Terrible experience. Would leave zero stars if possible. Waited 15 minutes at the counter to order. Order did not arrive for 15 more minutes. Two of 6 items were incorrect. Bacon was raw on two burgers, missing on one, a double burger had only one patty, and there were no sauces on another burger. When we complained at the counter that the bacon was raw, one of the female staff said very shortly, "Well? What do you want?" We requested a refund on 4 items which took an additional 10 minutes. 40 minutes for two people out of six to get food. Epically rude service, raw food. Zero stars, Do not recommend. read more

EXTREMELY SLOW service when the place isn't even busy. I counted 7 people in the restaurant. My number was skipped multiple times. I love Burger King. this place was not it. food was cold, order was incorrect, service was slow and rude. we were lucky we even got served (I watched 3 separate families approach the counter and be ignored until they eventually gave up and left). the server was so unnecessarily rude, and when we asked for his name to report him we were told that they didn't wear name tags for that very reason (and that they "didn't know" where we could report them). what a horrible experience read more

All of these reviews are old. Yelp should reset them after a certain amount of time. Staff was cool. It's not a Disney experience so don't expect them to work like a Disney staff. I asked for condiments they told me they didn't have any and proceeded to stare at me as if he was starting a fight. I got a refill on my soda and then the manager came to my table and started to try and intimidate me. (That did not work for him) so then he asked me to leave. RUDE!!!! They screwed up our order, so I went up to ask about the receipt before we got our order...the girl who took the order was nice, but clueless on what to do. So she asked this woman and she said, well your order is already done and stuck the incorrect burger in our bag. I told her, we very clearly ordered an Impossible Burger and the cashier must have accidentally put it in wrong. Then the woman said, well this is your order and pushed the bag towards me on the counter. I told her we ordered an Impossible burger bc I don't eat meat...can you please remake it? She was SOOOOO annoyed and then begrudgingly went to ask. Someone approved the remake and she came back and made a very obvious show of aggressively throwing the meat Whopper into the trash in front of me. Then she said, we'll call you when it's ready. When it was she yelled so loudly "IMPOSSIBLE BURGER!" Everyone in the restaurant turned and looked. I've never been treated this way in my life and I was very nice to her. What happened to "BK Have it your way"?! She acted like this was coming out of her pocket personally. Travels with Trailers or RVs are treated like trash. We couldn't order from the dine in Lobby and there was no way to have food brought out to vehicles. Tried ordering from the BK App and it didn't work. We had to physically walk up to the drive through and order. Once there we were told that the coupons on the app were not honored at the store so the price changed. Then we were given the incorrect order. We ordered food for two adults and four children. Awful drive thru service. Server rushed us to order saying we were on a timer to order. Working fast food in the past we know THEY are on a timer. Had us pull into parking lot after paying where several other cars are waiting and getting orders mixed up. They are manipulating their numbers while causing a huge bother to their customers. It took the cashier a century to place our order. She clearly didn't know where can she find "Sourdough King" on the screen. She wasted a good 3 minutes before asking a more experienced employee for help. (Btw, she didn't have a name tag on her shirt) We ordered 3 original chicken sandwich combos and I said that I want one of the sandwiches without cheese and lettuce( which she got right). However, all three of our chicken sandwiches came out without cheese or lettuce. Also, I ordered one more original chicken sandwich(sandwich only). She got a crispy chicken sandwich for me instead. They also got our order mixed with someone else's. The cashier obviously treated other customers better than us. Is it because we are Asians? Food $2.89 chicken fries $1.50 for 10 chicken nuggests It doesn't make sense to me. The nuggets not only taste better but are cheaper also for same quantity. The fries has a more flavorful skin maybe but I still preferred the classic nuggets. Decor Do you like the smell of heated trash and have flies bother you while you eat? I have never given a one star but this place was a hot mess. The people were very nice but everything was dirty. Not one table had been wiped off, you could see the stains from the food and sodas. I like this Burger King so much that I have to review it! It's just great to find a good place to eat where you can watch TV and have free Wifi. Other than Starbucks and maybe Denny's, there's no good place to get coffee and good breakfast in Page (yes, I did check the yellow pages and googled it up). So glad to find Burger King to start our day with some good breakfast sandwich while catching up with the news on TV and checking our emails. Just perfect! read more

Came here because I love my veggie burgers. First thing I noticed when I walked through the door was a blast of rotten egg smell. Why? I have no idea. Next when I recieved my drink my shoes were sticking to all the soda caked to the floor. And then....flies. All aroung my face, in a restuarant. Their glass doors were so sticky and hadn't been cleaned in weeks it seems. And I didn't spot a single clean table I wanted to eat at. The store was filthy. Watched someone, clear the table by just wiping off the crumbs, fries, paper etc. on to the floor and left it there. Requested burger "my way" without ketchup. Must have got that after the burger was made because they just wiped off the ketchup, but left a residue. read more
