If I could do 0 stars I would. I have tried multiple times to give this location a chance and every single time it has failed me. I used my mobile app to order. It took them 30 minutes to give me a happy meal and small fries. Not to meantion the attitude you get when you ask for help. I'm surprised this location is still in business. Honestly I visit this location pretty often, but today I order a kids meal for my son ahead of time and still didn't leave to pick it up right away. I ordered drive up and checked in as soon as I got there... ended up waiting for the food for about 15-20 minutes and called them, still took about 7 minutes for the food to be brought out... the service needs to be improved specially when it's a drive up order, that should be prioritized given the fact that it's ordered in advance with reason. read more

I am very happy and surprised by the fact someone reached out to me the next day and approached me with understanding and no attitudes whatsoever to hear exactly what happened. Fabi did great in handling my feedback and compensated me for my meal! Also shout out to the manager that helped me out with getting my order and as well as apologizing for my experience and no attitude either. I've been to the drive-thru a few times, never had any problems, although today, I'm annoyed to report they were out of apple slices for my daughter's kids meal. But, the cashier noted this promptly, anticipating it by saying, "We're out of apple slices today. Will double fries be okay?" I appreciated that initiative. Again, this is the only issue I've had. Avoid 131 E. PALMDALE, #6. Both times I have visited this restaurant I have had to wait over 20 minutes for my order (2 happy meals and a #2a). The first time I used the drive thru and they asked me to pull forward (I will never pull forward again). The second incident was inside the resteraunt. Both times I calmly approached and asked about my order. Both times I was given unnecessary attitude by more than one staff member. However, the dining and play areas are clean (possibly from the lack of customers). The food was as expected from McDonald's, aside from NoT being hot and fresh due to the wait.
