I LOVE dessert and am so happy to have a go to spot that has some great gluten free options. Right now, they have a chocolate chip and a lemon raspberry that are gluten free. They always have a great stock of both at this location, so I am never dissapointed. This location is clean and always beautifully seasonal. I went in April and there were beautiful spring flowers all over, some Easter decor, and the whole vibe of the place was bright and springy. I placed an online order and it was super quick to pick up. The staff member was in training, but was still so kind and quick with my order. It was packed up beautifully and presented with the inventory/receipt so I could verify what I got. They have lovely staff and are so efficient with getting cake into your hands! Parking can be challenging here, but there are a bunch of 15 min pickup spots that are usually empty and leave plenty of time to get in and grab something. read more

The staff are always friendly and ready to help. There has never been a line of more than 1 other customer in front of me, so it is always very quick. My husband went to the Nothing Bundt Cakes location in Issaquah. Although they rang up the order correctly, they gave him the wrong items. We called the store, and the manager, Chanice H., answered the phone. From the beginning, CHANICE H was unprofessional--constantly accusing us of cutting her off and not letting her speak. It's ironic because she demanded we listen to her, when in fact, we were the customers trying to address a mistake they made. When we tried to explain, she claimed we were yelling at her. Despite admitting the error, she insisted we drive all the way back to correct it. On top of that, she accused me of speaking a different language to my husband just because I have an accent--my husband is white, and I found this assumption offensive and discriminatory. Thankfully, I recorded the conversation, so there is proof of what was said and how it was handled. I'm not looking for a refund or compensation. I simply want others to be aware of how unprofessional and, frankly, RACIST this manager was. (CHANICE H) This was a terrible experience, and I hope the company takes it seriously. read more

4 stars for the taste of the cake and presentation, 2 stars for the customer service. Ordered a cake online for a colleague's anniversary. 2 days ahead of time, found out they had a family emergency. Called the store because one can't cancel an online order. Asked to cancel the order and was told, after being put on hold 3 times, that it wasn't enough notice to cancel but they would refund the $20 delivery fee. Got to the store of the day I chose for the cake, planning on taking it to the team. First, the cashier couldn't find the order after giving my name a few times and spelling it out and even showing the receipt. Someone else came over and found the order. Asked when I had asked for it to be canceled, explained again. Told they would cancel the order and got a receipt showing a credit for the cake but not the delivery fee. Then was told that the delivery fee credit would show up on my card later. It's been over a week and still no refund has been given for the delivery fee. I first tried their cupcakes at a yelp event and this has quickly become my go to place for special treats. The husband was with me and we were walking around the event sampling all the delicious items available when he walked up and handed me a little cupcake. Personal cakes for $5 each? Oh yes - I'll take them all please! I have to say that I was quite surprised by the size of each personal Bundt cake. They're quite hefty and deep. Very moist cake too! The frosting is definitely sweet though so if you're a sweet tooth - this is the place! I asked the staff what the bestseller is , she said the chocolate chip. I'm thinking in my head - is it that obvious that only chocolate is a bestseller? Because they have more than a few options. My eyes zoned in on the pumpkin spice though and I got that. I took her advice and got two of the chocolate. Also got one lemon. The pumpkin spice was spot on - really hit all that spice flavor you'd expect for this Fall season. This is a cute little bakery located in the Issaquah Commons shopping center. I have gotten two cakes for birthdays here, once was a walk-in for a chocolate chocolate chip "bundtlet" (personal-sized cake) and once was a call-ahead order for an 8" inch carrot bundt cake. I like that they offer various sizes of cakes, even cupcake-sized "bundtinis". I didn't try the chocolate cake, but the carrot cake was enjoyed by our whole family - the cake was flavorful with a good texture (I won't say the hated "m" word) and the frosting wasn't overly sweet like a lot of frostings are. The service has been friendly in-person and over the phone, they were also very accommodating when I called the day of my scheduled pick up to ask if I could push the pick up time back a couple of hours. They have a case of cakes available for walk-in purchase, but I would recommend calling ahead or ordering online to ensure you will get the flavor you are looking for. My only gripe about my experience here is that the online ordering system was not consistent with their offerings. When I tried to order online the carrot cake flavor was not an option but I called in to ask and it was available for ordering. I love cake and this place is no exception! The individual ones (bundtlets) are perfect for a stay at home chill date night with a glass of port! Im not an overly sweet frosting fan and these don't have a bunch of frosting to hide the moist deliciousness of the cake! Frosting drizzled on top is just the right amount. They are ALWAYS so moist, soft, full of flavor and addicting! Nothing Bundt Cakes specializes in bundt cakes and this location is only a pick-up bakery, as there is no seating for dining in. But don't let that stop you from visiting, as you can still check out all the different flavored cakes in the case for sale that day and can even taste a sample. The bakery is small, and has a lot of information on custom cake orders with display cakes and pictures. There's also party accessories here for sale. For individual servings, you can get a bundlet, which is like a slice of cake, but is a mini bundt cake with icing on it. I am a fan of the Red Velvet flavor, which has chocolate chip pieces in the cake, but they have a ton of yummy other flavors like the Chocolate Chip, which is gluten-free or the Peppermint Chocolate Chip, the seasonal flavor right now. I came here on a weekday evening after dinner in the area and arrived about twenty minutes before they closed. The shelves were still fully stocked, and there were a lot of flavors! I asked for the most popular flavors and picked the seasonal one - blueberry. Each cake is huge but also $5 (including tax). The cake was moist, too much frosting that was too sweet though.
