Absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been too. Extremely long wait in drive through, only two cars ahead of me and it still took forever. First window where you pay, employee was cold and rude. Finally got to pick up window and order was wrong. Just wanted two Oreo McFlurrys. Gave me two vanilla ice creams with a few Oreos sprinkled on top. The employee asked me to pull around to the parking lot while they fixes it. This is where it gets real bad. I wait for another five minutes and out comes the rudest most aggressive employee I've ever met. He's flat out rude and aggressive. He hands me two half filled cups and i ask why we're not getting a regular McFlurry like we ordered. He says that's what I ordered and walks away. I look at my sons shake and it's barely half a cup full. I'm not driving away with two half a cups of ice cream and a few Oreos on top for $8+. Lobby is locked so I knock on the window. This employee ignores my knocks. After several minutes of my knocking he comes over to the door and I show him the half full cups. I ask him to please fix the order so it's what I ordered- 2 regular Oreo McFlurrys. This employee is now angry, staring me down, and huffing and puffing. He's angry and rude. He finally brings my two shakes and stares me down again. Very aggressive and threatening. Scared my son. Wow. I don't know if there's anything I can do beside write this review. Please, do not patron this location. I know employees are hard to find right now. Went in when they were almost closing and they really messed up and cheated one of the burgers we bought. I wasn't able to confirm it then and there because of time, but when I got home the burger I got was suppose to be a double patty, they gave me a single. It was also suppose to have bacon and it had none. Really upset and would not recommend going to this trashy employee McDonalds. I've been here a few times because it is conveniently located right off the freeway. The problem is they are slower than molasses and they can never seem to get my order right. I know I shouldn't expect much of McDonald's. Also, if you're going to have two lanes to speed up your drive thru, then you should be alternating orders in each lane. This has to be the WORST McDonals on the planet. The adventure starts with ordering your food in the drive thru with an intercom that's pretty much only one-way. They can take your order but you can't hear them. Broken. Then the fun continues with their ice machine which is down more than their McFlurry machine!!! Don't expect ice in your drink. And if you order sweetened iced tea, they'll give you non-sweetened... but don't worry. You can ask them to fix it and give you a sweetened one and they'll give you a brand new non-sweetened iced tea back. Also, their Big Macs taste like they were prepared about 3 hours before they opened for the day. read more

Owner actively refuses to honor corporate promos (today it is the entire Pick 2 menu). Prices are literally cheaper in Hawaii locations where they have the Pick 2 and a value menu with real values. This location and others nearby (except inside Walmart) are owned by the same person and are a bad value with condescending service to top it off. Look for hand written signs of arbitrary rules randomly set in favor of the franchise and not the customer. There's nothing favorable for customers to patronize this location. Don't support this behavior by business owners; vote with your wallet and go elsewhere. Perhaps corporate putting up with franchisees like this is what is driving away customers in droves. Lets just say this McDonald's must always have new employees as they are not fast like more other McDonald's. Then one morning about to go thought the drive through they had a car parked in front of entrance to both drive ups. Now i thought it may of just bee a customer not pulling forward but no, I'm guessing they had a worker park their car so no one could make an order for some reason. This is the worst McDonalds ever. We went to the drive through, of which there are 2 lanes. We were the only ones there and nobody came over the speaker to help us. Then 2 cars came to the lane next to us and both were helped before us. We ordered a spicy mcchicken, a double cheese burger and 3 chocolate chip cookies. It didn't take any time at all to get the food and we opened it immediately to eat. Both the sandwiches were cold. I know is not rocket science to put a patty under a heat lamp, but it seems they couldn't even manage that. So we open the cookies next. Effing oatmeal raisin. Not chocolate chip. Is it difficult to differentiate between those 2? No. Not only that, those were cold as well. Don't ever go here. Drive a mile down the road to a better fast food joint. Ugh. My husband and I order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with the bacon on the side, almost every other morning. My husband always asks to have the bacon on the side. They almost always get it wrong. We always take it back and have them make another. We don't cause a scene or scold them. We know mistakes happen. However, my husband gets treated very poorly every time he returns his sandwich that was incorrectly made. They get mad at him, as if it was his fault. Today we were still paying for the meal and the manager came from the back to tell my husband (very rudely) that when he orders he needs to make sure that he tells them exactly what he wants because he always comes to return his food. We were confused because we didn't complain of anything (yet) we were just paying at the first window. He responded that he makes sure every time he orders to have the bacon put on the side and that they still get it wrong and it's not his fault. He doesn't eat pork and he likes to give the kids his bacon. The manager told him not to come to that location anymore. Wow! What upsets me is the way they treat a customer. We don't mind that they get it wrong, almost always. It gets frustrating having to go in when were in a hurry, but it's not a huge deal. What is worse is that they discriminate. My husband has tattoos and I dress as a business woman. I have tested the way they treat each of us. They don't know were together. They are extremely rude to him and with me they seem slightly annoyed but don't treat me nearly as bad as they treat him. We are going to start recording the conversations every time we go. read more

I have been very disappointed in the service and quickness of my orders. Up to this point it was tolerable but not anymore. I sat in the drive through for at least 5 minutes and it never moved so i decided to go in. luckily there was no one behind me (the car behind me had pulled away a couple of minutes before I did). I went in and stood in line for 10 minutes while all the time the same truck sat at the drive up window. this was the truck that was 2 cars in front of me when I was in my car. After finally getting my order I went over to get my drink and the ice machine as dripping water. I couldn't fill my cup with ice without having it fill a 1/4 of the cup with water. Sadly, both ice dispensers were seeping water. I voiced my concern to another customer who was getting a drink and she told me she was in a couple of days ago and the ice dispenser was doing the same thing. I am totally fed up with this type of service. It being a relatively new store one would think that service would be a little better. There seemed to not be a lot of supervision or concern from the employees in the back. I'm not sure i will ever go back again. I think corporate is loosing control of it's brand and it's not a pretty sight. PS. the drive up intercom system needs a lot attention. Let me tell you a little insight about this particular McDonalds. I used to worked here as a manager, so I am able to have a complimentary meal. I REFUSE to eat anything here unless I, myself, handled every single ingredient that will be put on the sandwich. The meats that you order from the grill are 95% 3 hours old (Gotta start fresh when we open). There is a good chance the employees making your sandwiches havent washed their hands, are wearing gloves, or being enforced to follow typical hygiene matters. They will handle raw meat, then return to the line to make sandwiches.There have been numerous amounts of buns dropped on the floor and picked up to be made into sandwiches. McDonald's standards are not being followed correctly, expired foods WILL be served. And if by chance it gets too old, the expiration dates will "Magically" get wiped off by harmful chemicals. And if by chance employees do follow protocol, and throw away bad food, it will be taken out of the trash and immediately served. The orders that arent correct and returned? Yeah, those sandwiches are served out again, even after the customer has put their hands all over the sandwich. Yum. You might be thinking, Why go through all this trouble? Well management thinks it's more important to suck up to the owner/operator than to follow typical common sense. They wanna save that extra buck, despite it not even coming out of their paycheck. All those complaints sent to the 1-800 number? Dont even bother, the owner doesnt care. You could see an employee spit in your food and then see them one month later. Those complaints don't do anything, they just dont care. I'd say you'd have better luck at the other McDonalds in the area, but they are owned by the same owner. You're best shot is the McDonalds in Walmart. Different Owner, not too sure how they handle your food. read more

We go to McDonald's a lot. But today I had extremely rude service. My coupon from the app. was for buy one extra value meal get one free. They said it didn't work. So the cashier was trying to figure out why. It was taking time and then told me I needed to order something else. Then another lady looked over and said what is he problem with this order. If the coupon doesn't work it doesnt work. I can't do anything about it. Embarrassed me in front of other customers. So rude. And continued to keep saying it. I will not ever return to this one. Last time I went through the drive thru (4/4/2019 1023-1148pm ) got home to find I was missing two quarter pounders. I go all the way back. They had the special buy one of certain item and get another for $1.00. That was the two missing quarter pounders. I sat in the drive thru for 59 minutes because they couldn't do simple math. Unbelievable. They had charged me full price on all items. They wanted to charge me again!! After an hour since I first went through I said that my fries at home would be cold and they should replace those. They charged me for those too!! I dealt with the manager Salene Rodri. I never received an apology. The cashier who couldn't listen or add was Brandon Berry. Those two smirked and laughed at me. I've never been treated so rudely. Toward the end they actually said "Give her what she wants so she will go away". I was the one over charged, had to drive back, sit for an hour, and pay again for wanting hot fries with my meal since the fries I bought an hour ago were cold. I be damn if they didn't give me almost cold nasty fries. I couldn't believe it. I asked for my money back on the fries, and was told by the cashier that he would have to get the manager again, and she was too busy to deal with me. Wow.
