well, it's a mcdonald's alright. at 10:30 it was really slow but there wasn't a single clean table in the dining room. there was actually a teenage girl in short shorts sitting ON one of the tables, gross. so we went to the nice back dining area... the tables were slightly cleaner. then i got my salad. i asked for a southwest salad with no chicken and got a bowl full of gross-looking lettuce. as i asked for a refund (which i never do) my husband and several other customers were in line asking for ketchup, as all the condiments were out. then. my husband realized his burger buns were soaked through with grease, and the burger itself wasn't seasoned. he ate it because he was starving and tired. i was starving as well but was too scared to order anything else. wondering how much these mcdonald's employees are getting paid these days. they obviously don't care, and the corporation makes its money regardless. read more

Yep, its busy and, yep, patience is a virtue, but there is no reason why every person in the lobby should be hearing the manager comment on why it isn't her fault that a guy who ordered a single coffee has had to wait in line with the rest of us for breakfast or that she isn't going to give free food without a receipt. I think adults understand that and we've been waiting patiently because its ridiculously busy, the staff are working hard and we all appreciate it. The rating speaks for itself. This is actually the worst location I have ever been to. I recognize this is McDonald's, and I certainly wasn't expecting great food or service, but this location somehow managed to not even be able to measure up to my already low expectations. When you have employees slamming a drive thru window in front of customers, trying to charge for basic condiments, or refusing a courtesy cup of water (along with several meals purchased), it is time to rethink your customer service policies. read more

Don't get me wrong my favourite thing from McDonald's is the #9 large with a sweet tea. And I understand that Halloween was very busy for McDonald's but I went there once and I order that meal and also a large coke no ice. And they gave me a unsweetened tea and a coke with ice then I went back around after I realized that it was unsweetened and they gave me a small Diet Coke right after I asked for my sweet tea. I heard a bunch of people kept calling his name for stuff so it seemed like he was taking care of business back there. I was in a hurry and thought a quick to go breakfast would be nice. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and a single hash brown for our party of two at the self checkout kiosk. I waited over 15 minutes before we got our food. Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. The cashier had a very difficult time taking others orders and barely understood English. Absolutely worst McDonald's service I've ever had. We ordered a combo meal close to closing time. They took over 20 minutes to get our order out. The worst part is they only gave us cold fries and our drinks. We did not receive our sandwitches. We didn't even get to tell her we were missing our food. She closed the window on us. We were persistent though. Waited by the window until she finally came back asking what we want. We demanded our food or a refund and she said she couldn't help us with either of that. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Couldn't for the "hamburger button" on the cash register, added cucumbers instead of pickles, very unapologetic. Took twenty minutes to get our order and the place was empty, all the tables were a mess, missed half our order once we finally got it, terrible customer service, said they couldn't figure out the ice cream machine but wouldn't compensate us. AVOID! This place was atrocious. Yes, you don't expect a top notch experience going to a McDonald's but there is a minimum level of expectations any restaurant should meet. The inside was disturbingly dirty. When we went to sit down at a booth my son stepped in a huge puddle of God-knows-what, and the table looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a week. The restaurant its self is newer. The employees are awful, rude, and rush you. You feel like you are interfering with their day. I called them out on it and they all the sudden became nice. This was my first visit to this McDonalds. My group was visiting from California, where we'd patronized a few different McDonalds franchises. We were drawn to this one by its modern facade. Upon entering we noticed the leather couches with a big screen TV. It was a great place to eat and get updates of recent sporting events. The line was sort of awkward. Everyone was standing around, but no one really seemed in a rush to order. Eventually, everyone seemed to start ordering Oreo McFlurries. As expected, they were delicious. There were some issues in the women's restroom. The toilet paper dispenser had serious issues. This was the tip of the iceberg. The water took several seconds to come out after placing one's hands under the faucet. Overall, the bathroom brought down the overall experience here. One interesting thing to note is that the franchise sells bags of ice for $0.99. Now, that's a great price, but we're wondering how it affects the local economy. I'm sure they are undercutting local ice purveyors. As someone from SF, I like to support local ice makers. read more

Sure is a McDonalds.The food was nice and the worker at the register were nice but the food took a while. They also forgot a chicken sandwich and gave us a size smaller in fries. The tables there were kinda dirty but it was pretty good for a McDonalds. I was about to rate it three stars but when I turned the corner I saw a worker sleeping on the couch. His dirty shoes were all over the couch. After my son wanted to get more chicken nuggets so we went through the drive-through. The worker who took our order was nice but over all it was kinda expensive. Even the worker told us it was expensive. I don't think I will ever come again to this McDonalds. read more

This is a super clean McDonalds. We came in here after driving back from Canyonlands for a snack. They sell bags of ice for 99 cents - they advertise this outside. While waiting in line, I saw a guy buying three bags of it - they must sell a lot of ice? I ordered a hamburger and a sweetened ice tea. My friend ordered 20 pieces of chicken nuggets for us to share. She ordered before me and got her order right away. Except they only have her one box of 10 piece chicken nuggets. So she had to tell them to give her the rest of the order. My order took forever to get and I'm not sure why - I got my cup right away to fill my own iced tea at the drink station. I waited more than 10 minutes for my one hamburger. And then while we were eating, we also realized that they gave my friend a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger (but she did order a hamburger and they charged for a hamburger). They kind of don't have their act together, but otherwise, it's clean and the food tastes like McDonalds. read more

It was clean and fast but a bit overpriced for a McDonald's. Our two meals came to over $12 which I thought was absurd since the mcmuffin and hash was so darn small. Worst drive through experience in a long time. Cashier taking orders was very rushing. Cashier handing out orders was rude. Kids meals didn't include their drinks or sauces. Diet dr. The food itself was fine. Very normal McDonald's (seriously, does the food vary anywhere?), but what bothered me was the amount of flies in the seating area and the service. The people working there seemed to have no idea what they were doing, were barely audible when calling out the orders, and just a bit clueless. We saw the 2 stars, but went anyways considering, how bad can a drive thru to get sundaes be? The answer- pretty bad. We ordered 4 sundaes, and got three. One of which was only half full. We knocked on the window until an employee finally came back. When we told him we'd only received three, he talked to other employees. Low and behold, an employee was EATing our order (to the staff's amusement). Finally, we got our sundaes and the employee wasn't even apologetic. My sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle bread was burnt, making my entire sandwich bad. My sisters sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin didn't have the cheese we paid for. You have a pay extra for sauce and "add ons" such as ranch, bbq, sweet n sour, salt and pepper etc. which is odd to me, because i've never been to a mcdonald's you have to pay for those, and my hometown mcdonald's has them for free. over all, not impressed with the service.
