a quick shopping trip. These guys were awesome. They took my order quickly. They kept the drive through moving crazy quick. They got my food to me and sent me on my way. When I went to eat my food it was the best tasting McDonald's I have had in years. The manager at the McDonald's restaurant at 211 W 1230 N, Provo, Utah 84604 was very rude this morning. We just asked for small waters and she gave us large. She said everything cost money, so I have to charge you for the big courteousy waters because we don't charge for the small. Hmmm, we didn't need a large water. From time to time I enjoy a nice, frosty, delicious Diet Coke, and nobody does Diet Coke better than McDonald's. For whatever reason, this McDonald's is INCAPABLE of giving me Diet Coke, and almost always gives me regular Coke. Even after clarifying multiple times that I ordered Diet Coke, I still got handed regular Coke. It's not hard. Don't give people Coke when they ask for Diet Coke. read more

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been in. Although I don't like their burgers and fries anymore, they do have a great oatmeal and breakfast sandwich. While still not open, they have nice play place. Only pet peeve, bathrooms without paper napkins combined with a door that you have to use your hands to open. read more

if I could give this place a zero I would, the first time going here I ordered 5 cookies, two large drinks and two large fries along with other things. we only got three cookies, one drink and one fry. Realizing they suck at remembering what someones order is I double checked the bag this time before leaving. Of course we were missing something (a 6pc chicken nugget meal) so we told them and also asked for more sweet and sour sauce because they only gave us one for a 20pc... finally thinking we got everything we realize when we get home they gave us ranch instead of sweet and sour sauce. Made some shiz reason why they couldn't give me my milkshake, but I already paid for it through the app. They didn't help or offer any suggestions on how they could make it right. This store stole my money. This was a new low in customer service standards that I've received. I will be going out of my way to visit other stores if I'm ever in the area again. I will say that they weren't rude, just extremely unhelpful. It's like, "I'm not paid enough for this attitude." Of course, you won't be paid enough if this is your work ethic. Fail. How many people have to tell them that the catsup pumper is out before they take action? It's a mess , no catsup,no cups , and several employees are just having chat sessions. If you are out of catsup, which I doubt, at least clean the thing. Catsup is all over the place and it's disgusting. read more

Huh. So I remember this lobby being open 24/7 last year, now it seems to only be open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday and is like 5 AM to midnight or 1 AM on other days. Welp. Still pretty decent as McDonalds go and the only one I've seen that actually has the little waterfall art thing in the center working. Lotta decent seating, wifi works well. Only thing missing is power outlets, didn't see any anywhere. read more

Got a large cup so I can fill it with coke. It filled up half way then stopped. It's out! Woe is me! I need Coke!!! I just finished a morning shift at another restaurant and I'm Not a morning person! I only went to McDonald's for their Coke because their Coke tastes better than most restaurants. I asked the idiot woman behind the counter to either replace the counter to get me a large cup with no ice from the drive through or fix at least one of the fountains. Keep in mind I'm Deaf . I had it typed out in my phone in my notes. All she said was mumble mumble mumble. I had no idea what she said. I communicated a certain way and I expect you to do the same. That moron didn't. She just mocked me by making mouth shapes and then turned around to put together. Umm... okay whatever. I didn't want to ask to clarify, I just want Coke. Lazy me assumed she'll get someone to fix that. 20 minutes later still no coke. I asked again at the counters and still got the same retarded answer. Ok. Fine. Don't do your job then. I don't know if they're out or they're getting to it. Still no Coke after another 10 minutes. I work in one of the busiest fast food restaurant, she had no excuse to give me the cold shoulder. She had no excuse not to take a moment to clarify what she said. I just want a cup of Coke. read more

This is one of the worst McDonalds we've been to, but unfortunately, it's the most convenient location in Provo, so we end up coming here anyway. I guess they know it and never bother to improve their customer service because they've got a built-in customer base simply due to their location. The staff are always either bored or plain rude. Last time they didn't put egg on our sausage egg McMuffins and forgot our hot cocoa. Mistakes happen, but normally they balance out with other positives...but all I can say is at least they have iced tea and coffee. The oatmeal is good. Oh, but the price they charge for McMuffins is crazy!!! For the price, I recommend going anywhere else and getting some real food from happy friendly people. read more

I don't expect much from McDonald's but these guys have hit a new level. I have come through a few times and 3 times within a week time period I've had soggy stale fries twice (went in the 2nd time and had them make me fresh ones) and now a soggy old hashbrown.. I'm so disappointed in how I was treated it today. I was asked to be park, same as two other two cars and 30 minutes after I go inside to see what is going on, because I swear a least 20 cars got served with their food after I was parked. I walk in to find out why my order is taking forever and the manager informs me that there is a problem on how blablabla (Drama with another manager or something). In those 10 minutes I notice all this orders with happy meals and cheeseburgers are coming out and the screen with orders goes smaller and smaller and I ask how long more? He get irritated. I'm irritated! then a girl employee ask me what I order and she CAN'T FIND MY ORDER!!! The manager does not care and continues serving other orders, then one person from the other car parked walks in and demands his food too. The manager DOESN'T CARE!!! HE'S ORDER IS MISSING TOO!! Me and the other person laughs out anger and disappointment about the situation. I demand my money back!!! MANAGER SAID YOU WAIT OR GET OUT OF MY STORE!!! He kicked me out of the store!!!, because I was bother him asking for my food or money back. The MANAGER WAS SO RUDE!!! the girl employee said sorry I can't give you your food or money MANAGER ORDERS!!! about 5 minutes after another manager comes in, Very RUDE MODE!! ask me for my order items, goes looks for the order and comes back and gives me my money back. This McDonald's sucks I won't ever go there again the food is disgusting and never fresh to order it doesn't matter what time you go there. The Mexican female so called "Managers" in the morning are EXTREMELY rude and on more than one occasion I have overhead them bad mouthing Caucasian customers in Spanish. the rest of the crew are also ignorant and never seem to know what they are doing. I refuse to go here or have any of my friends or family go here.... here's a tip McDonald's either hire legal united states citizens that their first language is English and care about customers or close your doors!!!! read more

Does McDonalds bother to drug test their workers? Three of us went in there a few nights ago and witnessed the man working tables in front of the store making at least one and possibly two drug deals while we were there. Families with children come in here. They shouldn't have to witness a sketched out druggie selling dope. read more
