I like Chick-fil-A food. The chicken sandwich deluxe was as I expected. I put the Chick-fil-A sauce on it. I love the lemonade here. I always have to top my lemonade off before I leave. The dining area was clean and orderly. There was a small table setup in honor of Veteran's and had a poem about honoring our vets. The table had a white linen table cloth, a rose and was set so nice. Consistency is the biggest pro at Chick-Fil-A. I have never not been satisfied(?) at Chick-Fil-A. I usually order Nuggets or the Spicy Chicken sandwich which are always delicious. This time a coworker queued me in on a new drink The Watermelon Mint Lemonade which was delicious! My favorite sauces are Chick-Fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce. The guy who took my order was rude to me when I said he could give me as many Chick-fil-A sauces as they could give me. I like to come here when I want some chicken in my life. I always get the Spicy Deluxe sandwich and it never disappoints. I found out you can get a side of pickles for free too, so that makes the sandwich even better! The variety of sauces are great for changing up the flavors, but still insuring you'll like what you always get. I love their frosted lemonade. I love them so much I started making them at home. The chicken nuggets here are phenomenal. I recommend them to anyone who says they don't like chicken nuggets. The only letdown I've had at Chick Fil A is their waffle fries. This place was generally lack lustre to begin with. Service was meh. And then, oh sweet lord, a child had an accident on the slide. Several parents went up to the staff and told them and they did nothing for long enough that a small army of poop covered children came parading out of the play place with bewildered parents in tow. All of the praises I've sung for other Chick-fil-A locations ring through even louder here. The food is the same surprising high quality for fast food. The consistency is impressive; I've never had a grisly nugget, a dead lettuce leaf, or even a watery lemonade for that matter. I love everything here. Anything with chicken is a winner. Even the Light Lemonade is absolutely delicious. I'm a little perturbed that the Fresh Peach Shake is seasonal. I understand it in my brain, but it doesn't make my pallet or hormones feel any better. I am giving a one star review for this location because who ever manages this place makes their employees stand outside taking orders even when it's not busy. Today was particularly upsetting because it was 15 degrees outside and there were 3 employees standing out side. One took orders, the next one gave me my receipt and the third, was handing out sauces. All of these jobs can be easily handlers by one person inside at the drive-through window. Don't do curbside pickup. I have done it twice now and have waited for over 20 minutes both times. Haven't had this issue with any other chick fil a except this one. Sad that this service has to be associated with the chick fil a name. I have watched several cars go through the drive through before I even got my order. This is probably my favorite location. I once had an expired coupon that I was excited to use and they still let me use it. They are always beyond kind, even for their normal standards of hospitality. I also think that they have the fastest line. Even when this location has a longer line, their employee taking orders outside is quick and friendly and the wait isn't a bother at all, there's barely a wait. I asked for 3 breakfast muffins then when I got to the widow the lady repeated our order and said 2 but we corrected her and said 3, she gave us our food and it was only two muffins. Food is good. Prices are high but the service and quality generally make that worth it, on occasion. However, leaving items off of an order in the drive thru ruins the experience for me. I had one chicken combo and they forgot the fries. I don't like being left with part of the meal I paid for and the choice to drive all the way back, call and spend time on hold, or just realize I am not going to get what I paid for. We went to Rancherito's not far from this Chick-fil-A location and waited for a long time and they were rude and they didn't help us out. We got here and people were outside waiting for us to order they take our payment they were smiling they got our sauces. Extremely fast when it comes to getting your order. Even when they restaurant is slammed they often times get my meal to me by the time I sit down. Really friendly staff members that are always asking if you need anything. The whole restaurant is always really clean with a positive atmosphere. I ordered on the app and the app told me that my food was ready so I walked up to the pick up counter and waited, after about 4 minutes or so a female employee stands at the counter directly in front of me and begins to talk to a coworker behind her about how she loves her employee discount. She then looks up at me and says to me "I'm going on break" and so I'm still waiting and there's probably about 7 people behind the counter all laughing and not paying any attention or bothering to help. After almost 15 minutes a young man wearing a 'in training' name tag comes from behind me and asks if I had been helped and I said no. He immediately found a supervisor for me who was very rude to him and was demanding why he was still there since he had gotten off work 20 minutes ago and he explained that he had been cleaning and restocking the spoons and knives and straw stations after he had his shift meal and the supervisor was like well I hope you know your not getting paid for that! The young man said that's okay I just wanted to help while I wait for my friend. The supervisor then pushed my food at me without an apology, and when I mentioned I was missing a sauce he literally said that's to bad. I could not believe the horrible service and I hope that he is fired and replaced by this new trainee. I believe I should get something for this read more

The food is just as delicious as Provo store but the option to order via the app is a little more annoying because you have to go inside to pick it up still. Their breakfast burrito bowl is great and so is their market salad. They offer gluten free options that still taste wonderful. read more
