Did a quick drive thru and got kids nuggets and fries. First they should be called pebbles since they were the size of a small pebble. The fries were undercooked, oily and floppy. Went in for them to fix the bad food. Got more floppy fries and undercooked pebbles again. I guess that's just the MO for this poorly managed Chick-fil-A. Don't waster your money here. read more

I usually dig Chick-fil-A, but the expirience today showed me that I shouldn't go to this location anymore. I like grabbing breakfast here but they mess up my order every morning, usually it's not to bad, but this morning was particularly frustrating. When I called to point out the mistake, I was interrogated like I was the one who messed things up. When it was established that they definitely made a mistake they said they would leave a gift card for me to make up for it. When I picked it up, they left coupons for the sandwich that they replaced mine with this morning. It was the same sandwich that I had specified before that I didn't like. Which just ticked me off because it showed how ignorant their staff is. Well regardless, I work down the street and I'm never going to this Chick-fil-A again because of today. read more

As someone who has worked for this company before and have been to multiple locations I must say this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. I went yesterday with my family and I had a coupon and free treat on my mobile app. So I told the team member who took my order before she started. Well it took her 10 minutes to complete my order because she kept messing up. I'm not blaming her, I'm blaming whoever trained her. She isn't the only one who seemed like she was stressing over it. The guys next to her as well. If you know your team members are having a rough time why don't you spend extra time explaining it to them? As a certified trainer for this company, it really seems like they hired them and through them on the register with no training. Then she messed up and went to get a manager who happened to be a team leader and she wasn't much help. She seemed so busy but there wasn't any orders on the screen. So she could've found time to help her out. Finally I get my food and she did mess up my order but I can't blame her cause this poor girl seemed so stressed out I seriously felt so bad. My sister gets her food and they didn't put a multigrain bun on her sandwich so I went up to the front only to be passed by several team members including management until this gentleman helped me. His customer service was amazing! I did think it was weird they didn't offer to remake the sandwich and just give me a bun but that's okay. Overall, it was my second time here and the customer service is hard to come by. Your management needs some work. They aren't friendly people and so your team members look up to them and how they treat guests and it's all the same. Btw- your ice cream portions are huge. You're wasting so much money on giving guests more ice cream then they are paying for. And also your runner yesterday kept leaving them on the tray and falling all over the place. Never have I ever gone to a chick fil a and Been so disrespected in my life. The managers where in horrible moods and where freaking out and putting so much pressure on the employees below them. I ordered my food and when I received it, it was wrong. I spoke to the manager and she brought me the "right" food but it still was not right. First let me start by saying that I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A. I travel all over the country and I always know that I will get a great meal. With that said, I don't know what has happened at your Orem Utah location to make it different than every other location I have ever been to but the service is so slow and totally inconsistent with everything I have come to expect from this fine establishment. The people that work at the Orem Utah location seem to try really hard but there is definitely something missing at this location. It's not just one time where the service has missed the mark. Well I love Chick-fil-A and rarely have a bad experience. Today, however, once I got home from running in I realized that two of our sandwiches were soggy! So gross. (I thought they seemed to have gotten them out to me a little TOO quick, if you catch my drift) So why am I giving them 5 stars? Because I called in to describe the issue and without a second's hesitation the girl I spoke to (Heather) said I'm welcome to anything to fix it, including swinging back to get fresh sandwiches or to even have coupons mailed to me. I had to get back to work so driving back wasn't an option, but I gave her my address and all is well! This chick fil a has horrible service. I frequently go for breakfast before the schedule breakfast time ends only to be turned away being told there is no food left. I don't eat here too often but when I do it is usually pretty solid. This time I fad the spicey chicken sandwich and fries. fries were cold and kinda hard but the real problem was the spice chicken sandwich. It was so salty it was almost unbearable. I felt like I had a months worth of salt in one meal. Not a great feeling. I did let the staff know and they said they would let the cooks know but no offer to correct my sandwich. So I'm a new fan of Chick-fil-A. Their food is consistently good. They do chicken really well. My favorite is the #1 basic sandwich with mayo. I love the waffle fries. No fry sauce to my knowledge, but they taste great and never feel greasy. I have rarely been impressed with a Subway sandwich for example. But every time I eat at Chick-fil-A I think, "That was great!" I used to avoid CFA because of the long drive through lines. But they've got it down really well. They have people with iPads taking orders as you're in line so by the time you get to the window they hand you hot food. Subway is ridiculous. They wait for you to get to the speaker and then slowly make the sandwich while talking to you. One person at a time. Their drive through takes forever. They should change from subway to sub par. So whoever is running this drive through at Chick-fil-A is real impressive. I'm guessing inside it's just as efficient. Orem, watch out! Chick-fil-A is eating your lunch so to speak when it comes to fast food! read more
