Delayed lunch, ordered in advance in the hope of a quick pickup. Got there and the drive through line was very long. THIRTY MINUTES LATER when I finally got to the window, they handed me a bag with three orders of cold, stale fries. I should have complained, but was conscious of the huge line still behind me. Got home to find a different burger than I ordered. Tried to eat the fries but gave up. Ate the burger anyway, though it was one I didn't like. I got a double quarter pounder and few other things. I took one bite of my burger and they left the PATTY PAPER ON MY BURGER AND COOKED IT TO THE MEAT! It's not that hard to miss! And I noticed one of two things either a bad batch of fries that tasted like a raw potato or they changed the recipe I hope it was just a bad batch of fries and they continue with their OG glorious fries. Any ways I got a Big Mac and it felt like more of a small Mac. I personally feel like the meat paddies keep getting smaller which causes the buns and sauce to drown out the taste of the meat patty. The filet of fish was not centered on the bun to make it treatable in my car. Needed fixing. AND a third of the little bit of cheese they give you was stuck on the side of the box (because it wasn't put together properly.) AND forget receiving the usual delicious fries. THE WORST McDonalds I've ever been to. They always get the order wrong. Always. I asked for extra onion on my burgers and I got NO ONIONS. The chicken sandwich I ordered was on stale, hard bread. Not fresh at all. Also it had enough mayo on it for 3 sandwiches. The fries, usually the Star of the show tasted bitter from expired oil and had NO SALT. Literally like throwing $13 down the toilet. Came here for the first time to this location right before a WinCo grocery trip (don't shop when hungry!). Went into the restaurant due to having paper and mobile coupons. The interior was clean and inviting. Even the soda area was wiped down and super tidy, no soda splashes anywhere. The gal who took our order was pleasant and friendly. She took notes of my order, specifically wanting my Carmel frappe thick, and not runny, and also requested to have my fries done fresh and hot. And when the order came out, I got just that. Carmel frappe served thick, not runny. Fries were fried fresh, salty, and hot. Filet o fish was fresh as well, bread was soft and warm. All our coupons paper and mobile, were applied correctly to our orders. In addition, the bathrooms were clean! Always a plus in a public restaurant! read more

McDonalds food is pretty much hard to screw up. It's all pretty basic fast food and you like it or not. For me it's, meh. It is nice to stop in if you're in a rush. The location on 800 N in Orem is usually always pretty clean and food is always made correct and not sloppy. The only issue I have with this location is the staff. Tonight when we stopped in, only the manager had a uniform. All other employees (that I could see) were in street clothes. They had drinks on the line and were chatting away until THEY were ready to take our order. This is not the first experience at this location with similar employee behavior. When I placed my order it posed the question of whether I was going to choose to " dine inside" or take my order "to go". Because I am traveling and wanted to just sit for a minute and enjoy my breakfast I chose to "dine inside". I went to the counter to pay for my meal. And I sat down. In the middle of my breakfast, a very rude woman told me that I had to leave! I explained "that I had chosen to dine inside, and asked why that had not been explained to me when I paid for my meal?" Long overdue but these guys deserve 5 stars all the way! I come through here weekly, usually late at night, but even the night crew is prompt, nice, and hooks it up with the dipping sauce. Today the line was slow and there were some mix ups with our order. First I've had that happen. But in the end we found ourselves with an extra fry and a free chocolate shake. Full props y'all. Where do I start I almost slipped in their bathroom they didn't fix the leak that they have I told the manager I almost fell he didn't care. When trying to use the self check out because these people are not even paying attention to the counter and of course it couldn't take my payment and told me to go up front I proceeded to go up front several people looked at me even upper management they continued on what they were doing ignoring me.
