Where do I start I almost slipped in their bathroom they didn't fix the leak that they have I told the manager I almost fell he didn't care. When trying to use the self check out because these people are not even paying attention to the counter and of course it couldn't take my payment and told me to go up front I proceeded to go up front several people looked at me even upper management they continued on what they were doing ignoring me. I finally had to say excuse me very loud until someone addressed me so I could pay for my food. The whole place is just rude every single person working here has a attitude seems like. Maybe the self checkout machines have made them not care about customer service and smiles. Apparently when you order a an ice cream cone here they're too lazy to just fill up the cone and give it to you... Instead they fill up a cup, put the cone on top and hand it to you... I try to be an optimistic kind of a person. When I leave a review, I want it to be one that the owner likes, or can learn from. When I went to the drive thru of McDonalds this morning, there were 4 cars in front of me...I did not think it would take me OVER 20 minutes to place my order and get my food. As I reached for the hash brown, it was cold. And to top it all off, I didn't even get the breakfast sandwich I ordered. Poor, poor service. They claimed there were only two on shift and left the building locked till 10 a.m. ; however, we saw multiple people inside working. Ordered two sausage with egg mcmuffins and two hashbrowns. The mcmuffins didn't have egg in either one of them, only a slab of sausage and cheese. We went through the drive-thru so we didn't have time to check. Guess we'll have to moving forward. This isn't the first time. This McDonalds continues to disappoint. Ok it was a bit cleaner this time, but not by much. Another 1 hr 30 min in the play area and not a single clean up even though fries and trash were on the floor. This time however the staff showed their lack of proper training. One of them was texting, briefly but texting non the less, while a line of customers were waiting to order. Finally one of them opened a second register and shouted "I'll help WHOEVER is next" Well duh, who do you think is next? Could it be the person in the first line right behind the guy being served? It took forever just to get the order placed and I was # 3 in line. I watched in amusement as a child ordered an ice cream, the clerk took it to him, then forgot to clear it out of the system. I'm going to give this place a five star review for one reason... after visiting other McDonald's in the area, the people here give better service compared to the others. At one location, the lady at the window rolled her eyes at me when I said "thank you" as she dipped her nugget in her sauce. A different location we just left because the girl at the window just would modify the order. In Farmington, the lady at taking the order was wonderful. The guy handing you the food acted like you knocked on his door and interrupted his day. There was a mistake with the order and he called his manager who wasn't rude but.... Anyway, the people here are not rude. I worked in the service industry for years and truly believe everyone should be treated with respect. If a client goes to your place of work and he or she is not being rude or disrespectful, treat them with respect, not because they are clients but because they too are people. And this is not a diss at all, but if you are miserable at your job, for your own well being, quit. Life is too short to live it unhappily. read more

Um no. I get that this is McDonald's but if we arrive and leave frustrated from your drive thru, something is wrong. We ordered, we ask her to repeat it back, she does. Then they give us our food and meals, missing fries. When we said we had ordered meals, not ala friggin cart nuggets for the kids, they took forever to reprint our receipt to show us the first gal did indeed mess up our order and we did not pay for fries. I gave them my card and they spent another forever long time recharging my card and getting us fries and then forgot to give me my card back. Too bad there is not an option to leave a 0 or this location would be getting it. I went through their drive thru. There are two lanes to order from here, an inside lane and an outside lane. Apparently the chick at the window didn't know this as 3 cars were helped in the outside lane while I sat there hoping to get her attention and place my order. No such luck. She proceeded to help the next person in the outside lane AGAIN. Rather than continue to wait for life I pulled through and followed the cars out never having been asked to place an order. Um, what the heck?! Why does this McDonald's charge so much more than the ones in Provo? $2 instead of $1.25 for a 4-piece chicken nugget. $1.55 instead of $1.25 for a small fry. I'm pretty sure it's $1.25 for an apple juice instead of $1. I have 4 kids, so it adds up. I actually called to verify the price of the apple juice and had the following conversation: Me: Hi, how much is an apple juice? McD: I think it's $1 or $1-something. Me: Can you check for me please? McD: We're really busy. Can you just come to the store. Click. I know it's fast food, but whatever you do, do it well. Anyway, I now hate this place and will not be back ever no matter how close it is to my kids' dance classes or the freeway or other places. I hate when people are super rude about language barriers but I have to review this location based off of my true experience. McDonald's food is McDonald's food, it's nearly the exact same everywhere you go. If you're into this type of food (which I totally am) then by all means, go through the drive through. I typically go through the Drive through when I come here but it is always a super long line. Sometimes I grin and bear it and sometimes I cut my losses. But let me tell ya, however long the drive through seems, it is much better than going inside. I decided to skip the long drive through this time and went inside. I stood in line for a long while, watching the cashier struggle with the previous people's orders. Both customers in front of me asked for to go and both times it came out wrong. While I waited in line, I watched the employees manning the drive through line hustle and bustle like nobody's business while the inside cashier moved like a turtle. When it was finally my turn, she didn't understand anything I said. A strawberry smoothie order took her 5 minutes and an extra employee to put in. Meanwhile, the inside line is now nearly out the door. I personally don't usually mind if the language barrier meant a longer wait, if the place was empty. But in this instance, I would recommend maybe putting someone else on the cashier who can speak english so that service doesn't suffer. But eh, it's McDonald's, you don't come here for the service. read more

Its McDonalds. Nuff said. I like Big Macs and McFlurrys. HOWEVER, for this particular LOCATION- you should know it's often busy. It's right off the freeway so it gets a lot of attention. On top of that, it's employee turn around rate is quick: don't expect stellar quick service. The drive through has 2 order boxes, but you could still be in there for 30+ minutes. The whole restaurant is filthy, one of the happy meals I ordered didn't have a burger, and I sat at the counter to fix it for 5 minutes and nobody even acknowledged I was there. This was at 2:30 pm- not busy at all. Couldn't find a clean table and had to settle for one with a ketchup smear and finger prints. We noticed they forgot our ice cream cones so we told them and then when we got home we were frustrated to open two of our happy meals to see no chicken nuggets in either of them when we ordered 4 piece nuggets for both of them. We hoped this would be our only disappointment but we were again disappointed when we opened one of the McDoubles we ordered to find no hamburger patties on it. It was just bread and the condiments. Every single time I have to come to this location my order has been wrong. I live in Salt Lake but my kid has practice up here. Most recent order was 2 plain cheeseburgers, gogurt, powerade, 6 chocolate chip cookies. They gave me regular cheeseburgers (which ruined my kids lives, at least that's how they were acting), apples, 2 chocolate chip cookies and 4 oatmeal cookies. Do you know how upset chocolate chip cookie lovers get when they bite into a cookie with raisins?? Well upset enough to write a review. This location needs to get it together. read more

Once the food actually got out to me, not only did they initially give me the wrong order but all 3 cheeseburgers were cold. Not just the buns, the meat as well. Even for McDonald's, this one is BAD. The service is abysmal and I have yet to go there and not be treated like I'm a burden. They are rude, often slow, and unapologetic. On one occasion, after taking my money they told me they didn't have what I asked for, then sat there like they expected me to just say ok and leave. Then, when they found a replacement (which they clearly didn't do a decent job with) they just held it out, no words, no apology, not even eye contact. They are clearly more focused on some screen near the window than they are on any customer at all. Then, on a separate occasion, going through drivethru, I watched 4 vehicles give there order on their other "lane" before they even greeted me. After which, once again, they were rude and acted as though I was putting them out. I tried to give them more chances, because I live close, but I won't return to this mcDonalds again. read more

If you've read my other posts, then you know I have a loyalty to the golden arches. During the last few years when McDonald's was suffering...I stayed loyal and true. No Chipotle for me. However! There are times when you have to show some "tough love" to get your point across. This is probably one of the worst McDs I ever visited. And chances are, I'll never come back. I'll give them that they were busy in the drive thru, but they were slow as snails in the kitchen. I even mobile ordered my food before stepping thru the doors. As busy as they were, I just can't understand how they can serve such mediocre french fries. My spouse opened the box of her craft sandwich and found she had a new dining companion. They were barely apologetic about the bug and slapped another sandwich together for her. Every table in the place was dirty, and no one was in the dining room cleaning them. I even noticed they don't even mix the Mc Flurries. They just pour the mix on top and send it down the road. It's kinda sad how far McDonald's has fallen. They used to have pretty strong policies about serving food fresh. Don't let fries sit too long, etc. I still like it, just can't say I love it.
