Great service, friendly and fast. Very busy but the staff is still patient and kind. Ice cream is amazing. read more

The prices sure have shot up in a short amount of time. $4.99 for ONE weak scoop of ice cream that doesn't even meet the top of the cup doesn't make for a happy customer. The staff is friendly enough but maybe if they had to pay $10.99 for two single scoops out of their paycheck they'd understand being scammed. These prices are nearing Molly Moons and to my understanding they don't provide a livable wage, benefits for all employees, donate to the community, and have compostable cups and spoons so they need to reevaluate their training and pricing... stronger scoops are needed to keep customers coming in for $5 cups! read more

Baskin-Robbins - Weakest scoop I've ever had of cookies and cream here - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

After a quick lunch, my wife and I walked to this Baskin-Robbin in Issaquah to get an ice cream dessert. It's been a while since we've been to a Baskin-Robbin, and it's always nice to see what new flavors are available. In our case, it was Beach Day (Salted vanilla: milk chocolate caramel sea turtles, frosting flecks, swirls of graham cracker sand) and our favorite Jamoca Almond Fudge (coffee ice cream with roasted almonds and fudge swirl), a generous two scooper is $7.29. There was enough ice cream for the our server to put the sugar cone upside down in a cup to prevent a mess. My wife really enjoyed it. I got a medium strawberry shake (two scoops of strawberry ice cream), mixed with milk and topped with whipped cream topping (special price of $6). It was made correctly, but tasted like really weak chilled strawberry milk. Ice cream is the way to go here. read more

First off I'd like to state this is the first time I've ever been in Issaquah. Second, I was meeting a client here at the coffee shop down the road and for the past few days I've been mad craving for some ice cream. I'm that type of person who won't let herself indulge in buying ice cream at the grocery store but my client mentioned how the Baskin Robbins closed down near where she lives and the one after is no longer a BR so she actually comes to this one! So I thought, YES! Today's the day I'm going to get me some ice cream! Before going anywhere I always have to read the reviews of the place to know what I might be getting myself into and let me tell you, woo... the reviews for this location stings a bit. I mentioned this to the two employees working and fortunately he does not work here anymore! I met George and Stephanie, they were super nice! I told them my childhood favorite is "Cherry Jubilee" but George recommended the watermelon sorbet and I'm like OK! Let's get that one! And then Stephanie suggested I try a sample first and I'm so glad I did! I love watermelon but it was a bit too tart for me. I ended up with the Oreo Cookies & Cream and I've never finished an ice cream cone so fast in my life. It was pretty dang good. Issaquah's a bit far for me but hey, if I'm craving ice cream and happen to be in the area, I'll be back! For those of you who had a bad experience, I'd say come back and try one more time (: read more

Pay very close attention to the measurements listed on the website when ordering a cake. I didn't even notice the measurements and ordered a half sheet, which stated it was 8 to 12 servings. When I picked it up, it wasn't even the size of a quarter sheet cake. The staff there explained their sizing isn't the same as standard bakery sizing. That's for sure! We barely squeaked out six servings of cake. I had to purchase another cake elsewhere in order to accommodate our party. Lesson learned. read more

Beach Day is my absolute favorite flavor. I was invited for a taste in 2021 at the Gilman Store in Issaquah by a young man, very nice, would love to find out his name. It was the flavor of the month and since that time we check every month to see if it's back. That time we ordered a quart to take home. if anyone knows of any employees that worked there back in the early 20, i would really appreciate getting the name of that young man. read more

This Baskin Robbins has always been my go-to dessert spot, after I have dinner in the area! I always make it a habit of mine to grab a scoop of one of their wide variety of flavors after my meal to end the night! Their customer service was always hospitable and let me try whatever flavor I wanted without question before I even made my order. I also noticed they make beautifully designed custom-order cakes, if you have a special occasion coming up. If you're ever in this part of town, definitely drop by for a scoop or two! read more

We got a tmobile promotion for baskin robbins so decided to come here to grab some ice cream on a hot day. They definitely have a lot of flavors to choose from, and I definitely like the details on each label. I ended up getting the pineapple coconut as that is my go-to and my bf got the almond one. both were good and refreshing on a hot day. Service was ok though, the guy there doesn't seem to want to be there and he wasn't taht friendly. Price was ok as well. If we had another promotion, I would come back. read more

We wanted to make our son's first birthday special and one of his themes has been dinosaurs. We decided on an ice cream cake and ordered this large cake from Baskin Robbins (cookies and cream ice cream and white cake). When we picked it up, we were so surprised - it looked terrific! The plastic dinosaurs are actually really nice, hard plastic, not the cheap squishy ones. The cake and ice cream were wonderful, and look at the detail on this cake! Everyone thought it looked amazing and tasted delicious. Really appreciate the service and quality of this cake. We went back for my birthday cake in December and will continue to patronize here. Thank you so much for helping to make his birthday such a fun celebration. read more

We've been here twice now this summer. Both times no wait. Parking easy. Tables clean and spacious to eat at. Service great. First time in fact we were able to grab a last minute bday cake personalized. Second time- great service. BUT they were out of my son's favorite flavor- cotton candy!! We even looked for it in a cake or a clown cone but nope- they were out. Big bummer but redeemed with the colorful cake sugar explosion option minutes later. There are more outdoor seating over by legendary donuts thats not as noisy either. There was a long bench in front but with a 3 year old on a busy street, we passed and ate inside instead. He loved the videos /marketing playing on loop that showed icing a cake etc so that was more fun anyways for him. Will def be coming back before the summer's up. read more

Two years, and it seems their primary hiring criterion hasn't changed at all. You've a guaranteed job here if you're a jacka$$. Evidence 1: Sign on the door says no entry w/o a mask. Cashier dude has his mask pulled down below the chin. Evidence 2: Elderly gentleman in front of me pays, and waits patiently to get a chance to ask for a napkin, while cashier dude has a loud conversation with someone that just walked in about his voicemail. Evidence 3: I finally get my turn, and pay up. Dude never asks if I want a receipt, pulls the receipt and stashes it in a pile. No "thank you", no "we appreciate your business", no smile. Obviously no tip from me either. read more

Nice girl working on the night of 11/6 was a rockstar. When we arrived just before closing, she just finished helping a really large group of kids. She didn't seemed stressed and welcomed us and helped my kids and I wish a smile and warm hospitality. I made small talk and asked her how she got through that big group so quickly. She stated they were an easy group with simple orders which she appreciated. She exemplified a great positive attitude despite us being the last customers of the night. Her welcoming, positive attitude is what we need more of these days. Thank you! read more

You CAN'T go wrong with Baskin Robbins! Brings back the nostalgia of my childhood when we'd get pizza and then go to Baskin Robbins for some ice cream! My brother and I LOVED the clown face cones! The ice cream is always on point! You literally cannot get a bad flavor, I swear! Prices are a bit higher than I remember... but... it's a franchise, everyone needs their cut. lol. I get it. I'm surprised by the other reviews... We ordered a birthday cake from the store and the service was amazing. Absolutely horrible service. The guy was a living mummy. Very unwelcoming, no hello nor can I help you? He looked very mean and annoyed when I asked for a few samples to get an idea of what I want. BR ice cream is the traditional original standard by which all the others are gaged and speaks for itself. This review is specifically for the service regarding a special order birthday cake. When we placed the order the man who helped us was very accommodating and cheerful and helped with some very good suggestions that we accepted and included in our order. The day we arrived to pick it up it was not quite ready, and George was professional, apologetic and kindly offered our 5 year-old a free cone while we waited. Someone had called out; he was alone in the store. He did an exceptional job, waiting on customers while finishing the cake. The cake was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. My only complaint/comment would be for the person who did not cover his/her own shift and the manager who did not fill in or help find someone to work the shift. Even on Saturdays without sunshine, people go to BR. George worked very well under pressure and continued to provide exemplary customer service - thank you George! read more

We had the best experience Saturday night at the store! My daughter and I wanted to go out for ice cream to celebrate my birthday. We showed up to the store at 9:20 PM to find out it was closed. The mystery as to why this place is always empty is over- bad customer service! I actually didn't even get the chance to order ice cream from here as the employee was too busy doing her closing chores to serve us (it was 8pm, closing time is at 10pm). We ended up yelling 'nevermind!' To the back as we exited... shockingly there was no response. read more

Usually love BR, but this location needs help. Layout isn't conducive to good customer flow, ice cream vats were stacked all over the place, and the staff was rude, yelling at customers who didn't order fast enough. They were moving so fast they screwed up my daughter's order twice. We didn't try a third time. We just took the wrong order and left. A lot of the customers were talking about what a jerk one of the workers was. Terrible experience. read more

Disgruntled employee- The guy working at the store is extremely rude and doesn't want to be there. Not sure why the store owner has not fired him. We went there on June 2, 2021 in the afternoon. He rushed our order before I could even tell him which size I wanted. When I told him I wanted it to go he said "whatever man". Then I asked him for one more cup and then he said "We are out of cups. I though you wanted only 1 cup". He said this very rudely. The other patrons in the store couldn't believe it. Felt like he was working there for low or no pay and wasn't happy to be there. It was a busy afternoon on a hot day and he was overwhelmed but he was not trained to treat customers with courtesy. I decided to vote with my wallet and told him to cancel my order. He swiftly tossed the cup full of ice cream, in the trash, making a gesture and telling me "whatever man. we are busy today". I hope the store owner sees this. If the guy is the store owner, it won't be long before it closes. From previous reviews it seems like this guy has over stayed his welcome and needs to be fired or trained better. You can count this family from being future customers of this place. They have other better employees and I hope the store thrives. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. The customer service is awful. Looked like the employee couldn't handle the amount of customers so he decided to be rude. Instead of hi, or how can I help you it was "ugh, what do you want." Pros: they have dairy free options Cons: both times I've been here the interactions were strange. The first time was fine until I was checking out- the cashier asked if I'd had covid-19 and when I said no he asked if I wanted to get it!? The second time (same person as the first time) I asked for ice cream in a cone and was given ice cream in a cup with a cone on top and no spoon. When I asked why it was a cone in a cup he said he thought that was what I wanted and stared at me waiting for me to take it. Since the cup was already wasted I just took it and flipped the ice cream onto the cone myself. Overall I won't be going back to this location, there are other ice cream shops nearby where I've always had great experiences, not awkward encounters. read more

Surprisingly we were craving ice cream and we went here. It's been forever since we had baskin and tbh it's pretty good. It doesn't taste like "high" gelato but it ain't from seven eleven. The girl who served us was nice and let us tried about 5 flavors before we settled for 2. read more

For my 100th Yelp review I think I will celebrate with a nod to an Old Skool ice cream company! For many boomers such as myself, Baskin Robbins is the childhood and retro chain we remember. Before the big premium brands, before those guys from Vermont (who I always mistake for the hosts of Car Talk on NPR), there was Baskin-Robbins, with their reliable flavors plus a few colorful ones too. It isn't the kona coffee that made the biggest impression though. It was the house that either Baskin or Robbins (I can't remember which) built on Foothill Road in Beverly Hills, that had me choking on my little sugar cone! What a place. Very grand, very gated, and the beginning of my love for residential design. All I have time and waistline for today is a visit once every two years or so, but as long as Baskin Robbins is in the neighborhood, all is right in the world. read more

I was craving some ice cream and decided to stop by. I usually get mint chocolate chip and jamoca almond fudge, but I saw that they were advertising for a new flavor, creme brûlée. I love creme brûlée desserts! So I asked for a sample and decided to get it. After a couple bites, the creme brûlée was a bit on the sweeter side. But it's good if you have a sweet tooth. The store was clean. The employee was nice, considering the fact that it was only her working by herself and there were several customers in the store. read more

They can now serve your ice cream choice sandwiched between two or more warm cookies. It is served in a paper sheath to contain the mess of soft ice cream quickly melting between the just reheated cookies. I gave it a try choosing the baseball nut ice cream between a peanut butter cookie and a double fudge cookie. It was good and it took just four napkins too clean up the spot where I was eating. Next time I am in a ice cream cookie mood I'll go for the brick hard Oreo cookie ice cream from the freezer. read more

I thought they have been good each time I've been here! There were a couple instances in which there were multiple large families who seemed to want to be served before me (despite coming in and waiting after) but the servers were cognizant enough to serve me when it was my turn. The ice cream was quite good as well- I really love their limited time caramel Oreo, and always enjoy the cookie dough and icing on the cake- so I'm overall satisfied with my experience. I did try getting a cookie sundae once, and the cookies were extremely stale and dry- but as long as you're just sticking to ice cream, I think they do their job. read more
