I stopped by Chick-fil-A during a busy time and grabbed a Chick-fil-A deluxe meal with a Dr Pepper shake the food was hot a fresh exactly as you would expect the fries are really great. I liked that they have waffle fries actually prefer these over a regular fries and their fry sauce is signature. It's amazing the same fry sauce that I buy at the supermarket. Even when things are busy, they kept things running well and treated people right. read more

Chick-fil-A - Chicken Deluxe meal with waffle fries and chick-fil-eh sauce. - Fast Food Near Me - Orem, Utah

Nuggets are half the size they used to be and fries are not full. Definitely skipping chic fil a. 15bucks for half the food.

While someone was vomiting in the lobby they still allowed people to eat in even though the situation was still active. I wish they warned people that way more people wouldn't have to see it happening while wanting to eat (the sitting area was already pretty full). Half the workers were just staring in shock instead of trying to help the person vomiting out or continuing to help the long line in the drive thru. I think for how much was going on having workers block the area would have been better for the person throwing up and anyone else wanting to eat. Aside from that, the whole store looked completely dirty, floors, every single table, and the doors to the playroom completely covered in fingerprint marks. It looked like no one had cleaned anything in a week and even the utensils were all empty. As an observer, it makes you wonder if the food cleanliness procedures were the issue for the reason why there was someone sick in the lobby. Completely lost my appetite after everything, had I known what was going on before sitting down, would not have ordered or even tried to eat in the dine in area. I feel bad for the one worker that was trying to clean it considering everything he had to clean up. After having him try to clean up the mess I really hope they let that worker go home to shower all the germs off and not continue working! Especially since no one knows what the person throwing up had. Since we had no idea what was going on we unfortunately sat right next to what was going on, which is why I wish the employees warned people better because of how full and loud the lobby was it was hard to tell what was even going on at first. I am putting two stars because I know someone throwing up in the lobby isn't something people can predict but I definitely think the manager/shift-lead could have handled the situation better for her team and the customers. read more

We all know the food here is great - I mean it's chick fil a. My specific review is for the service and the ambiance. The restaurant is good, they keep it clean. The service is only okay, they have messed up on my order a few times, but they always fixed it. That's why I docked a star. But the staff themselves are very nice and helpful! read more

The lady taking our order was nice! But they didn't give me my ranch... and only put a singular pickle on my chicken sandwich.

every time we come to this location they do NOT fill up the fry container. It's super annoying when you're going through the drive through. When inside I will go tell them and they fix it. Just give people what they are paying for it's so obviously not filled. It's reasons like this my husband hates coming here with me haha pls help a girl out. read more

How can you not like Chick-fil-A? I know that I do. In fact, I love Chick-fil-A. The spicy chicken deluxe minus tomato might be one of the greatest sandwiches ever created. However, today we did not have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. They are getting a little bit lazy in terms of Service. And that's a surprise given that Chick-fil-A is known to be one of the best places to get great service. Yes, I said one of the best. The best is In-and-Out hands-down. In-N-Out destroys Chick-fil-A and every single way. I digress. Today when we pulled up to the window, they handed us our bags and sitting on the top of our bag was a tiny little bowl of the kale salad. I get it, it's a little salad that cost $2.79. But my problem with this salad is that the little tiny bowl was only half full of salad. If you're going to give me a bowl of salad at least fill the entire bowl with salad. My wife was a little puzzled and so I pulled the bowl out of the bag, and I talked to the woman at the window. I said, "I think this kale salad is a little bit empty. Do you agree? " she said, "no that's how much we give to you. " I must admit I was a little bit snarky and responded, "you only give half? "She responded again and said that is the amount that they give. When we got home, we noticed that my wife's chicken nuggets were not that great either. A couple of the nuggets in her box were really tiny -I wouldn't consider them full nuggets. Also, every single one of our french fries boxes was less than full. Anyway, I'm a little bit bugged because it feels like instead of being generous Chick-fil-A is trying not to be generous. I've always looked at Chick-fil-A as a place that is generous to their customers both with food as well as with service. That was not our experience today. I still love Chick-fil-A, but I'm only giving this experience three stars. read more

Mu bowl of chicken tortilla soup was only about half full when I received it. When I asked them to fill it all the way up as I wanted the full $9.00 of soup I was paying for, the girl at the counter looked at me like I was crazy!!! When I insisted, she finally begrudgingly turned around, muttered something under her breath, and actually had to call a manager to help her. read more

Food super yummy as always of course but the workers forgot our sauce and we even specified that we wanted 7. No happy.

Horrible service and garbage products; rude staff, zero help, total waste of money.!!

So I'd like to start off by saying out of the last 10 times I've ordered you guys have not gotten my order right once you're always missing to my sauce my straws my napkins my utensils you missed a bacon bits last time I got two jalapenos on my sandwich this time whoa you guys charged to take lettuce off the sandwiches which is ridiculous I love you guys as food but I am sick of you guys a service some of us don't have vehicles to get around that's why we order off this app so take it into consideration that maybe you should check your orders and check what's on the order that goes into the order that you should put into the bag and put in there because you guys are treating people like they don't matter because we're ordering off the line so I'll keep leaving bad reviews until you guys fix it I'm tired of burning my money up on you guys and getting burned by you guys I love spending my money on your food if it's good and you guys take care of your people but 10 times last 10 times I ain't had one thing 100% right y'all to work on that read more

Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The employees were not friendly, didn't even make eye contact, and did not respond unless absolutely needed. The food was mediocre too. The fries were very cold and hard. Overall not a good experience, it's worth it to go to a further one. read more

Wish they could figure out how not yo have 3 or 4 cars that ordered after you cut you off when the line merges.

This location was okay, it was a little less chick-fil-a-ey than other locations I've been to before. It was about 4pm on a Saturday. Some of the employees were not very friendly like I've come to be accustomed to from the brand. But it's not a huge deal. Our food was correct and fresh and delicious as usual. The Mac and cheese was really good and I finally tried the chicken strips. I've heard they were better than the nuggets, but I think I still need more time to decide haha. read more

I'm always a fan of the simply great tasting Chick-fil-a! It is always a pleasure to come here and get some food and chat with friends. This place is always busy but they never let you know that and I have never experienced it or even noticed it in the employee's attitudes or faces. The have a seasonal Autumn Spice shake right now and it was soo good! I liked it because it's different than the typical pumpkin whatever that everyone seems to default to. I'm not quite sure what it is but it kinda reminded me of biscoff or like a ginger bread. Totally recommend you try it! read more

I got a code for when they messed up my order last time and the person on the phone didn't tell me I had 30 days to use it. So I go to use it just 35 days later and Alicia tells me she can "work with me" and give me one of the items for free that they messed up on. It's just so odd i've never had an issue like this. Most chick fil a's customer service is phenomenal and they always go above and beyond. Clearly miss alicia's is not. Really don't ever write bad reviews but this was the worst experience I've ever had at Chick Fil A! They were rude from the start. Slowest drive-thru ever took me 20 minutes to get my food. Other Chick-fil-A's 5 to 8 minutes and I was late to work. When I got up front Boyd one of the managers did not like when I told him his drive thru was the slowist I have seen from a Chick-fil-A. After that he gave me the worst attitude I've ever seen from a manager didn't even give me my receipt and would not let me scan to get my reward points. Don't think I'll ever return because of him. Above average fast food chicken and seems like these places are always packed so people obviously really like them. I find the chicken pretty good for what it is. Generally tender and juicy. I like the service at this place too. Always fast, friendly, go out of their way unlike a lot of other fast food competitors. Prices are reasonable, service is pretty fast considering how busy it was. Clean dining room. Good if you are in a hurry and this is a better run chic-fil-a than some others in the area. read more

I'm not entirely sure what it is, but this particular location seems to have a step up on all the others. Maybe it's that they take more care so that your food isn't strewn all over the bag when you get it. But it just seems to taste better. Whatever you're doing manager, keep it up. I've recently become a fan of their breakfast. It's same price if not cheaper than other fast food places and more food and tastes better. The biscuits and hash browns are yummy. I was quite impressed with the breakfast burrito. It's actually quite good sized and full of sausage and peppers and onions. It was delicious. Other times have some good food as well. They do make a tasty chicken nugget that doesn't taste like processed styrofoam and I love all the different sauces. And that they let you have whatever/however many sauces you want! Well done! read more

Yes, some fast food restaurants deserve 5-stars. It's as simple as that. Chick-fil-a has always been at the top of the fast food charts, but this location is especially nice. Let me tell you about my experience yesterday...in short it contained about 50 "my pleasures" and the food was great. I ordered my classic. Spicy chicken, no pickles but instead of fries I got the side salad. Chicken was great, salad was fresh and the balsamic was great too. Food came out quick. What put it over the top was that I sat down and had forgotten my fork and napkins. The worker noticed that and brought me them to my table without me asking. How awesome is that. Also, their diet Dr Pepper is great. Not sure how the mix is so good, but it's great. read more

How can you give Chick Filet a bad review? They totally messed up our order and they were not busy. I ordered the Chick Filet grilled sandwich protein style without tomato and extra lettuce. It came with a little bit of lettuce and the tomato and my wife's Chick Filet sandwich never came. I talked to them and they did forget and they failed to charge me for my wife's sandwich. I tried to pay for the sandwich and they refused and said it was on them. Great customer service. What could have turned out into a bad situation they turned around and made it good! Smart. I will return again and again. Chick Filet a 4.5, almost a five. read more

The food is top notch, Chick-fil-A service normally is top notch too. But...don't try to go if you're in a hurry. The inside supervisor was super rude when I needed to clarify my order. The wait is long and it was not a "pleasurable" experience. Meh! Try the south Orem or Provo stores I have never had a cross word with them. read more

I don't usually think about writing reviews for fast food chains because honestly, people are going to eat there no matter what I say. But! Today I went to Chick-fil-A for their cow appreciation day because of course I wanted the free entree. I went at noon and planned on waiting forever in line because of how many people were there. When we got in line we were outside of the restaurant and before I knew it we were at the front of the line and then handed our food. It seriously was faster than a normal day. They prepared for the rush perfectly and all the whole maintained their upbeat and happy attitudes. I was blown away, so great work Chick-fil-A you are my one true love. read more

This chick fil a delivers just like any other I've been to. Great food every time and have yet to mess up one of my orders.

Guys, I'm sitting here in the drive-thru line at Chick-fil-A sick as a dog. I want a large lemonade with no ice and another large cup full of ice because, yes, I am cheap. I want the most lemonade bang for my buck. I'm a long-time patron of Chick-fil-A. Their food is great. It isn't in my Yelp standard of procedures to review huge fast food chains, but this is an exception. The owners of restaurants can have their own beliefs, but every time I come here I'm treated so nicely. It isn't just that Chick-fil-A employees are polite--I can get that at most any restaurant. Here the team members make me feel good and happy and also good in case I missed that. I know these are just kids working a job, but this chain is doing something right when they make a guy not feel weird for his weird order. read more

I am always pretty happy with this location. They seem to do s good job, my order is usually right, and I feel welcome. The drive thru can take quite a while, but it's worth the wait. It really doesn't get much better than Chick-Fil-A; at least in the fast food realm. This brand new location is conveniently located one block north of center street in Orem right on State. The staff here continues to maintain the standard of excellence that I have seen at every other Chick-Fil-A restaurant. Anytime you say thank you, I promise an employee will respond with "my pleasure" every single time. They are quick to fulfill your order, continually offer to refill your drink for you, and are more than happy to take your tray when you are finished. If you are familiar with Chick you know that they are the creators of the original chicken sandwich. I myself love the sandwich, but time and time again I find myself going for the nugget combo with waffle fries. Choose between and 8 and 12 count, but if you are hungry, go for 12. For those that are somewhat "health conscious", they offer the same meal with grilled nuggets which are equally delicious. Grab some Polynesian sauce, buffalo sauce, and Chick-Fil-A sauce and you are guaranteed to have a good time. Overall, I'm happy that Chick-Fil-A has opened a new location and continues to maintain brand excellence with quality products and fantastic employees. Stop here for lunch this week and you won't regret it. read more

This is a business I've been actively avoiding giving the previous business based support of anti LGBTQ organizations. I was convinced to look again and see that they changed. There are enough LGBTQ organizations that say it's time to move on, i figured I'd give it a chance. Now, they only donate a small amount of money to a good cause that has the one restriction that you can't be an officer if you support LGBT rights. Anyway, I heard so many great things. I ended up with the spicy chicken sandwich. I wasn't impressed. The one at Wendy's is spicier, better flavor, and better bun to chicken ratio. I do think the meat was slightly juicier than Wendy's, but not enough to mitigate the other issues. I'll try a regular sandwich and see how it goes. Otherwise, there's certainly no reason to wait in a longer line for a sandwich that isn't better than other options from a place where I still find the politics suspect. read more
