Visit: Monday, June 18, 2018 It was 9 pm by the time we were done sightseeing, so we decided to stop by McDonald's for a quick bite to eat. Haha, seems like such an innocent decision in hindsight. Why? The was not exactly "fast" food. Our receipt indicated we ordered at 9:06. Our food was not ready until 9:45. That's very nearly 40 minutes! The kitchen was fully staffed, and everyone seemed busy, but neither the dining room nor the drive-thru were particularly busy at this hour. When our food came out, most of it was lukewarm at best. Everything tasted fine, considering it's mass-produced fast food, but you'd think with such a long wait time, they'd be able to at least serve hot food. Maybe that's expecting too much? In any case, the staff was fairly pleasant, and most of them appeared to look busy. In particular, there was one older guy who was really working hard wiping down tables and restocking the ketchup dispensers and whatnot. So I can't say the employees weren't well-intentioned. So it's probably a management (or mismanagement) issue here. Come here if you have all day, but who has all day when they're on vacation? Spend your money and time (and time is money) elsewhere. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Immediately upon arriving and ordering at the kiosk, our party of eight were harassed by Margaret, one of the employees working there. She yelled at us and only us about five times to "Hurry up! I need to leave by 3 ". Mind you there were other customers ordering as well that she did not harass. We are of Asian descent and we immediately knew we were being targeted because of our race. I was on high alert and watched her every move following her erratic behavior. When our party sat down, she proceeded to circle around our table, pulling her mask down and purposely coughed in our direction 4 times. It was blatantly obvious that she meant to cough on us. When asked to speak to the manager about her appealing behavior, we were left with no help. Margaret then prompted to proudly say, "Ill do it again!", in response to our complaint about her coughing on us. These workers don't care at all that their service is horrible because they know they're some of the only food around this area for miles and miles. Lady was incredibly rude while taking our order then when we got our food we asked for extra sauce and they said it would cost extra, so my husband hands them a $20 since our daughter is autistic and will have a total meltdown if she doesn't have enough ranch with her meal, and he just said "no, you're good" and closed the window. Wouldn't even take $20 for a few extra ranches?? These people are beyond lazy. It's sad that there's plenty of other McDonald's suffering right now from lack of employees, this place was definitely not one of them- they just don't care to do their jobs. i just went to mcdonald @ 1004 w haul rd, Page AZ few minutes ago. i went to the counter. The cashier is not friendly. He make a large mistake. i order 2 extra gogurt and 1 medium ice coffee instead for my meal combo, but the cashier charge me for 2 medium ice coffee. of course other employee made 2 medium coffee to me . Finally the manager said, its ok. just think that this medium coffe you paid for the gogurt. ??? i dont think price of gogurt equal with medium ice coffee . The absolute worst service ever at any fast food restaurant.. The customer service, wait time and order mistakes are consistent and frustrating... DO NOT GO TO THIS McDonalds if there are other options available. Staff is rude, inexperienced and/or just not trained properly. This place is in serious need of help. Tonight long lines, kiosk down (maybe 2) one cashier who cant speak clearly or count change correctly or quickly for that matter. To go order not even close to correct but after waiting 35+ minutes, I'll take what I can get. Somewhere is an equally frustrated family with the wrong items. How the crap do they even get some high feedback. Look at the last review where the manager called the person a lier. Well, same thing happened today pretty much identical to the last review. They screwed up on our order. The person talking the order was so not listening to us. They missed some of our order and when I confronted them, they said no and that I was a liar. I can't tell you how many times I have went here during the day and their ice cream machine is down or the latte machine is getting cleaned. Gets so old this place has Two lanes to order. If you like big city traffic come here and get a feel for it, especially when you are only in line waiting to leave. This Mickey D's is huge with regular tables, countertop hi eight tables, a sofa and two couches and FREE WIFI! Service was good. Guy told us the 20 piece chicken nuggets are cheaper than the 10 piece. It's clean too. Soda dispenser is far from the cashier so we filled up our packs w/ ice. read more

Me and my family went into this establishment because we had kids with us and this lady which I assume was the manager wouldn't stop walking around it felt like we were prisoners being watched by a correctional officer she kept telling us to hurry up and she kept talking about wanting to go home. Would not go here again if it was the only thing opened the food tastes like any other McDonald's and there were better options around like Taco Bell and sonic. read more

Shift manager during day time is a joke. She acts like she is doing me a favor by overriding the system to accept coupon apps. Like I came in and begged for a discount. Her favorite line is 'are u arguing w me'. So I say yes and please don't spit in my fries since I already paid for it. read more

We stopped here to use the restroom and grab a snack today while driving to Page. The restrooms were very clean and the restaurant was clean as well. The food was very good for a McDonalds and the fries were hot and crispy. We ordered using the kiosk and the food was out in about 5 minutes. Would recommend stopping here if you needed to use the restroom or for a quick snack. read more

¡DO NOT STOP HERE TO EAT! If I could give it ZERO stars I would. If McDonald's wasn't bad enough... we got to Page after a 4 hour trip and were starving so we stopped here since it was the only thing opened at 10 pm. We threw it all away! Food didn't even seem real. Chicken nuggets were hard as if they were leftovers, Big Mac was cold and the "cheese" was not even melted (looked like rubber). Meat was old. Mayo smelled expired on the spicy chickens. Even the drinks had a horrible taste. I'm being very specific because I want to make sure the employees that did good do not get any repercussions. We were here 9/21 at 10am and the people working this shift were great. However we returned 9/22 at 9:30am and these people were so rude! Not only that, they got our order wrong so we pulled up to the drive thru again and they didn't even say sorry, they just handed us the bag in the most rude way. As far as McDonald's go, the food will always taste the same; however, it's the customer service that separates the children from the men. Sadly, the customer service at this particular McDonald's, was dismal, at best. The cashier we had said the coupon we used from their app didn't work, and when we tried to pull it up again for him, a lady next to him claimed that we couldn't use more than one coupon. Extremely rude staff. One star is for the convenient location, which is the primary reason we made a quick stop here after touring the Antelope Canyon. The staff must not expect any customers to return ever because they were the most rude, condescending and unpleasant I've met, even for a fast food place. Save yourself the frustration and drive 5 minutes into town to some actual restaurants rather than this place. read more

Okay so everyone else is right as far as McDonald's food goes it's all the same but the thing that can make a HUGE difference is customer service and this McDonald's doesn't have it. Very little communication, very short answers. The food is much more expensive at this location then others. But the most frustrating thing about this visit is that this McDonald's is located just off a main thoroughfare so people are stopping to eat and use the restroom and be on their way. We were traveling with a 3 yr old and as we headed to use the bathroom an employee abruptly told us that the restroom was closed and stood in the doorway blocking it. My first problem with this is where do I go now? It wasn't closed for cleaning, they were fixing the sink. Why would you do this at a busy time? (beginning of lunch) So I asked if we should use the men's room instead, and was told if you feel like you need to. It wasn't till the manager told her to let us use it that she let us in. It takes a few minutes to let someone use the bathroom let us go really quick when you say you are going to be fixing the sink and it's going to take awhile. Customers should come first read more

They call this good service, I went there and really the only thing I wanted was a ice moca before I could even finish they said the moca mechanics were broken ,then when I ordered a mic muffin it took 15 min for it to come out and it was not even cooked . I will never go here again read more
