The employees provided us with great service and were low key funny. The restaurant was clean and maybe it had that Mcdonald's plastic smell but still it fit the extract criteria I expected. Are you sure this folks are really about KFC, they gave me a chicken breast and it looked like a thigh. Instead of golden brown the chicken looked like it was fried in a grease from 2014. All I got was a spicy chicken sandwich, 8 piece tender, small fry, and mashed potatoes. Somehow it was $40.00. Spicy chicken sandwich is terrible. The bun is soggy, sauce doesn't taste good and the chicken quality is low (including the breading). Your pictures of your chicken sandwiches on your website are insanely misleading. Did you just take pictures of Popeyes' chicken sandwiches? It looked exactly like theirs - thick chicken patty, crispy breading, shiny bun. Yet the sandwich I got from you was nothing like the picture. Thin patty and soggy, thin, non-crispy breading. The tenders were also horrible - stringy breading, and the chicken itself was very tough and rubbery. The mashed potatoes are decent. But it's like 95% potatoes and 5% gravy. Need way more gravy. This location took 20 minutes to get us out root beer floats when they originally said it would take a couple minutes, when we were waiting out front of the store we saw all 5 employees just standing behind the counter on their phones and rolling the rugs up. We got there an hour and a half before closing so they shouldn't even be closing the store up. When I went in to ask about our rootbeer floats they said they were waiting for the ice cream machine to refill. The extra ice cream bag was just sitting there in the counter and they didn't refill until I came and talked to them. I really like KFC, they have really good chicken and i love their mac and cheese as well as mash potatoes & gravy. my one disappointment is that when i went last night they gave me my drink and it was less then half way full. and they shut the window so fast i couldn't even have said nor asked for them to actually fill it to what i paid for. customer service could be better at this location i general, but i do like their food! read more

Let's keep this short and simple, this place has zero customers service. Love KFC chicken, but save yourself and go a few blocks south and be treated like a customer at the Chick-fil-A. On Monday at 8:24pm, I step into this establishment to order some take-out. I stood there unapproached for 6 minutes not even acknowledged by one person on duty, finally walked out. Two young male employees were rearranging tables and sweeping, one young female with red dyed hair was staring at a display of cooked chicken and one shorthaired young girl with a cash register base pulled out in an office open door by the front. Not even sure what she was doing, maybe counting her night funds, but certainly wasn't interested in helping me what so ever!. So, that's four young employees with no adult supervision ignoring the customer outright. I admonish you to pull your video on this, amazing how lackadaisical with the bad attitude to boot was on full display. These companies spend millions upon millions to bring in customers through the front door only to be ignored. Can't keep a business like this open very long. I ordered from the KFC app and got to the store to pick it up five minutes after if was supposed to be done. It wasn't finished for another ten minutes. There was another guy waiting who kept trying to get the staffs attention, to ask them something, and none of them would even look at him. He finally gave up and walked out to his car and was actually leaving when his order finished. I told them that he was driving away, and they didn't even try to catch him, so he could have his food. After ordering, and paying for, a bucket of chicken, I was told they had to cook more and it would be an extra 10 minutes. I was very thirsty and asked for something to drink, but I was told they could not process my request in the drive thru and that I would have to drive through the line again. If they had told me about the delay, before paying, I could have easily added a root beer to my order. I don't understand why they couldn't even give me a drink of water without me having to drive around and go through the drive up again. I mentioned it to the manager, who offered to refund my meal and cancel the order rather than let me buy a drink without waiting in line again. Employees are not friendly and the manager refuses to respond when asked difficult questions. Some or most of the chicken have out the last several times we have eaten here. Too bad! Honestly the worst experience. I understand special circumstances but we are trying to support restaurants. Ordered the 30 dollar fill up because that's what they were pushing, told they were waiting on tenders so asked to move forward. Car in front of us did the same thing. After 35 minutes still waiting on food while car after car goes through the drive thru. Another car pulls next to us after waiting 35 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes so close to an hour finally see employee come out and go to the truck next to us. This is the worst place ever!!! We were told it was the tenders that came with the meal, come on folks 60 minutes for 10 tenders that is crap and we all know it! They forgot about us and tried to use an excuse. Don't go here! They are not the only chicken place in town anymore and DO NOT deserve your patronage. read more

This KFC has kinda ruined me on KFC. It's not very clean even when it's not busy. They workers are abrupt and not very friendly, especially the manager. She gets testy at customers and workers. The food is ok, typical KFC. But since it's not very clean, it's hard to enjoy the food. The front counter is so cluttered with stuff like cookie and cake displays, dipping sauces in a bin, and so much other crap. I have to really want KFC chicken to go here. I do like the A&W root beer on tap. I watched as a customer brought back their order and said that it was wrong. The employee took the food out of the box and proceeded to put the chicken back with the other unserved chicken. I exclaimed that she shouldn't do that because it was against food code to put served food back with other food. The employee got ticked off that I said anything. Luckily my food had already been dished up or I would've left without getting food. You never know what's happened to food once it's left the counter. It's a crap shoot eating here. I never know if I might get sick because of their lack of cleanliness and quality control. read more
