Visit: Monday, June 18, 2018 It was 9 pm by the time we were done sightseeing, so we decided to stop by McDonald's for a quick bite to eat. Haha, seems like such an innocent decision in hindsight. Why? The was not exactly "fast" food. Our receipt indicated we ordered at 9:06. Our food was not ready until 9:45. That's very nearly 40 minutes! The kitchen was fully staffed, and everyone seemed busy, but neither the dining room nor the drive-thru were particularly busy at this hour. When our food came out, most of it was lukewarm at best. Everything tasted fine, considering it's mass-produced fast food, but you'd think with such a long wait time, they'd be able to at least serve hot food. Maybe that's expecting too much? In any case, the staff was fairly pleasant, and most of them appeared to look busy. In particular, there was one older guy who was really working hard wiping down tables and restocking the ketchup dispensers and whatnot. So I can't say the employees weren't well-intentioned. So it's probably a management (or mismanagement) issue here. Come here if you have all day, but who has all day when they're on vacation? Spend your money and time (and time is money) elsewhere. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Immediately upon arriving and ordering at the kiosk, our party of eight were harassed by Margaret, one of the employees working there. She yelled at us and only us about five times to "Hurry up! I need to leave by 3 ". Mind you there were other customers ordering as well that she did not harass. We are of Asian descent and we immediately knew we were being targeted because of our race. I was on high alert and watched her every move following her erratic behavior. When our party sat down, she proceeded to circle around our table, pulling her mask down and purposely coughed in our direction 4 times. It was blatantly obvious that she meant to cough on us. When asked to speak to the manager about her appealing behavior, we were left with no help. Margaret then prompted to proudly say, "Ill do it again!", in response to our complaint about her coughing on us. This type of behavior is a disgrace to human kind and to your establishment. read more

McDonald's - RACIST MARGARET - Burgers Near Me - Page, Arizona

Went here today for breakfast, the service was horrible. Didn't get what we ordered and went back and told the worker. He argued and said the order was right . It wasn't. Tired of arguing and left.. Don't go there. Not up to MacDonalds standards. read more

These workers don't care at all that their service is horrible because they know they're some of the only food around this area for miles and miles. Lady was incredibly rude while taking our order then when we got our food we asked for extra sauce and they said it would cost extra, so my husband hands them a $20 since our daughter is autistic and will have a total meltdown if she doesn't have enough ranch with her meal, and he just said "no, you're good" and closed the window. Wouldn't even take $20 for a few extra ranches?? These people are beyond lazy. It's sad that there's plenty of other McDonald's suffering right now from lack of employees, this place was definitely not one of them- they just don't care to do their jobs. Never driving through again. read more

The absolute worst service ever at any fast food restaurant.. The customer service, wait time and order mistakes are consistent and frustrating... DO NOT GO TO THIS McDonalds if there are other options available. Staff is rude, inexperienced and/or just not trained properly. This place is in serious need of help. Tonight long lines, kiosk down (maybe 2) one cashier who cant speak clearly or count change correctly or quickly for that matter. To go order not even close to correct but after waiting 35+ minutes, I'll take what I can get. Somewhere is an equally frustrated family with the wrong items. This seriously is THE worst McDonald's and by far worst restaurant in this town. Unacceptable, just unacceptable... it does not good to complain on site, they simply dont care.. read more

How the crap do they even get some high feedback. Look at the last review where the manager called the person a lier. Well, same thing happened today pretty much identical to the last review. They screwed up on our order. The person talking the order was so not listening to us. They missed some of our order and when I confronted them, they said no and that I was a liar. I presisted and the manager said she will fix it and ORDERED me to park away..I asked for a corporate number and the lady manager again rudely again ORDERED me away. I admit, I was frustrated and I yelled at her for the corporate number. Got what I needed but, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. GO TO BURGER KING OR SOMEPLACE ELSE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU DESERVE read more

It's not often I buy dumpster food for my family but being on the road and in a hurry I allowed it. And per norm from what I hear of McDonalds of course they can't get your order right. 40 bucks and they can't get it right. read more

Horrible service!!!! The cashier (the older lady) was rude when she took our order and then rolled her eyes when we asked for mustard. I'm sorry...you work in a fast food joint. Get over yourself and get the damn condiments. read more

I can't tell you how many times I have went here during the day and their ice cream machine is down or the latte machine is getting cleaned. Gets so old this place has Two lanes to order. If you like big city traffic come here and get a feel for it, especially when you are only in line waiting to leave. If you want good service at a McDonald's go to kayenta because they know how to move product and customers read more

This Mickey D's is huge with regular tables, countertop hi eight tables, a sofa and two couches and FREE WIFI! Service was good. Guy told us the 20 piece chicken nuggets are cheaper than the 10 piece. It's clean too. Soda dispenser is far from the cashier so we filled up our packs w/ ice. read more

Me and my family went into this establishment because we had kids with us and this lady which I assume was the manager wouldn't stop walking around it felt like we were prisoners being watched by a correctional officer she kept telling us to hurry up and she kept talking about wanting to go home. Would not go here again if it was the only thing opened the food tastes like any other McDonald's and there were better options around like Taco Bell and sonic. read more

Went to this McDonalds on Memorial Day weekend. 30 min wait for food. Severely understaffed.

Shift manager during day time is a joke. She acts like she is doing me a favor by overriding the system to accept coupon apps. Like I came in and begged for a discount. Her favorite line is 'are u arguing w me'. So I say yes and please don't spit in my fries since I already paid for it. read more

Once again Page McDonald's has failed to get my order correct. I don't think it's very hard to put bbq sauce in the bag for the McNuggets I clearly just ordered. I am also the ONLY vehicle in the drive thru at 730pm. read more

We stopped here to use the restroom and grab a snack today while driving to Page. The restrooms were very clean and the restaurant was clean as well. The food was very good for a McDonalds and the fries were hot and crispy. We ordered using the kiosk and the food was out in about 5 minutes. Would recommend stopping here if you needed to use the restroom or for a quick snack. read more

¡DO NOT STOP HERE TO EAT! If I could give it ZERO stars I would. If McDonald's wasn't bad enough... we got to Page after a 4 hour trip and were starving so we stopped here since it was the only thing opened at 10 pm. We threw it all away! Food didn't even seem real. Chicken nuggets were hard as if they were leftovers, Big Mac was cold and the "cheese" was not even melted (looked like rubber). Meat was old. Mayo smelled expired on the spicy chickens. Even the drinks had a horrible taste. I find it hard to describe how unbelievably disgusting this food looked and tasted after 1 bite. $40 wasted and are still hungry. This place needs to be looked at by the health department, it's unreal. read more

I am grading this a 5 by grading it against other fast food. The food was up to McDonalds standards. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The food arrived quickly and the fries were fresh. They do a nice job. read more

I'm being very specific because I want to make sure the employees that did good do not get any repercussions. We were here 9/21 at 10am and the people working this shift were great. However we returned 9/22 at 9:30am and these people were so rude! Not only that, they got our order wrong so we pulled up to the drive thru again and they didn't even say sorry, they just handed us the bag in the most rude way. Felt like they just kinda threw it at us. Food was good but service on 9/22 was terrible. read more

2 egg McMuffin came to almost $11.00. I understand this is a resort area, but this is ridiculous. Drive through window was empty, now I know why. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. Started off rude then screwed up a simple drive thru order 4 times and wasted a half hour of our time. Worst drive thru I've ever been to. read more

In town on Thanksgiving. Stopped for lunch. Watched the attendant pick up food off the floor and put it on a table. Came back with a rag and slung the food back in the floor. One of the most disgusting things I've seen at a restaurant. Didn't even clean the food floor completely off the table. So disgusting we left without our food read more

The idea behind McDonald's is that they are all the same...,except this one. I travel a lot and have tried McDonald's in and out of the US. This is the WORST ONE! They Ran out of glaze for the new chicken tenders, offered for a limited time. I asked for an "iced water" and was given a bottle of water. The quarter pounders had so much mustard on them, my wife and I could not even eat them. The owner needs to find new management... read more

As far as McDonald's go, the food will always taste the same; however, it's the customer service that separates the children from the men. Sadly, the customer service at this particular McDonald's, was dismal, at best. The cashier we had said the coupon we used from their app didn't work, and when we tried to pull it up again for him, a lady next to him claimed that we couldn't use more than one coupon. After explaining, multiple times, that we were only using one coupon, they begrudgingly manually entered in our coupon. read more

Slowest drive through on earth - clearly in need of new management . Not enough competition apparently in Page to provide good service.

I love this Mcdonalds. They always have nice employees. I want to thank you all for the best costomer service in town. And to thank the nice lady in the mornings. She went above and beyond for costomer service read more

Slow food. Horrible quality. Orders done wrong. But then again what did we expect from mcdonalds

Extremely rude staff. One star is for the convenient location, which is the primary reason we made a quick stop here after touring the Antelope Canyon. The staff must not expect any customers to return ever because they were the most rude, condescending and unpleasant I've met, even for a fast food place. Save yourself the frustration and drive 5 minutes into town to some actual restaurants rather than this place. read more

Forgot my sauce yo. Unacceptable. An absolute disgrace to the golden arches. Worst McDonalds service I have ever experienced. Would go back 10/10. read more

Beautiful restaurant. Service was very good and the restaurant was very clean. You can't beat Micky D's amazing low fat ice cream. AND did you know 80% of the menu is under 400 calories? read more

We tried to get food tonight and it was only 2:30 and it was absolutely the worst service ever. WE COULD ONLY GET BREKAFAST. this was unacceptable. They don't care. read more

Review is for "Scott" and his fantastic customer oriented attitude and proactive manner in dealing with a young man with special needs. Scott is what every employee should be as far as caring more about others than himself and always putting the "person" first. Hopefully for him he has gone on to bigger and better things. Good luck Scott! read more

Food was typical McDonald's but the kitchen staff was a disaster. Waited 20 minutes for a very basic order. Couple in front of us also waited 20 minutes. Disorganized mess. read more

Went at About 9 PM, facility was clean, food came out nice and hot and tasted really good. One of the better McDonald's locations out there

Quick service but they forgot to add peanuts to my sundae-- typical McDonald's though. Clean.

Couldnt help but say wow this is bad. Went here with my family for our favorite, shamrock shakes. The price for 4 mediums were 19.00 and I got food poisoning read more

They call this good service, I went there and really the only thing I wanted was a ice moca before I could even finish they said the moca mechanics were broken ,then when I ordered a mic muffin it took 15 min for it to come out and it was not even cooked . I will never go here again read more

Okay so everyone else is right as far as McDonald's food goes it's all the same but the thing that can make a HUGE difference is customer service and this McDonald's doesn't have it. Very little communication, very short answers. The food is much more expensive at this location then others. But the most frustrating thing about this visit is that this McDonald's is located just off a main thoroughfare so people are stopping to eat and use the restroom and be on their way. We were traveling with a 3 yr old and as we headed to use the bathroom an employee abruptly told us that the restroom was closed and stood in the doorway blocking it. My first problem with this is where do I go now? It wasn't closed for cleaning, they were fixing the sink. Why would you do this at a busy time? (beginning of lunch) So I asked if we should use the men's room instead, and was told if you feel like you need to. It wasn't till the manager told her to let us use it that she let us in. It takes a few minutes to let someone use the bathroom let us go really quick when you say you are going to be fixing the sink and it's going to take awhile. Customers should come first read more

Just go back from antelope canyon, stop by this McDonald's, but.... clean place, worse service ever. Put some smile and little bit patient with ur client, will make much difference! read more
