I love this location! The staff really make it a 5 star location, every time I go in they get my drink perfect. I know recently Starbucks changed the recipe for their Matcha Latte, but the staff always make sure I get it as the old recipe like I like it. There's not a lot you can stay about a Starbucks. This is a mall location very large and could use the staff that would take pride keeping it clean. I cannot find one clean table, and people were sort of rude. I could not get working Wi-Fi. Therefore I could not use my gift cards which were on my phone no sympathy from the person at the counter not offered to even help overall I can't see a reason to come back to this location other than I'm staying nearby. read more

holy crap, this is the loudest starbucks ive ever been in. the radio is BLARING. at one point the coffee grinder was going, and something else was buzzing loudly, holy god. six people are here rn, and five of them are just trying to study. the drinks i've gotten from here are so mid, weirdly watery--and once they charged me for a croissant but forgot to give me my croissant, and it was hard to fight for a refund, and the person seemed so annoyed at me, a kind of, "what do you want from me?" energy. bugs everywhere and broken outlets. the people behind the counter who serve the cafe customers are usually pretty rude, but the people in the drive thru are nice, and they must be doing something right bc it's tiny and all the tables are always full read more

Went here today to the drive through, as I often do, and after tapping my debit card I was told that my card had been declined. So, I used a different card and that was also declined. Not a great way to start my day. I then used my Amex, which, to make absolutely certain, I pushed into the handheld machine instead of tapping, and it went through. Later, I took time out of my day to call the two banks for the other cards that were declined, both of which told me there was nothing wrong with my accounts or my cards. Over the past several weeks I have been frequenting this location because its close to home. Each time I stop by I feel like the service gets worse. Tonight actually took the cake! We had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. It is close to home and we walk here all the time. I placed an order using the @Starbucks app. Walked to store and was greeted by this sign which required we have a car to pick up our order. We chose to walk through the drive through and were shouted at by #starbucks employee because we didn't have car. I told her we didn't have one and tried to knock on and open the door which she obviously ignored l. She brought our food out but I wasn't sure she'd spat in it so I refused to accept it. She wouldn't give us her name and told her she was a supervisor. All this went down around 3.30pm on 10/30/2021. First off, let me say that the baristas at this location are, usually, very friendly. I've never had any issues with them, before and have had some of my best Starbucks experiences here. So, earlier today, I ordered a blended green tea latte and had some issues with the barista understanding what I was asking for. My order had an extra step to it so I explained it again and they said they understood and could do it. When I drove up to the window, the guy at the window didn't say hello. He didn't smile, he just looked at me, took my card, handed me my drink, and dissapeared without so much as a wave goodbye. I've never had that happen. I understand that if they're busy, they may have to juggle taking orders with handing orders out but this guy didn't even try. I've never seen him before but being new doesn't give a person the license to be dismissive to their customers whenever they feel the need. Can't STAND this Starbuck's! First, it is NOT kid friendly at all! I went there with my friend who lives in the burbs and she brought her six month old baby in his carrier seat. No place to put it! First and last time going to this Starf**ks.... Was at TJ's across the parking lot, decided to walk over and enjoy a cuppa....never got one. I waited in line behind a nice grandma lady, we spoke while she waited for her order to get rectified, which kept coming back wrong and the barista kept over charging her. Senior citizen's drip coffee is a buck a cup...she was being charged over $4. This rigamarole went on for almost 5 minutes....barista insisted she has an Americano, Sweet lady says, "I don't know what that is, I just want a cup of reg, drip coffee." Then a man came up behind me, he was waiting patiently as well...then another barista (who walked back and forth doing nothing 4 times, I counted) came up to take his order....there was no, "Are you next? Have you ordered? Would you like to go to hell today?" Nuttin'. So I told the nice lady so long, I'm gonna skip waiting forever. Finally Blondie Barista says, "Oh, I thought you with her...what can I get you?" Nuttin... Also, the person who was waiting on their order when I arrived was still standing there when I left......makes ya wonder. Seems like the crew there needs a caffeine rocket up da butt. Wake up and smell your own coffee!!! The layout of this place is just as strange as the dome topped one in Juanita...flow is AFU. AFU = All F***ed Up. P.S. The location is very convenient and this place is clean, as other reviewers have mentioned. However, the convenience factor aside I find this to be a sub-par Starbucks. The staff is rather inexperienced and I have had inconsistent drinks. I enjoy hanging out and quietly sipping on my drink, which is impossible to do here. The small size, high ceilings, and blaring jazz music do not lend to a relaxing environment. This Starbucks drive-thru is super convenient in Redmond, however it can be a bit hit or miss. In general, it is one of the most reliably quick drive-thru's I've been to - but I would say 75% of the time, they will mess up my Tall skinny vanilla latte order, and they always end up remaking it while I wait at the counter... there have been times when I just go into the store because I can guarantee they won't mess up my order (which negates the point of a drive-thru!). More than once I have pulled up to the ordering section, and someone comes on giggling (I think this is how orders get mixed up, lack of attention) - but the fact that they do get through cars quite quickly mostly is my reason for the 3 stars. read more

Starbucks is Starbucks - generally reliable and consistently good. I'm not a big fan of this location, though. The store is small and feels cramped, and there is never enough seating. There's always a long line in the store, partly because the service is slow, which is probably due to the high-volume drive thru at the location. The drive thru contributes to other problems, because cars are constantly circling the store, making it challenging at times to get in and out of the closer parking spaces, and in summer, making it unpleasant to sit outside. It's fine if you just want to grab a quick cup, but if you want to sit and chat, or read, there are better choices. read more
