Absolutely vile and disgusting. Horrible customer service. Prescella Andrade was rude and unhelpful as well. Def not recommended at all

    Acai Power Bowl

First time ordering here, I ordered an acai bowl for pickup on doordash and there was a moldy blueberry.

Was so excited when they opened up a Pressed in Issaquah. We enjoy taking walks during the summer and then treating ourselves to a freeze. Our favorite is the chocolate flavored freeze but surprisingly it is not a regular flavor, which I think is odd. Tried the dragonfruit this time since it wasn't a first choice but was craving a freeze. It was ok but hoping they bring back the chocolate soon.

The staff is friendly enough but maybe if they had to pay $10.99 for two single scoops out of their paycheck they'd understand being scammed. These prices are nearing Molly Moons and to my understanding they don't provide a livable wage, benefits for all employees, donate to the community, and have compostable cups and spoons so they need to reevaluate their training and pricing... stronger scoops are needed to keep customers coming in for $5 cups!

It's been a while since we've been to a Baskin-Robbin, and it's always nice to see what new flavors are available. In our case, it was Beach Day (Salted vanilla: milk chocolate caramel sea turtles, frosting flecks, swirls of graham cracker sand) and our favorite Jamoca Almond Fudge (coffee ice cream with roasted almonds and fudge swirl), a generous two scooper is $7.29. There was enough ice cream for the our server to put the sugar cone upside down in a cup to prevent a mess. My wife really enjoyed it. I got a medium strawberry shake (two scoops of strawberry ice cream), mixed with milk and topped with whipped cream topping (special price of $6). It was made correctly, but tasted like really weak chilled strawberry milk. Ice cream is the way to go here.

We ordered the Naan, and tbh I have to say that it's the new standard bearer for naan going forward for me. Not only that but the "Indian chips and salsa" which was a thin crispy fried flatbread with an apricot? dip I forget the name of the flatbread appetizer but the dip was so good I couldn't stop eating it. I got the curry and it was fantastic. Would definitely come back.

My friend and I came here for a Saturday lunch based on her recommendation. We arrived at noon and surprisingly were the only customers dining in. They have a large main dining area, a seemingly private section, large bar area and a nice patio. About half of the patio is completely shaded and the tables along the balcony had umbrellas. I'm not sure if lunchtime on Saturdays are usually slow for them, but we ended up having the whole patio to ourselves for the entire time. The menu has a good selection of meat and vegetarian options. They also have Tandoori plates which sound like individual meals, but the two of us opted for a couple dishes to share. Once we ordered, our waitress brought out a complimentary appetizer of papadum & mango chutney which was a delicious starter. The papadum was so crispy, like a very thin cracker. We broke it into pieces and dipped it in the chutney which was chunky and sweet with a spiced kick. A few minutes later, our food arrived! + COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY ($19): Meaty pieces of chicken simmered in a coconut milk and tomato-based sauce. The sauce was creamy, but a little sweeter than expected. Not that this was a bad thing, but the curry flavor needed more oomph. Regardless, I still mopped it up with some naan. While the chicken was nice and tender, that's really all that was in the curry. I found two slivers of zucchini, but that was it; I would have liked to see more vegetables included. + DAAL MAKHANI ($17): Whole black lentils and red kidney beans slow-cooked in a signature sauce with spices and butter. I didn't know what to expect of the dish, but it was substantial, rich and filling. I wouldn't consider it super bold in flavor, but it must have had a variety of herbs to give it its green color. + GARLIC NAAN ($5): This was delicious, super garlicky and brushed with butter! It was light and had a crispy bottom. I appreciated how it wasn't too thick nor doughy. + MANGO LASSI ($6): So refreshing and the perfect consistency. It had a bright ripe mango flavor and wasn't too sweet. About halfway into our lunch, a gentleman (who we believe is the owner) stopped by and asked how everything was. He was so personable and I could really sense the passion and dedication he puts into the restaurant. He brought us an extra bowl of rice during lunch and one more for us to take home with our leftovers. This was so generous of him! Our server was also super kind and checked on us a couple times. You can tell that customer service is one of their top priorities. I would definitely return again to try their biryani and tandoori plates. We ordered the two dishes above at a 1 on the spice scale, but next time, I would opt for at least a 2 for a little heat. 4.25 stars.
