Just make sure that you check your order in the drive through. This was supposed to be a large fry. And I swear I didn't snack on them before the photo. You don't always get what you pay for. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Orem, Utah

Today I went to Chick fil a in Orem. Everyone is on quarantine for Corona virus and we thought we support a few business. Every place that I have tried to help and support is wearing gloves. At this Chick-fil-A did not. They had their hands in the ice as they were scooping up ice for drinks. Not one worker or server had gloves on and they were touching my food. And we ask about it at the window they told us it didn't matter they didn't have to wear gloves. This shows a lack of care for me and for the world at this time. I will no longer support a franchise that doesn't care about its customers and the spread of Coved 19. I believe they are lucky to be open and operating. read more

First of all I love chick-fil-a. Great food! Great customer service! The staff is extremely friendly and it's always their pleasure to serve you. This location is so great. I come here often as it's so close to my work and the drive through, even if it looks super long, is always so fast! You can order on their app and just go pick up the food always a great option. They're constantly offering rewards and free nuggets so it's definitely worth downloading the app! read more

The food is just as delicious as Provo store but the option to order via the app is a little more annoying because you have to go inside to pick it up still. Their breakfast burrito bowl is great and so is their market salad. They offer gluten free options that still taste wonderful. read more

I like Chick-fil-A food. The chicken sandwich deluxe was as I expected. I put the Chick-fil-A sauce on it. I love the lemonade here. I always have to top my lemonade off before I leave. The dining area was clean and orderly. There was a small table setup in honor of Veteran's and had a poem about honoring our vets. The table had a white linen table cloth, a rose and was set so nice. It was really neat. I like that when they are busy, they give you your drink and let you sit down. They bring your order to your table. They always get my order right. read more

Consistency is the biggest pro at Chick-Fil-A. I have never not been satisfied(?) at Chick-Fil-A. I usually order Nuggets or the Spicy Chicken sandwich which are always delicious. This time a coworker queued me in on a new drink The Watermelon Mint Lemonade which was delicious! My favorite sauces are Chick-Fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce. If you haven't gone to Chick-fil-A yet shame on you. If you went yesterday go again today your stomach will thank you. read more

BY FAR THE BEST CHICK FIL A LOCATION EVER! ALWAYS organized, seriously so fast no matter how long the line is, and they always get our order right (especially the sauce)! read more

I like to come here when I want some chicken in my life. I always get the Spicy Deluxe sandwich and it never disappoints. I found out you can get a side of pickles for free too, so that makes the sandwich even better! The variety of sauces are great for changing up the flavors, but still insuring you'll like what you always get. I love their frosted lemonade. I love them so much I started making them at home. The chicken nuggets here are phenomenal. I recommend them to anyone who says they don't like chicken nuggets. The only letdown I've had at Chick Fil A is their waffle fries. There's no flavor and it's disappointing. But that's easy to get over when the rest of the food is so delicious. read more

I love chick-fil-a don't get me wrong but my experience today was absolutely terrible. The guy who took my order was rude to me when I said he could give me as many Chick-fil-A sauces as they could give me. Instead of just being nice about it he said ma'am tell me in the amount you want in a rude tone of voice. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

All of the praises I've sung for other Chick-fil-A locations ring through even louder here. The food is the same surprising high quality for fast food. The consistency is impressive; I've never had a grisly nugget, a dead lettuce leaf, or even a watery lemonade for that matter. I love everything here. Anything with chicken is a winner. Even the Light Lemonade is absolutely delicious. I'm a little perturbed that the Fresh Peach Shake is seasonal. I understand it in my brain, but it doesn't make my pallet or hormones feel any better. I sincerely hope it comes back soon. read more

This place was generally lack lustre to begin with. Service was meh. And then, oh sweet lord, a child had an accident on the slide. Several parents went up to the staff and told them and they did nothing for long enough that a small army of poop covered children came parading out of the play place with bewildered parents in tow. Now this is not their fault, but the reaction sure was. Your reaction to literal feces in your store should be much faster. So as to not have a restaurant full of poop covered children. ****THIS IS NOT ME BEING FUNNY. THIS LITERALLY ACTUALLY FACTUALLY JUST HAPPENED***** read more

Great place, great food, great staff, great service. Really enjoyed both protein style chicken sandwiches. They were served in a transparent plastic container - very classy for a fast food establishment. Will return. read more

The service was fast and good. The food is just overpriced for what you get. I really wanted to love this food. The food is just okay. This place is always busy so I thought I would give it a try. read more

This place is usually so good to us, but we ordered nuggets this past time and when we got home they were burnt burnt. Like black and inedible. It was quite disheartening and made us all very sad :( read more

Michelle is currently in training but let me tell you she is ALREADY A STAR! thank you for such great service michelle and thank you chick til a for hiring Michelle! and always having great service!!! read more

Great food. Killin it. People always are sayin "my pleasure" but this time...the pleasure was ALL mine. The family friendly atmosphere carried me away to a simpler time where kids run around barefoot and adults laugh with infectious, joyous laughter. My heart goes out to Mama Maria who's smile could melt the heart of the grim reaper himself. read more

I am giving a one star review for this location because who ever manages this place makes their employees stand outside taking orders even when it's not busy. Today was particularly upsetting because it was 15 degrees outside and there were 3 employees standing out side. One took orders, the next one gave me my receipt and the third, was handing out sauces. All of these jobs can be easily handlers by one person inside at the drive-through window. Don't make tour employees sit outside in 15 degree weather. Yeesh. read more

Don't do curbside pickup. I have done it twice now and have waited for over 20 minutes both times. Haven't had this issue with any other chick fil a except this one. Sad that this service has to be associated with the chick fil a name. I have watched several cars go through the drive through before I even got my order. Note to anyone who is going here just go through the drive through you will get your order 5 times faster than pick up. read more

I'm annoyed. They messed up multiple parts of our order and we already came home and can't fix it. You should be able to trust them to do it right. read more

I have been buying Chick fil A unsweetened tea for over 10 years now, both in California and here in Orem. I've been truly let down lately with the tea being awful! It tastes like it is 3 days old. I believe I am done with the tea here now. read more

Food is good. Prices are high but the service and quality generally make that worth it, on occasion. However, leaving items off of an order in the drive thru ruins the experience for me. I had one chicken combo and they forgot the fries. I don't like being left with part of the meal I paid for and the choice to drive all the way back, call and spend time on hold, or just realize I am not going to get what I paid for. I understand mistakes are made. That doesn't help me resolve the small issue and high cost at trying to resolve the issue. So, I am left with this review. read more

I don't know why these employees think they can direct traffic but they aren't law enforcement so maybe get them out of the middle of of the street. They are impeding traffic when everyone is trying to get to a different business. read more

I don't think you can go wrong with chickfila! I haven't had any problems with this location and we love the food. Plus, they gave our dog a huge dog treat. I love places that make customer service a priority! read more

Chick-fil-A - George thoroughly enjoyed his dog treat given to him by an employee! - Fast Food Near Me - Orem, Utah

Every time I come here my order is always messed up somehow. I usually end up going to another Chick-fil-A because of it. They don't really seem to care that they mess up on orders either. read more

Food was okay but the service was not alright. I asked for 3 breakfast muffins then when I got to the widow the lady repeated our order and said 2 but we corrected her and said 3, she gave us our food and it was only two muffins. When we told her about it she said we were wrong. She got me very frustrated because she didn't want to help the situation and just told us to leave. read more

They staff ended up giving me the wrong sandwich at first but was super nice about letting me keep the wrong sandwich and getting me the correct one. The place was clean and obviously the staff was really friendly! read more

This chicfila forgot our straws and sauces. I am upset. Do better chicfila. I payed for good food and got nothing that I payed for.

This is probably my favorite location. I once had an expired coupon that I was excited to use and they still let me use it. They are always beyond kind, even for their normal standards of hospitality. I also think that they have the fastest line. Even when this location has a longer line, their employee taking orders outside is quick and friendly and the wait isn't a bother at all, there's barely a wait. I also love their chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich, the softest biscuits I've ever had! read more

This chick fila is usually good at serving but today specifically they marked my order ready 3 mins after I arrived and they took 15 mins before coming out. 2 other people who arrived later got their orders before us. They got my order wrong when they finally did show up. read more

I'm satisfied enough with this location. Whenever I get my food it's hot and fresh. Their fries are pretty consistent in crispness every time I come here. There are just a few times where I didn't get any sauces that I asked for, but it's just sauces so it's not a big deal. However, I've never eaten inside the restaurant and my review is basically just pertaining to their drive-thru service read more

Our order was incorrect. Our rude server gave our food to the car behind us. After sifting through the bag, deciding it was not what they ordered, the server took back the food and attempted to give it to us. Upon refusal he said he would "clean it" He had us pull forward while we waited a good 10+ more min while others received their food behind us and left. upon talking to a manager she informed we now and our food and was unapologetic for the situation. I will not eat at this location again. read more

For a chick fil a it's alright. The waiting time in line was short but the food took a bit to be ready. The service is fine. Compared to other chick fil a in the valley, the waiting time wasn't so bad. As for the food, it is what you expect out of any chick fil a. read more

Very great experience! Finally got a fork for my delicious and creamy mac and cheesy. However this review will not be getting a 5 star rating because i think the order taker could be a little more friendly and less business. read more

We went to Rancherito's not far from this Chick-fil-A location and waited for a long time and they were rude and they didn't help us out. We got here and people were outside waiting for us to order they take our payment they were smiling they got our sauces. By the time we got to the window they were ready with their food and they got the right name and everything was awesome. The food was delicious. I recommend this place over rancheritos o anytime. read more

No mommy/ vale. Stuck in drive threw for 30 min they wouldn't help in any way. I've been to a lot of chick-fail-a and this one was the worst total wast of time. So if you can go to other ones and avoid this place read more

I was super excited that they brought back the peach shake. But now I am absolutely disappointed with Chick-fil-A. Because I went to this location on my best friend lunch break with her and ended up having hair in our food. I am now forever never eating a Chick-fil-A again because this isn't the first time that I found hair in my food. read more

I ordered on the app and the app told me that my food was ready so I walked up to the pick up counter and waited, after about 4 minutes or so a female employee stands at the counter directly in front of me and begins to talk to a coworker behind her about how she loves her employee discount. She then looks up at me and says to me "I'm going on break" and so I'm still waiting and there's probably about 7 people behind the counter all laughing and not paying any attention or bothering to help. After almost 15 minutes a young man wearing a 'in training' name tag comes from behind me and asks if I had been helped and I said no. He immediately found a supervisor for me who was very rude to him and was demanding why he was still there since he had gotten off work 20 minutes ago and he explained that he had been cleaning and restocking the spoons and knives and straw stations after he had his shift meal and the supervisor was like well I hope you know your not getting paid for that! The young man said that's okay I just wanted to help while I wait for my friend. The supervisor then pushed my food at me without an apology, and when I mentioned I was missing a sauce he literally said that's to bad. I could not believe the horrible service and I hope that he is fired and replaced by this new trainee. I believe I should get something for this read more

Extremely fast when it comes to getting your order. Even when they restaurant is slammed they often times get my meal to me by the time I sit down. Really friendly staff members that are always asking if you need anything. The whole restaurant is always really clean with a positive atmosphere. Chick-fil-A is probably the most consistent restaurant on the planet. The food is never different or bad. read more

Five stars for Chick-Fil-A, but this location? Not so much. I've had plenty of orders with missing items but I drove off without checking what was in the bag first because of my trust in Chick-Fil-A. With this location specifically, I haven't had many exceptional experiences. They aren't always attentive. Pleased to be of service, of course. But like, I just want what I paid for. So please, give me what I paid for. read more

We placed our order ahead of time, and when we came in they told us our order would be just a second. 20 minutes of waiting asked us what we were waiting for and had to tell them again what order we were picking up! Why would I just come to Chick-fil-A to sit in your closed lobby and watch everyone else get served except for us when I had come in long before they had! Get your shit together. read more
