I get McDonald's isn't the best place for food but kids just love it!! You get a happy meal and there's a toy!! But not just at this location but others their ice cream machine is always down. It's annoying. I will post a review every time this happens to show that it happens often. Margarita the general manager is by far the worst GM I've ever encountered with. I was taken back by the fact that she is a manager and has the worst attitude! She is very unprofessional, rude, condescending and has no customer service skills. I didn't even know she was a GM and I was expressing to her that the customer service is lacking and she proceeded to tell me she doesn't care! Well of course she doesn't care; it shows with the customer service this place has to offer. The only employee I know works hard is Nate. Other than that, they are hiring anyone without customer service skills. There are many people looking for a job and those people probably don't lack professionalism. And get this...if you complain to corporate office, all complaints go directly to Margarita!! So clearly one's voice won't be heard unless you are lucky to physically speak to Arlene! This review is based on my experience at the above McDonald's location today 8/20/2019. After working 12 hours night shift in LA I was driving home to Antelope valley tired and hungry and I deceived to place a mobile order for breakfast from this restaurant because it's a quick detour from the 14 freeway. I ordered 4 deluxe breakfast and a mcmuffin sandwich for myself and my family. Order came out within 5 minutes when I arrived at the parking lot which was good but when I got home 20 minutes later to enjoy the food I found out my order was missing the sandwich. So, I decided to call them to know what happened. One lady answered the phone and asked how she could help me then I told her "my name is MacDonald and I'm calling about an incomplete order". She thought I was joking and hang up on me. Then I called back and asked to speak with their manager. Manager on duty told me to come back and get my sandwich. I explained to her that I live 20 minutes away and can't waste my gas to come pick up a sandwich that is worth $3. I requested free replacement of my order but she rather offered to give me a hash brown. I decided to forget about the sandwich and my money but I think this is ridiculous and unfair. These workers are trained and should be fully responsible for their mistakes. I'm disappointed by the service and experience I received from this McDonald's location today. read more

My experience at this McDonalds has been the worst, not only they take so long but the food was not warm, fries were soggy, as they had been reheated, disregarding the poor customer service and lack of management. I pulled up to the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. My bill was a little over $40.00. I was told to move and park in the mobile order pick up spots, when I asked why, she said because you want fresh fries. Which I thought they were supposed to be fresh, nothing special in my order. I parked and counted seven card drive thru pick up order and i was still waiting. So when I approached the window they said your order is coming. Young lady very nicely walked and handed me my order, however it was not complete and it was missing my happy meal. She said oh let me get it, I said " may I please have sweet and sour" she said oh you need to pay for that. I said excuse me. I ordered chicken mcnuggets in my order and you gave no sauce. She said our manager said so. Npw realize as she walks to prepare my happy meal my food was already cold from sitting in the car. I called the store after 20 minutes already from the moment I placed my order and many more cars were parked. I asked to speak to Vanessa, who is very unprofessional and is only there to collect a paycheck. The conversation was out of control and when I asked her for her supervisor 3 times she sent me to look at my receipt and that I can complain at that number. I told her I was not leaving until she gave me her supervisor's name and gave me a name of Margarita.. I work for a bank and I Know what customer service is. Vanessa should not hold a management position, and till now I am still expecting a call from upper management. I came from 75 miles to visit my grandchildren and I never thought they would give us such treatment. but what a surprise that McDonald's such a big chain would treat customers like this. I worked for a fast food restaurant before so I understand they have a timer. The employees care about the timer and moving the car and not about the customer or the quality of food . Hope this changes soon. There are many people out there wanting employment that would treat customers with care. I agree with a lot of the other reviews. I lived in this general area for 2 years. I go here because it's close but the service here is absolutely horrible!!! So, I go out of my way to go to another McDonald's. If you go around lunch time, plan on long waits inside and in the drive thru. Always check your order before leaving, they tend to get it wrong more than getting it correct. read more

Parents, please avoid taking your children to this place. I took my daughter to the playground area while we were waiting for our food. The sewer smell was more than what we could handle. The most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been to. The trays were so greasy it's like they've never been washed, the bathroom that you have to use a coin for, smells like pee and is filthy, the play place is gross with floors that hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Heaven forbid you need a lid for your drink because the lid dispenser is as gross as the rest of the place. Ok my first visit to this mcdonalds was very unpleasant. I ordered some basic things from the menu which the server gave me an attitude when ordering. I received my food which i then eat and tasted yummy as any other mcdonalds. So here's the bad part about when i did ask for a refill I was denied a refill. which I came to believe at this mcdonalds they are racist because I viewed that same employee gave others refills. This place is GROSS!!! The patron that frequent it are sketchy to say the least. The customer service is good, but it seems like the staff may be too scared to come from behind the counter to clean due to their customer base. Interior is updated but the tables are gross. My order came out correctly, but my concern is if the front is this dirty how dirty is the BOH? I brought my kids here to grab some burgers and play but was cringing the whole time and decided against allowing them to play which was a real bummer to them. Horrible service!!! People lined up at the register and at the kiosk with an inexperienced cashier the only one taking orders. I waited 20 minutes to get 2 ice cream cones that were paid for at the kiosk, but never registered on the order monitor. There was a huge line of people waiting for their orders, all being ignored. Today I bought some deluxe breakfast. Where should I start the pancakes hardly past, I ate them this time, but would not eat them again. The two small pieces of Bacon and the biscuit were ok, but also wouldn't eat again, the hash brown was good. The only part I didn't eat was the egg because it was raw. Also I got a caramel frapuccino it was delicious, but they didn't give me the cup size I wanted, and it had no whip cream. I gave it a two star because of there frapuccino I really do love it from here. I used to like a sandwich from their menu, but they changed everything, the portions are much smaller then before, the taste is different. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered, payed and went up to the window to get my food. The lady gave me my apple juices for the kids meals and told me to pull forward to wait for my food even though there was no one else in line. While I was waiting there I was approached by a man asking me for money and 3 other homeless people passed by my car while I was waiting. I'm a mom alone with her 2 kids in the back seat, it wasn't the best feeling. All I wanted was to get my food and leave. 20 MINUTES LATER, a man comes out to give me 2 happy meals, I told him I also had a McChicken sandwich and McDouble as well. He said he would go get them. As I was waiting for the rest of my order, I realize he gave me the wrong order. The 2 happy meals that he gave me were completely wrong. When he came back out I told him they were not correct and he took them away and went to the car behind me to ask if they where theirs. I am assuming that it was their order because the guy tried to give the opened happy meals to the lady in the car behind me (the happy meals that were in my car and opened and went through by me) and she sent him inside to get fresh ones. Finally after being there 25+ min of being there, he brings me the correct happy meals but they looked messy and thrown together haphazardly. I was honestly so ready to leave by this time, that I didn't care. As I'm driving home, my son starts crying that he doesn't have a toy in his happy meal. Seriously? After all that time, no toy. This is my kids favorite part of the happy meal and why I get it for them. When I get home, I find that my daughter had an incredibles toy from months ago that we already have at least 4 of the same exact same at home and didn't get the secret lives of pets toy that was advertised. You've got to be kidding me. I think if I made someone wait this long to get their food, I would make absolute sure that everything was perfect before giving them their order. Not a haphazardly put together happy meal with no toy/wrong toy. I never complain about anything to restaurants and I have had issues in the past with this location and have given them many chances, but I will NEVER be coming to this McDonald's ever again. read more

I just finished getting food from this McDonald's location. I ordered 2 hamburgers and they gave me 2 cheeseburgers with no onions.. I also ordered 3 mcflurrys and they we given to me a little more than half way full!!! This is the worst service I have received here. I probably won't be going back there anytime soon.
