Wasn't very busy, good service, and tasty smoothies. Lots of parking. It's a small shop, with only a little seating outside.

Visited the store 5 or 6 times in the last several months. 2 or 3 of those times during the summer, the store didn't have the ingredients to make my requested drink. Today, the doors were locked. Apparently, the locks were changed and the employees didn't have the necessary keys to open the store. Apparently, one of them attempted to get a new key but came back with the one wrong one. That was the last straw. This store has bad management written all over it. read more

Only giving it a three, since the employees New there products. I was confused as I watched my drink be made with pre made concentrated juices that sit for who knows how long in a container. Also all the clear containers they use that sit in a circulating cooler to house the juices. Literally there's gotta be no nutritional value what so ever left in the juices that sit under lights all day. Also the ginger in the drink, pre made concentrate. Any one who knows there herbs. Knows that with ginger, the benefits once processed are gone in less then 5 minutes! So basically I got a bottled juice with some pre made- no beneficial component ginger. The spinach I'd guess is from Non Organic & GMO Spinach as well, since they don't state it! I came in for a fresh squeezed juice. Instead I left with a pre made crap drink I could have made at home from Jared crap. So $7 for crap! Also I asked questions pertaining to the fresh squeezed juices and was told I could have Carrot or OJ. I looked around confused, like "Am I in a juice shop or what"‍ So now after writing this I'm going to return the drink and ask for my $ back. Gross! Will never come her again. I love Jamba Juice. Wish it was open later because I tend to crave one right around 11 every night! Luckily everyone here knows how to work a blender - for some strange reason the Jamba Juice I used to frequent ALWAYS had huge ice chunks in it - never happened here! I've been here many times and everyone has always been nice. My husband likes to order off the "secret" menu and so far they have known how to make everything but one - the reeses pieces. But Ive never found anyone who knows how to make that, so not a huge loss. read more

Consistently poor all around -- poor service, almost always out of something, staff is disengaged. Always seem overstaffed but still can't seem to be efficient. read more

We drove to this location on Saturday at 11:00am when they are supposed to be open and the door was locked and they are closed with no sign or anything. What a terrible impression and way to do business. I am very disappointed as we loved our last Jamba location. This makes two horrible visits. We will not be trying again. read more

These guys seem so lost. I went in and asked for a blue gummy from there secret menu and the guy ringing me up had to ask another if they made it. The other guy said yes and just stared at me. I smiled and said how's it goin and he just continued to stare at me saying nothing. Not friendly at all and even made the drink terrible. Find another one closer like factoria mall read more

Every time I come to this one it always takes 10-15 minutes or more before someone says something or even takes my order, today the cashier let a group of 5 kids that he knew cut right in front of me. I always hope it'll be better but this is the 5th time now that it's been awful. I never write these things but I'm hoping someone looks at these and tries to make it better. I don't know why there's all the negative reviews, this place was amazing. I love Jamba Juice, but where I live doesn't have it. So when I'm in the area I stop in. Had the cookies and creme protein smoothie with 2 energy boosts. And a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. Everything was good, fast service, and Heather the manager was very friendly and talkative as I enjoyed my breakfast. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Jamba Juice or smoothies read more

It was a hot day and I got up just to get Jamba Juice. I go in, I ask the cashier for a Blue Gummy" he says "okay" then gives me a total for it. He swipes my card and says "oh our system is down, do you have cash" I tell him no so he says with an attitude "never mind it'll just be a freebie." I thought whatever he mustve had a long day. Shortly after, some girl walks into the store, not in uniform or anything - just casual clothes and slippers. She starts making drinks and I'm sitting there wondering, what is she doing. I'm pretty sure you need to be in uniform to be working due to safety precautions. The man who ordered after I did, got both of his drinks before me. The girl in casual clothes turns out to be the one making my drink and I really didn't like or appreciate that. She hands me my drink, overflowing and messy. She didn't offer help or anything. I walk out to feel my drink dripping on me and to see that my drink was even WRONG! I went in and asked politely if they can remake it. They asked what it was and i told them the "Blue Gummy" the coworkers looked at each other and said there's no such thing. If that was the case, what was I rung up for? I always order this drink, also at this location!I'm very disappointed because I just wanted one thing and I drove just to get that. There is no good customer service at all and I'm not sorry for myself but I am sorry that the business has to suffer from workers who are just rude and don't care. I work in customer service and what I experienced was just unbelievable. With workers that are there today, I don't feel that the business may succeed so greatly in the customer service division. I wish I was an under cover district manager to have experienced that and to know how customers are being treated. read more

One of the worst Jamba juice places I have ever been. The person making the juice had no clue on how to make it. She kept seeking help and looked lost. It took them 15+ minutes to make a cup of veggie harvest juice with no other customers before me and it tasted real bad with too much ginger and not much apples in it. I often am very disappointed at the service at Jamba Juices in the Seattle area. But this one had exception speed, efficiency, and customer service. The store was empty when I went in there, at about 6pm, excluding the employees and me. My first impression when I walked in was the employees cleaning up the store in the down time, and I was kindly greeted and welcomed when I walked in the door. I ordered my usual island pitaya bowl and they finished it in 2 minutes! Which was perfect because I was in a bit of a rush to get home The employees worked very well together and while one cut up the fresh fruit, the other was making the smoothie part of my bowl. This is definitely my favorite jamba in the area. I asked the employees names so i could give them a shoutout for there extraordinary service, and they were devin (whose name tag read DJ Belsey which I found very funny) and Preston. I left a nice tip and was on my way, I highly recommend! read more

Like going to Jamba Juice, but went to this location today and there was a messy hand written list on a board of the multitude of fruits and veggies that were not available. So strange, when the foundation of the business is built on fruits and veggies. We went ahead and ordered what was available, but one smoothie was so liquidy and not quite the smoothie it usually is. The overall appearance of the store was disheveled, the 5 or so workers there really seemed not to care. Will not be returning to this location again. read more

Came to this store because I had received an email offer for the Thirsty Thursday drink size upgrade and did not get the promotion. When I went in all the employees were in the back talking and when I went to the register it took a few minutes for them to help me. When I ordered and asked for the drink upgrade the employee did not know what I was talking about and said, "I don't know how to do that", did not offer me any solution and did not ask her coworkers how to help me. The promotion was why I went there in the first place and I am very disappointed and probably won't return because of all the bad experiences I have had at this location. read more
