I liked that they have waffle fries actually prefer these over a regular fries and their fry sauce is signature. It's amazing the same fry sauce that I buy at the supermarket. While someone was vomiting in the lobby they still allowed people to eat in even though the situation was still active. I wish they warned people that way more people wouldn't have to see it happening while wanting to eat (the sitting area was already pretty full). Half the workers were just staring in shock instead of trying to help the person vomiting out or continuing to help the long line in the drive thru. I think for how much was going on having workers block the area would have been better for the person throwing up and anyone else wanting to eat. Aside from that, the whole store looked completely dirty, floors, every single table, and the doors to the playroom completely covered in fingerprint marks. It looked like no one had cleaned anything in a week and even the utensils were all empty. As an observer, it makes you wonder if the food cleanliness procedures were the issue for the reason why there was someone sick in the lobby. Completely lost my appetite after everything, had I known what was going on before sitting down, would not have ordered or even tried to eat in the dine in area. I feel bad for the one worker that was trying to clean it considering everything he had to clean up. After having him try to clean up the mess I really hope they let that worker go home to shower all the germs off and not continue working! Especially since no one knows what the person throwing up had. Since we had no idea what was going on we unfortunately sat right next to what was going on, which is why I wish the employees warned people better because of how full and loud the lobby was it was hard to tell what was even going on at first. How can you not like Chick-fil-A? I know that I do. In fact, I love Chick-fil-A. The spicy chicken deluxe minus tomato might be one of the greatest sandwiches ever created. However, today we did not have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. They are getting a little bit lazy in terms of Service. And that's a surprise given that Chick-fil-A is known to be one of the best places to get great service. Yes, I said one of the best. The best is In-and-Out hands-down. In-N-Out destroys Chick-fil-A and every single way. I digress. Today when we pulled up to the window, they handed us our bags and sitting on the top of our bag was a tiny little bowl of the kale salad. I get it, it's a little salad that cost $2.79. But my problem with this salad is that the little tiny bowl was only half full of salad. If you're going to give me a bowl of salad at least fill the entire bowl with salad. My wife was a little puzzled and so I pulled the bowl out of the bag, and I talked to the woman at the window. I said, "I think this kale salad is a little bit empty. Do you agree? " she said, "no that's how much we give to you. " I must admit I was a little bit snarky and responded, "you only give half? "She responded again and said that is the amount that they give. When we got home, we noticed that my wife's chicken nuggets were not that great either. A couple of the nuggets in her box were really tiny -I wouldn't consider them full nuggets. Also, every single one of our french fries boxes was less than full. Anyway, I'm a little bit bugged because it feels like instead of being generous Chick-fil-A is trying not to be generous. Mu bowl of chicken tortilla soup was only about half full when I received it. This location was okay, it was a little less chick-fil-a-ey than other locations I've been to before. It was about 4pm on a Saturday. Some of the employees were not very friendly like I've come to be accustomed to from the brand. But it's not a huge deal. Our food was correct and fresh and delicious as usual. I'm always a fan of the simply great tasting Chick-fil-a! It is always a pleasure to come here and get some food and chat with friends. This place is always busy but they never let you know that and I have never experienced it or even noticed it in the employee's attitudes or faces. The have a seasonal Autumn Spice shake right now and it was soo good! I liked it because it's different than the typical pumpkin whatever that everyone seems to default to. Let me tell you about my experience yesterday...in short it contained about 50 "my pleasures" and the food was great. I ordered my classic. Spicy chicken, no pickles but instead of fries I got the side salad. Chicken was great, salad was fresh and the balsamic was great too. Food came out quick. What put it over the top was that I sat down and had forgotten my fork and napkins. The worker noticed that and brought me them to my table without me asking. How awesome is that. Today I went to Chick-fil-A for their cow appreciation day because of course I wanted the free entree. I went at noon and planned on waiting forever in line because of how many people were there. The staff here continues to maintain the standard of excellence that I have seen at every other Chick-Fil-A restaurant. Anytime you say thank you, I promise an employee will respond with "my pleasure" every single time. They are quick to fulfill your order, continually offer to refill your drink for you, and are more than happy to take your tray when you are finished. If you are familiar with Chick you know that they are the creators of the original chicken sandwich. I myself love the sandwich, but time and time again I find myself going for the nugget combo with waffle fries. Choose between and 8 and 12 count, but if you are hungry, go for 12. For those that are somewhat "health conscious", they offer the same meal with grilled nuggets which are equally delicious. Grab some Polynesian sauce, buffalo sauce, and Chick-Fil-A sauce and you are guaranteed to have a good time. This is a business I've been actively avoiding giving the previous business based support of anti LGBTQ organizations. I was convinced to look again and see that they changed. There are enough LGBTQ organizations that say it's time to move on, i figured I'd give it a chance. Now, they only donate a small amount of money to a good cause that has the one restriction that you can't be an officer if you support LGBT rights. Anyway, I heard so many great things. I ended up with the spicy chicken sandwich. I wasn't impressed. The one at Wendy's is spicier, better flavor, and better bun to chicken ratio. I do think the meat was slightly juicier than Wendy's, but not enough to mitigate the other issues. I'll try a regular sandwich and see how it goes. Otherwise, there's certainly no reason to wait in a longer line for a sandwich that isn't better than other options from a place where I still find the politics suspect. read more

At this Chick-fil-A did not. They had their hands in the ice as they were scooping up ice for drinks. Not one worker or server had gloves on and they were touching my food. And we ask about it at the window they told us it didn't matter they didn't have to wear gloves. This shows a lack of care for me and for the world at this time.
