This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Garbage all over the floor of the dining room and I mean all over the place. Fries, napkins, wrappers, etc and I'm not even kidding. Same goes for the condiment/drink area...garbage galore. Several tables with trash on them. I'm tempted to take pictures but certainly it would be an absolute waste of my time. Clearly the franchise owner cares nothing for his employees or the state of his business or employees would inherently know that this should never look like this. He/she should be mortified at the condition of this place. At the counter stood a man not engaging anyone or attempting to take orders due to his fixation on placing paper placemats on trays. Us and another customer had to get his attention to get him to take an order or we may all still be standing there. I usually try to stick to corporate McDs stores. This one is corporate. Went through drive thru at 8:30 pm. Took our order quickly... Waited 5 minutes to get to the first window to pay.. Weird.. Then waited another 10 minutes to get our food! Meat was not fresh and neither were the fries. I ordered a piece of quarter pounder meat with pickles for my gluten free daughter. They are supposed to make the meat up fresh. Nothing was fresh! 15 Minutes and they weren't cooking meat to order, so there was no damn reason to have waited. They were not busy! Lobby was empty. After 50 years of going to McDonald's I am writing a review. I've been to MCDonald's in Spain, Germany, Belarus....and all over the US. My experience there 07/28/2022 was the worst experience I've had in any fast food restaurant. I used the kiosk, no big deal, ir was the only option available . After my order I waited at least 20 minutes. WTF...20 minutes for fast food???? There was some dude that seemed to be in charge, but seemed to not give a shit about how long people were waiting. Yeah I'm talking about you, the dude with the king blond piney tail head, and beard. You should go work somewhere where giving a shit is not a job requirement. When he finally! Very disappointed. Ordered a breakfast sandwich meal with Diet Coke and a cappuccino and McGriddle thru drive thru. Paid for order. When we picked order, there was no Diet Coke and when questioned young lady, she said they were out of Diet Coke and didn't offer another selection. We asked for a refund which was given. I'm a very pleasant customer. I work in customer service myself, and learned the proper way to interact with customers on different situations. Tonight was one of my worst experience in my life at McDonald's and only this one. Me and my friend were driving back to school and were hungry and wanted to go through a device thru. We decided to go to McDonald's. When we pulled up to the drive thru, we asked politely if we could get to separate orders. Once we asked them, the lady that was working gave us a attitude, and said "we do not do that are these hours." I went to Mcdonalds with a friend of mine, we both work at the outlet mall and usually close. Fast food is usually our best bet for dinner. When we pulled up to the window to pick up our food the food safety rating was just 'okay' and worried us both. Once we started to eat our Mcchickens mine tasted off, and by off I mean like rubber. I asked my friend to take a bite, thinking maybe it was just me. She looked inside the burger and saw the inside was black like it had rotted inside. We tried calling to complain but the phones weren't working for about two months, coincidence? I think not. Once we finally got a hold of them, the lady that answered didn't care at all. She said 'we can replace the Mcchickens, but I don't know what you want me to do'. I am utterly disgusted that this Mccdonalds dosent care about the health and safety of the consumers. DO NOT GO TO THE NORTH BEND MCDONALDS. If you want my honest opinion, the Mcdonalds in Sammamish is much better and they care about their consumers. Went there yesterday. The restaurant and bathrooms were filthy. The gal behind the counter (older and with glasses) was blowing her nose and wiping her nose with her hand while then handling food. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Multiple times I have waited 30+ minutes to get my food, even if it is just a smoothie. It seems as if the management here is horrible, as they can never keep employees or have employees that actually show up. Yesterday I went and waited for 40 minutes and was trapped in the drive thru as there were cars and curbs blocking me in. When I got to the window to pay I asked what was going on and they said there were only 3 workers there and that they had to close down the lobby. AT 4 IN THE AFTERNOON. Totally ridiculous. The parking is horrible too because if the drive thru line is long, you will be trapped in your parking spot- which has happened to me as I waited 30 minutes to get out of my parking spot. McDonald's is convenient, and there are established standards for quality and time. This location rarely meets either. Drive-thru times are generally in excess of 10+ minutes regardless of how many people are in line. I actually sitting in the line right now writing this review, not a single vehicle has been served in 12 minutes and counting. If you've got an hour to kill, by all means, come here for some sloppy "fast" food. read more

This is the most ridiculous McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. Both of the times I have come through here in the past couple of months it has taken approx 30 min to get my order. There were a lot of angry people last time I was in because the poor kid at the counter taking orders was mentally challenged and left on his own with a line out the door. It was beyond rude. This time I took the drive through and it has been over 25 minutes and I'm not even to the window. This location is in a kind of "pit stop" area for people traveling on I-90 and must be one of the worst as far as management to be this slow in an area that is always busy. read more

I can't believe I'm admitting this - but I ate at McDonalds. But, I have an excuse. We pulled in to this lot because the adjacent gas station said it had a deli inside (which seriously - packaged sandwiches don't count as a deli). My buddy had to use the restroom so I walked in and grabbed a sweet tea and a large fry to hold me over until lunch. This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Stopped by on the way across state and we ordered a Big Mac, mcchicken, and chicken nuggets with fries. All the food tasted horribly stale and was not cooked properly. I wouldn't be surprised if it was food from the previous day. We didn't finish any of it. They also forgot my barbecue sauce in the drive thru, and when I went inside to (nicely) ask for some and mentioned it was forgotten the employee just said "ok" and then when she handed it to me said "here". Super sad! They are supposed to be a 24 hour McDonalds.. and so we drive up and order and at 12:33am... Mind you it's a little past midnight. We are working third shift at our shop. I only eat the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken at any given McDonalds because it's the only real chicken they serve. The McChicken is not even 100% real chicken patty. This McDonald's refuses to serve this sandwich. Imagine that? They tell me they stop serving this an hour ago. What? All they need to do is make us 2 pieces and it's not like they are that busy at this hour that they cannot take the time to do it. But no, they don't want to serve the real thing, only the fake thing. Fine... they can serve the fake meats to the rest of the customers but I can go hungry for the rest of the night and not have to deal with this crap. I was ready to put in the order for my other kids... and I was looking at the website for the menu. The website had the McPick 2 promo. He said they can't honor that since their system only has the new promo. And this has taken effect 3 days ago.
