Terrible experience. Would leave zero stars if possible. Waited 15 minutes at the counter to order. Order did not arrive for 15 more minutes. Two of 6 items were incorrect. Bacon was raw on two burgers, missing on one, a double burger had only one patty, and there were no sauces on another burger. When we complained at the counter that the bacon was raw, one of the female staff said very shortly, "Well? What do you want?" We requested a refund on 4 items which took an additional 10 minutes. 40 minutes for two people out of six to get food. Epically rude service, raw food. Zero stars, Do not recommend. read more

Angry, rude manager that yelled at me because he was the only one working on a Sunday morning. Very mismanaged!

VERY rude window worker. No hello, thank you, nothing, Virtually through the food at me. Haven't been to this place in over a year. I see nothing has changed. Woman that took the order was nice. read more

Not sure what is wrong with the drive-thru cashier. She is very unhappy and very rude! Super rude! If you are unhappy with your job, go do something else! Don't ruin anyone's day by standing there and acting like that to any customer! We don't know you personally, and sorry you have to be there to work. The food is normal, but the service is beyond terrible! I hope you heal, Miss Cashier! I will pray for you big time.! read more

EXTREMELY SLOW service when the place isn't even busy. I counted 7 people in the restaurant. My number was skipped multiple times. When I walked to the front to talk to the employees with the thick eyebrows, she just turned her back to me, didn't even acknowledge me...... What's even worse is that all of them wore no gloves. I saw them touching money, keys, then back to touching my fries. I don't even know if I want to eat my food anymore or not...... read more

can't give it 0 stars. I love Burger King. this place was not it. food was cold, order was incorrect, service was slow and rude. we were lucky we even got served (I watched 3 separate families approach the counter and be ignored until they eventually gave up and left). the server was so unnecessarily rude, and when we asked for his name to report him we were told that they didn't wear name tags for that very reason (and that they "didn't know" where we could report them). what a horrible experience read more

All of these reviews are old. Yelp should reset them after a certain amount of time. Staff was cool. It's not a Disney experience so don't expect them to work like a Disney staff. They were there and got the job done professionally, small talk included. Food was perfect for what Burger King is. Bathroom was overwhelming clean. As well as the dining room. Food was out in about 5 minutes. read more

!!!!!! Stay Away They Are Super Rude!!!!!! Manager & his girlfriend which worked there we're horribly rude. I asked for condiments they told me they didn't have any and proceeded to stare at me as if he was starting a fight. I got a refill on my soda and then the manager came to my table and started to try and intimidate me. (That did not work for him) so then he asked me to leave. If I could leave negative stars I would. Some people should not do customer service. This by far the worst burger king experience I have ever had. By the way me and my Family love burger king this one is just not good. So sad they just need better management & and better attitude. read more

RUDE!!!! They screwed up our order, so I went up to ask about the receipt before we got our order...the girl who took the order was nice, but clueless on what to do. So she asked this woman and she said, well your order is already done and stuck the incorrect burger in our bag. I told her, we very clearly ordered an Impossible Burger and the cashier must have accidentally put it in wrong. Then the woman said, well this is your order and pushed the bag towards me on the counter. I told her we ordered an Impossible burger bc I don't eat meat...can you please remake it? She was SOOOOO annoyed and then begrudgingly went to ask. Someone approved the remake and she came back and made a very obvious show of aggressively throwing the meat Whopper into the trash in front of me. Then she said, we'll call you when it's ready. When it was she yelled so loudly "IMPOSSIBLE BURGER!" Everyone in the restaurant turned and looked. I've never been treated this way in my life and I was very nice to her. What happened to "BK Have it your way"?! She acted like this was coming out of her pocket personally. Any other fast food place I've been to, they apologize and say "no problem, we'll make the correct item". This woman should not be working with the public. One other thing, I thought it was odd that they didn't have a baby changing table, so I couldn't change my baby's diaper there. read more

Zero stars is deserved! Terrible service. Snarky, snotty employee working the drive through this morning. After waiting several minutes and dealing with her attitude, we didn't even order, just said forget it and drive through. read more

Travels with Trailers or RVs are treated like trash. We couldn't order from the dine in Lobby and there was no way to have food brought out to vehicles. Tried ordering from the BK App and it didn't work. We had to physically walk up to the drive through and order. Once there we were told that the coupons on the app were not honored at the store so the price changed. Then we were given the incorrect order. We ordered food for two adults and four children. Worst experience at a Burger King ever. Wendy's has just earned our business due to the poor service and lack of effort at this establishment. #WENDY'S read more

Horrible service at the drive thru. Ordered a drink which they missed. When I asked for it I was told there were too many cars behind me and they could not get it for me. Ridiculous response to a customer when the employee made a mistake. It would have taken 30 seconds to correct the situation. read more

Stopped here quick on our way to Horseshoe bend. Looks recently updated inside, food came out very quick and hot. Didn't experience any rudeness or attitude from employees. No problems with my experience. read more

Awful drive thru service. Server rushed us to order saying we were on a timer to order. Working fast food in the past we know THEY are on a timer. Had us pull into parking lot after paying where several other cars are waiting and getting orders mixed up. They are manipulating their numbers while causing a huge bother to their customers. Save yourself the headache and go 1 minute down the street to McDonalds. read more

This place is garbage. No drinks except water or shakes? Service was short and rude. Don't waste your money.

It took the cashier a century to place our order. She clearly didn't know where can she find "Sourdough King" on the screen. She wasted a good 3 minutes before asking a more experienced employee for help. (Btw, she didn't have a name tag on her shirt) We ordered 3 original chicken sandwich combos and I said that I want one of the sandwiches without cheese and lettuce( which she got right). However, all three of our chicken sandwiches came out without cheese or lettuce. Also, I ordered one more original chicken sandwich(sandwich only). She got a crispy chicken sandwich for me instead. They also got our order mixed with someone else's. The cashier obviously treated other customers better than us. Is it because we are Asians? It was definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a BK restaurant. Screw this store. I'll definitely report this issue to the company. read more

Food $2.89 chicken fries $1.50 for 10 chicken nuggests It doesn't make sense to me. The nuggets not only taste better but are cheaper also for same quantity. The fries has a more flavorful skin maybe but I still preferred the classic nuggets. Decor Do you like the smell of heated trash and have flies bother you while you eat? Then this is the place for you. I've seen worse bathrooms. Service It's a Burger King. Pros Friendly staff actually. Cons Everything else Would I come here again? I hope not. read more

Young man that took our order when asked if they have the family deal abruptly said what's the code? Not mentioning that yes they do have the deal. When I received my bag of food and noticed there was no ketchup on top I asked for ketchup. Young lady told me it was in the bottom of bag. NOPE. No ketchup and because dining area is closed can't really get it know that we are out of line. read more

THE most dirty and disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever had the displeasure to walk into ...... the staff were inattentive and careless bordering on rude ...... cigarette butts in the trough of the self serve drinks Floor and tables dirty to the extent that they obviously only get the most cursory attention maybe once a week ....... I'll admit Burger King is my preferred fast food burger. So my review is really based on comparing this one to BKs I've been to lately. Stopped in around 5 pm on a Wednesday evening. Greeting was friendly and order went quickly. Only took about 4 minutes to get my order. Double meat whopper was spot on. One of the better ones I've had in a while. read more

They gave me the wrong order for the 20th TIME and they were rude now I see why my cousin never come there

They missed one order (Whopper), they put cheese on the we asked for no cheese. When we asked for missing Whopper, first they said it's on the tray (obviously not there), then they gave us bacon cheeseburger instead of Whopper... They gave us the missing order after 20min. We were ready to go by then. read more

Horrible place. The staff seems to be highly unprofessional and the food felt STALE. The staff acted as if they did a favor on us by taking the order. Wish could give a ZERO rating to this place. I do like Burger King in general but this place was BAD. read more

Didn't get correct order after repeating it multiple times. Really unfortunate. Managed poorly. Staff not friendly.

I would love for Burger King to open at 7am as stated on the store hours sign. I have stopped by after 7am on numerous occasions but they are never open for drive thru or walk in. I then have to go to another competitor in the area. I hear the breakfast is good but they have to be open to enjoy. read more

I have never given a one star but this place was a hot mess. The people were very nice but everything was dirty. Not one table had been wiped off, you could see the stains from the food and sodas. The men's room was out of order. They had flies everywhere which is just gross around food. They also were sold out of several food items which is strange. Oh best for last. NO DIET soda. Hamburger was good fries were cold. But nervous about getting sick because everything was so dirty. read more

Awful. The floor was sticky, the burgers way too salty. We arrived here because we were tired, and didn't want to wait half an hour to get a table at another place. We did regret this. Staff was nice though. read more

This BK is one of the better BKs I've been to for a long time. It's even better when compared to Blue Buddha I ate at last night which was $30/person. Overall clean, the staff is friendly, and the fries are perfectly done. I'd recommend this BK if you're looking for a quick bite in Page! read more

I like this Burger King so much that I have to review it! It's just great to find a good place to eat where you can watch TV and have free Wifi. Other than Starbucks and maybe Denny's, there's no good place to get coffee and good breakfast in Page (yes, I did check the yellow pages and googled it up). So glad to find Burger King to start our day with some good breakfast sandwich while catching up with the news on TV and checking our emails. Just perfect! read more

The food at BK will always taste the same regardless of which one you go to; what really makes a difference is the treatment you get and how the staff behaves. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a BK. The staff was outright rude and uncooperative. read more

Came here because I love my veggie burgers. First thing I noticed when I walked through the door was a blast of rotten egg smell. Why? I have no idea. Next when I recieved my drink my shoes were sticking to all the soda caked to the floor. And then....flies. All aroung my face, in a restuarant. Their glass doors were so sticky and hadn't been cleaned in weeks it seems. And I didn't spot a single clean table I wanted to eat at. Needless to say I changed my order 'to go', and got out of there quick. And after all that all the lettuce in my burger was wilted and brown! Someone needs to call the health inspector....this is bad folks... read more

The store was filthy. Watched someone, clear the table by just wiping off the crumbs, fries, paper etc. on to the floor and left it there. Requested burger "my way" without ketchup. Must have got that after the burger was made because they just wiped off the ketchup, but left a residue. read more
