Dropped by this spot after some shopping nearby--it's super convenient with tons of parking and just a short walk from places like Fred Meyer and Home Depot. We tried the mango and strawberry smoothies, and they were fresh and not overly sweet. Perfectly blended and super refreshing, especially on a warm day. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Definitely coming back to try more fruit smoothies and maybe one of their blended coffees next time. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

$10 for a small 12 oz smoothie. No thanks! Head just down the street to Emerald smoothies.

I was excited to try out Jamba Juice For the first time in my life. I looked online and saw they had a and awesome oatmeal with peanut butter and banana. Went in, and they told me they had no bananas. There's literally a Fred Meyer across the parking lot so it seems like it would have been an easy fix and how do you run out of bananas at a place that touts fruit juice? Okay so I try the strawberry Nutella instead and it was undercooked watery and barely any Nutella or fruit. I will not be giving my hard-earned money to this business anymore read more

Slow and Expensive. Love the juice but $40 for 4 drinks and takes over 20 minutes? Oof

One of our frequent pitstops! Friendly staff, love the fresh juices and smoothies. My favorite is Mango-go-go and Watermelon juice which came in as a summer special. Plenty of parking options! The only time, I was disappointed was when I came in after a long summer drive and they were not taking any orders as they had plenty of online orders. That was disheartening to drive all the way to the store during regular hours to find out they are not serving! It happened only once so I keeping coming back here being hopeful! read more

Two sweet young ladies, Peyson and Keira working a night shift a week ago were too kind staying open late in order to fufill my drink for my husband who had just gotten out of surgery. They were completely understanding and were more than happy to make me the drink without rushing me at all. Love this store and its staff; will be returning soon! read more

Had the best service today! I requested one of the new Pumpkin Pie Crunch smoothie and they did a great job in delivering. Steven was so kind and helpful really went above and beyond in customer service! I'll be back soon! read more

Quick and easy. I got the apples and green which was yummy, and I didn't have to wait long on a weekday. Friendly service and some seating inside. It's located in a big shopping plaza so there's plenty of parking. read more

My favorite smoothie place. The açaí bowl is so good. I had surgery on Mon so I'm glad I can get delivery read more

Regular customer at this location (minimum of 1 time per week). Great service and food is consistently excellent. Would recommended.

Great customer service, love me some Jamba Juice. (Gotta fill the word count gimme a second) :)

Jamba juice is absolutely one of my favorite little treat places! My husband gets me Jamba juice gift cards all the time for stocking stuffers or mother's gifts and such. The Issaquah jamba juice has always had a very helpful staff and is a well maintained little smoothie shop! read more

Absolutely amazing you can never fail with Jamba Juice I really like their bowls the location is easy to find parking is super easy there really slow in the morning when I went and you can't fail with the razzmatazz classic Jamba Juice is a guaranteed win for everyone read more

I know nothing is going to happen but still here goes nothing. I rushed to this Jamba juice because google shows it closes at 8 pm. I was there at 7:20 to get my orange juice. The person at the counter said we cannot serve any juices now because we shut down our juicers one hour in advance for cleaning. Went back extremely disappointed. Waste of time despite reaching way before time. Jamba juice should update its customers that no juice will be served one hour prior to closing, just have smoothies or go home!!!!! read more

This is the best location! It is always clean, and they make the best and most consistent drinks. The staff is always professional and friendly, and make great suggestions. The guy with the beard is the best! read more

Spent A LOT of time here back in the day. I love how they have continued to adjust their menus to keep up with the trends. They offer Açaí bowls, lots of green juices, but they still keep their classics. I've always been a Caribbean Passion kind of gal. But lately the Greens and Ginger has been my go to. The flavor mix so well together and the ginger is present but not overpowering. I love it! The staff is young and sometimes we have some hit or miss experiences but overall everyone is really friendly and eager to help out. The parking sometimes is a bit of a pain as it's shared with a few other shops. read more

We like Jamba Juice but it's 8:30 on Sunday. The store hours say this location opens at 8am. No lights and the doors are locked...no bad weather. No sign or reason why. Pretty sad when your employees can't be bothered to show up. read more

Came in at 8:30am, waited 10 minutes inside with not an employee in sight. Tried ringing the bell and calling out multiple times. As I was walking out to my car, someone came in and waved me back in. He was taking a smoke break out back and smelled awful. Now he's going to serve me my smoothie.... minutes later another employee walked in. WHERE we're these people for the 10 minutes I waited? I could have gone in the back and made my own smoothie and been back to my day. read more

Always polite & fast. Excellent quality every time. My son loves the waffles & razzmataz & my daughter loves all the plant based options.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We have been here for almost nine minutes after nine and there's still not sign of life inside the store. I wish I could express my disappointment in this location as I've have MID experiences at other places. read more

Got here at 6:17 they told us they couldn't serve us orange juice since they're closing??? They told us we could only get smoothies and no juice. So inconvenient read more

This location is usually pretty good in fact I would say almost excellence as they recognize me and start making my order at the moment they see me. However not being open during posted hours for a franchise is not cool. They need to hire enough people to cover the shifts or the owner of the franchise needs to get their act together and start working in the store. read more

Jamba - 8:10am on Sunday and no one here to open the store - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

Went here all the time and never had an Issue until the new general manager began working here. Absolute worst customer service to have experienced. A handful of customers at the same time of out last visit were equally appalled. We love Jamba Juice but have sworn to never enter this store while it remains under the current General Managers control. I believe his name is Jeremy. read more

Fast service and great smoothies! The staff are very kind and quick. It's very clean and nice on the inside. I like it!

I always love Jamba Juice and this one was no exception. Kind workers. Delicious drink. However one worker had her mask down and it wasn't covering her nose. I asked her pull it up and thankfully she did. This pandemic is no joke (I work in a hospital and have seen many COVID patients) and it isn't cool to make people food without a mask on. Especially when it is also required right now per WA state law. read more

Not surprised to see 2 stars for this store on Yelp. I have had multiple issues at this store it's a wonder I returned. Despite ordering before several people, having to wait after everyone else had gotten their drinks they managed to give me the wrong size drinks. This store needs help. read more

ksTypical Jamba Juice - we were in and out in just a few minutes with 2 good drinks - a tropical (aloha?) and an orange one. There was only 1 person working but he was nice and qucik. Would stop here again.... read more

This is probably the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been too . I am writing this review standing right outside the Jamba Juice . The guy who served me was so angry . It was pretty clear he did not want to do his job. He shouldn't be working there if he is so unhappy . He made a smoothie that tasted like some disgusting cough syrup .it is supposed to have oranges and mangoes . I thought I'll return it since I just paid 7 bucks for it . But then I realize it would be better to write a review so these guys don't show up and spoil the names of otherwise decent establishments . I wish there was an option for negative stars read more

Jamba - Big ol Razzmatazz with a lean boost - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

First time ordering from this location. Very long line and wait time but I counted atleast 6 workers. Not sure what they were doing. I order an energy bowl. The one with only strawberries and bananas on top. After waiting in line and waiting for our order 20 mins later I get told oh yeah we are out of bananas. What??? They proceed to ask what other fruit I want. Well if wanted a different bowl I would have ordered one. Both workers just stood there blank faced unwilling to make it right. FYI communicate so everyone in the store knows something it out. I won't be back read more

I like Jamba Juice, but customer service really varies, depending upon which location you frequent. This particular location has never had particularly helpful customer service. Because of that, they would normally get a 3 from me. But the reason I am giving them 2 stars is that the last time I visited, they couldn't make juice! They are Jamba JUICE, and I know many people go there for the smoothies, but we like the freshly squeezed juice...very disappointing. read more

Worst Customer service ever!!! Was refused service by the guy who called himself the manager of the store. There were only 2 people ahead of me in line. When I asked politely why he refused service to me he answered rudely that he does not need to explain why. He ignored me when I asked his supervisor number. I am a woman of color - makes me wonder. read more

This place is horrendous. Never go if you have allergies. Yesterday night, i came in for a birthday smoothie. I'm allergic to bananas and pineapples. On the menu my smoothie ingredients said NO bananas, they replaced the pineapples. Upon drinking on my birthday, i got very sick. Broke it hives and threw up at home. Turns out they added banana to my smoothie even though the ingredients didnt say so on the board. They constantly add extra ingredients without even asking you. Such a dangerous thing to go about, many people have allergies. This isnt the first time this has happened. Their employees constantly make mistakes. I have to reconfirm multiple times whether the ingredients i am allergic too were skipped out on. And sometimes they say "oops, let me make it again." Last time i spoke to management for an allergic rxn. And now this time i'm done coming to this location. Highly recommend you don't either. The customer service is poor. It's a bunch of teens running the place. read more

Just stopped in at 8:24pm on Thursday, August 10, 2017 and the doors were locked. We tried to use a side door, also locked and was told they were closed through the door, but their hours online on the website state they close at 9:00pm. There were a couple of teenagers in there chatting with the workers. Not cool. read more

Long wait. Horrible customer service. I wanted an energy bowl and the guy taking my order said I had to wait 15 mins for my bowl. And with an annoying face said he ran out of berries. I had a huge craving for energy bowl that afternoon so I said I could wait and do with just bananas. He rolled it eyes and he gave a sickening look. Like I said I had a huge craving for energy bowl so I went ahead anyway. Then I tried ordering juices and he just snapped we have no juices today. This is the worst place ever and last time I will put my foot and money in this place!!! Zero stars for customer service and taste!!!!!! read more

The staff here is very cold and short. I didn't feel welcomed and I go to many different Jamba Juice locations everywhere. I was rushed and no one even smiled. At least I do like the juices here but for the service I'll go to another location. read more

The kids that work there are very nice, but that's always the issue as well-no supervision . Three different times now I have ordered and when I receive my order it doesn't have fruit on it. One time I had to wait for the manager to run over to the grocery store to get bananas. This time when I got my incomplete order they said, "yes, we are out of bananas...and strawberries, but I gave you extra blueberries." Really?? The manager doesn't look much older and "didn't have the code" to give me a refund. Extremely unhappy with the service!! read more

Homie at the register needs training. Super unprofessional, didn't seem to know what she was doing at the register and messed up my order. Seemed generally confused about store processes even though she's worked there a month already - as she told us. Probably should go through training again soon. read more

This Jamba Juice is pretty good. The parking situation is great (lot's of parking!) which I really appreciate since most of the Jamba Juice's I've been to have had very few parking spots. The inside is clean and the staff is friendly. I think this is a fairly new location because every time I've been there I haven't seen any other customers. No complaints so far... 3 Stars "A-OK" read more
