We decided to go to cold stone for a family treat. They weren't busy at all so I'm not sure why the associate was irritated she had to remake one of my orders twice. She added chocolate chips to one of my orders and she offered to remake it. Instead of cleaning the stone that had the chocolate chips she made the order again so chocolate chips got mixed in. I asked her if she could clean the stone she then got irritated and slammed the ice cream on the stone . We won't be coming back to this location. read more

I arrived at Cold Stone tonight, Nov. 9th, just a few minutes before closing (8:58 PM, with the store officially closing at 9 PM) and was extremely disappointed by the service. Despite the open sign still being lit, the employees refused to serve me, saying they were closed. I specifically mapped my trip to make sure I would arrive before closing, and it's very frustrating to be turned away when I was clearly on time. This was a really upsetting experience, and I hope management addresses this so other customers aren't treated the same way. read more

It was pretty busy for a weekday evening close to 8pm... but it was still a nice and warm evening. Seemed a bit unorganized with three people working; they were trying to make the ice cream for the customers while also trying to help people picking up ice cream delivery orders at the same time. My bf wanted the Peanut Butter Awesome Sauce, but they were actually out of the Sweet Cream ice cream, which I think is one of their main ice cream flavors, so he got it with another ice cream flavor. I ordered my usual, the One Smart Brookie, which comes with cookie dough and brownies, and I added Reese's Peanut Butter cups. But the worker didn't chop up all the ingredients well; the chunks were so big, it wasn't as enjoyable, especially since the cookie dough pieces were a bit hard. read more

Eventually. Good people are hard to find and then training/retraining takes time. The service at this location was absolutely terrible. 3 people working and one person helping a constantly growing line of people. Your first priority is your customer NOT closing the store. The guy helping us had no service skills and moved like a sloth. I ordered a signature one with cookie dough and he tells me AFTER he's making it that they are out of cookie dough. WTF?! I should not have had to pay for that. THEN, 3 of us had ordered and another guy comes along and helps the person behind my daughter who hadn't ordered yet....excuse me? We were here first....and waiting for a while mind you. The ice cream was melting so fast we had to put it in their freezer. They didn't ask if it was for here or to go. And the containers were a MESS when they handed them to us. To top it all off they were playing heavy rap music with the F word and explicit lyrics in a FAMILY ice cream shop. 3 teens guys are damaging this business with no one clearly overseeing them. The last time I went there the kid mixed it so slow it was melted texture by time I got it. Today I asked for a birthday cake remix, and he forgot to mix in 2 of the 3 ingredients. We came in here on Saturday evening 2/24 to be greeted by someone in the process making some to go ice cream. After waiting for a couple minutes while he joked with what seemed like a friend/coworker, he called for a younger girl to help out the growing line of customers. She came out and told us she needed gloves. After a couple more minutes, wondering where she had gone, I look behind the corner to see her watching Youtube videos with a coworker! (At least she had gloves on.) I mean there was now 10+ people in line. Immediately they noticed it wasn't just us in line and decided to get to work. Unfortunately, it went down hill from there. There is splattered goop everywhere, there are two young teenagers running the front , but then also a child under the age of 12 helping with the register.
