Yep, its busy and, yep, patience is a virtue, but there is no reason why every person in the lobby should be hearing the manager comment on why it isn't her fault that a guy who ordered a single coffee has had to wait in line with the rest of us for breakfast or that she isn't going to give free food without a receipt. I think adults understand that and we've been waiting patiently because its ridiculously busy, the staff are working hard and we all appreciate it. However, its contemptuous to comment on people in their hearing and none of that needed to be professionally said. read more

The service here is so slow. Twice it's taken more than 45 minutes to get our food. And then something is always missing or overcooked or just wrong. Just avoid it. read more

I wouldn't even give it one star. Ordered a Mc Chicken and Small fry it took 20 min at least, and my fries were so hard I couldn't even eat them. I almost walked out because I had to wait so long, I will never go back here. read more

well, it's a mcdonald's alright. at 10:30 it was really slow but there wasn't a single clean table in the dining room. there was actually a teenage girl in short shorts sitting ON one of the tables, gross. so we went to the nice back dining area... the tables were slightly cleaner. then i got my salad. i asked for a southwest salad with no chicken and got a bowl full of gross-looking lettuce. as i asked for a refund (which i never do) my husband and several other customers were in line asking for ketchup, as all the condiments were out. then. my husband realized his burger buns were soaked through with grease, and the burger itself wasn't seasoned. he ate it because he was starving and tired. i was starving as well but was too scared to order anything else. wondering how much these mcdonald's employees are getting paid these days. they obviously don't care, and the corporation makes its money regardless. read more

The rating speaks for itself. This is actually the worst location I have ever been to. I recognize this is McDonald's, and I certainly wasn't expecting great food or service, but this location somehow managed to not even be able to measure up to my already low expectations. When you have employees slamming a drive thru window in front of customers, trying to charge for basic condiments, or refusing a courtesy cup of water (along with several meals purchased), it is time to rethink your customer service policies. read more

Don't get me wrong my favourite thing from McDonald's is the #9 large with a sweet tea. And I understand that Halloween was very busy for McDonald's but I went there once and I order that meal and also a large coke no ice. And they gave me a unsweetened tea and a coke with ice then I went back around after I realized that it was unsweetened and they gave me a small Diet Coke right after I asked for my sweet tea. It's not that hard to get a drink right and I understand that you guys were just trying to get out and enjoy the day with your family. But come on. It was a drink everything else was right besides my drink read more

Ten minute wait for three iced coffees during a slow time of the day. Need to work on that.

Listen... This was the only place open that we found at 10 o'clock on a Monday night... Literally go hungry before you eat here. I waited 45 minutes on my food. Thought they were just busy, finally asked... They had forgotten about everyone inside the store. They said their ice cream didn't work, while a worker got ice cream for his own break. Bad... Just bad. read more

I don't know about everyone else, but I had excellent service here from kassandra up front and from Ryan in the back. I heard a bunch of people kept calling his name for stuff so it seemed like he was taking care of business back there. This McDonalds was very clean and had THE BEST TAP WATER I've ever had from a fast food joint! Seriously that had to be RO water or something cause it was good. Bathrooms were clean as well. read more

I was in a hurry and thought a quick to go breakfast would be nice. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and a single hash brown for our party of two at the self checkout kiosk. I waited over 15 minutes before we got our food. Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. The cashier had a very difficult time taking others orders and barely understood English. Plus the new McDonald's sweat pant/pajamas made me think of those people who go to public places in their pajamas. Huge pet peeve. I'll pass on by next time. read more

Nasty... Big roach crawling across the floor right in front of the counter... Employees didn't even take care of it after I pointed it out to them... read more

Absolutely worst McDonald's service I've ever had. We ordered a combo meal close to closing time. They took over 20 minutes to get our order out. The worst part is they only gave us cold fries and our drinks. We did not receive our sandwitches. We didn't even get to tell her we were missing our food. She closed the window on us. We were persistent though. Waited by the window until she finally came back asking what we want. We demanded our food or a refund and she said she couldn't help us with either of that. We never got a refund or our food we paid for. Never ever going back to this place. read more

20mins to get coffee...really McDonald's‍ Ordered medium coffee but got small coffee in a medium cup. When asked why the portion is small, manager said she can add more milk. read more

Here's what you really need to know. They have a comfortable couch and a big screen tv for lounging. Otherwise, it's like any other McDonalds. read more

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Couldn't for the "hamburger button" on the cash register, added cucumbers instead of pickles, very unapologetic. Took twenty minutes to get our order and the place was empty, all the tables were a mess, missed half our order once we finally got it, terrible customer service, said they couldn't figure out the ice cream machine but wouldn't compensate us. Horrible experience with our small children. Will never go back. read more

AVOID! This place was atrocious. Yes, you don't expect a top notch experience going to a McDonald's but there is a minimum level of expectations any restaurant should meet. The inside was disturbingly dirty. When we went to sit down at a booth my son stepped in a huge puddle of God-knows-what, and the table looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Our order took over 15 minutes to arrive -with cold food. Gross! read more

The restaurant its self is newer. The employees are awful, rude, and rush you. You feel like you are interfering with their day. I called them out on it and they all the sudden became nice. Yes it's fast food but this is a big pool of terrible employees ran by a dysfunctional manager. I'm telling you. Eat somewhere else. The 5 min visit can actually put a damper in your day. read more

This was my first visit to this McDonalds. My group was visiting from California, where we'd patronized a few different McDonalds franchises. We were drawn to this one by its modern facade. Upon entering we noticed the leather couches with a big screen TV. It was a great place to eat and get updates of recent sporting events. The line was sort of awkward. Everyone was standing around, but no one really seemed in a rush to order. Eventually, everyone seemed to start ordering Oreo McFlurries. As expected, they were delicious. There were some issues in the women's restroom. The toilet paper dispenser had serious issues. This was the tip of the iceberg. The water took several seconds to come out after placing one's hands under the faucet. Overall, the bathroom brought down the overall experience here. One interesting thing to note is that the franchise sells bags of ice for $0.99. Now, that's a great price, but we're wondering how it affects the local economy. I'm sure they are undercutting local ice purveyors. As someone from SF, I like to support local ice makers. read more

This is a super clean McDonalds. We came in here after driving back from Canyonlands for a snack. They sell bags of ice for 99 cents - they advertise this outside. While waiting in line, I saw a guy buying three bags of it - they must sell a lot of ice? I ordered a hamburger and a sweetened ice tea. My friend ordered 20 pieces of chicken nuggets for us to share. She ordered before me and got her order right away. Except they only have her one box of 10 piece chicken nuggets. So she had to tell them to give her the rest of the order. My order took forever to get and I'm not sure why - I got my cup right away to fill my own iced tea at the drink station. I waited more than 10 minutes for my one hamburger. And then while we were eating, we also realized that they gave my friend a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger (but she did order a hamburger and they charged for a hamburger). They kind of don't have their act together, but otherwise, it's clean and the food tastes like McDonalds. read more

Sure is a McDonalds. The food was nice and the worker at the register were nice but the food took a while. They also forgot a chicken sandwich and gave us a size smaller in fries. The tables there were kinda dirty but it was pretty good for a McDonalds. I was about to rate it three stars but when I turned the corner I saw a worker sleeping on the couch. His dirty shoes were all over the couch. After my son wanted to get more chicken nuggets so we went through the drive-through. The worker who took our order was nice but over all it was kinda expensive. Even the worker told us it was expensive. I don't think I will ever come again to this McDonalds. read more

It was clean and fast but a bit overpriced for a McDonald's. Our two meals came to over $12 which I thought was absurd since the mcmuffin and hash was so darn small. There is also no DOLLAR MENU for all those that are wondering but I guess that's what the franchisee has decided on since it's a tourist town. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. Went here twice for ice and waited over 10min each time. One lady got so tired of waiting she got out of her car to walk up to her window. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

It's McDonalds. Didn't expect gourmet, but was frustrated at the really slow process of ordering and eventually getting the food. But hey, they were open (at 7am on Sunday in Moab we didn't find anything else). read more

Nice people at the drive through. Didn't have large coffee cups and we had to pull over and wait for breakfast to be delivered to the car, but hey, it's McDonalds. Go somewhere local if you have the time! // Change to my rating: from 4 to 1 star. I was in a good mood and put up with the delays until I was driving away and noticed my coffee was only 2/3 full. A significant amount of my liquid wake-up was missing in the cup (mind u we had wanted larges... instead we got partially filled mediums). FAIL. read more

Slow service seems like they are disorganized it took me 10 min to get to the speaker box then no one answered. I kept saying hello but no one answered. I got out of line and went inside. They were dropping things and losing orders. Too bad it's the quickest breakfast spot on town. read more

Worst drive through experience in a long time. Cashier taking orders was very rushing. Cashier handing out orders was rude. Kids meals didn't include their drinks or sauces. Diet dr. Pepper was given in place of regular. Sauces we asked for twice were still forgotten. Frappe was all chocolate syrup, absolutely no coffee at all. Would have been better off going somewhere else for the cost. Drive through parking lot was very dangerous as we were asked to park in the waiting stall. Backing out was almost impossible. read more

We stopped here for the breakfast and kinda hoped it'll be quick bite. But the drive-through cashier didn't hear anything at all so we had to go inside and wasted so much time! The cashier inside was probably still sleeping, she didn't understand a word, duplicating the items on the order. And we ended up with one extra meal that we didn't want, but payed for it because she didn't repeat the order correctly. WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!! read more

The service is very Slow and understaffed. The McDonald's building is legit though. Lots of stone work.

Couldn't review the food because they close at 10:00. What McDonald's closes when there are two events going on in the city. Doors weren't locked we walk in at 10:20 and were told that they closed 40 minutes ago. LAME!!!! read more

The food itself was fine. Very normal McDonald's (seriously, does the food vary anywhere?), but what bothered me was the amount of flies in the seating area and the service. The people working there seemed to have no idea what they were doing, were barely audible when calling out the orders, and just a bit clueless. I am giving them a star because the food was generally fine and the Wi-Fi worked really well. read more

I don't usually give 5-stars, but this one impressed me. It had a very nice Moab rock theme on the insane, huge seating space(two separate rooms. A couch with a TV set up in front of it, and very quick serving. Can't think of anything I didn't like. read more

Worst McDonald's ever! Have been waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru and am still six cars from the Pay Here window. They were out of the first three items I tried to order. They don't have a value menu posted, either -- you have to ask what's on it (apparently only about three items, which they're out of, of course). People are bailing on the drive-thru line. Ain't nobody got time for this! read more

Horrible drive up service both guys that worked there were complete dicks rushing your ordering I did not get the right order, then the guy points and tells you to keep going even after they rushed you to order then they act like your stupid when they didn't even take the time to listen to the whole order don't go here read more

Worst McDonalds we ever encountered during our travels throughout the US!! Workers are. rude and very unfriendly as well. There is nothing about this one to deserve even one star!! read more

We saw the 2 stars, but went anyways considering, how bad can a drive thru to get sundaes be? The answer- pretty bad. We ordered 4 sundaes, and got three. One of which was only half full. We knocked on the window until an employee finally came back. When we told him we'd only received three, he talked to other employees. Low and behold, an employee was EATing our order (to the staff's amusement). Finally, we got our sundaes and the employee wasn't even apologetic. Definitely one of the worst McDonalds experiences. read more

My sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle bread was burnt, making my entire sandwich bad. My sisters sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin didn't have the cheese we paid for. You have a pay extra for sauce and "add ons" such as ranch, bbq, sweet n sour, salt and pepper etc. which is odd to me, because i've never been to a mcdonald's you have to pay for those, and my hometown mcdonald's has them for free. over all, not impressed with the service. Could've been better, very disappointed. read more

I know its fast food, but come on. The staff were unfriendly, no one greeted us with a hello in the drive thru and our food was dangled out the window before we pulled up. If I hadn't asked for napkins nobody would have even talked to us. Our biscuit was hard and the muffin was burned. For something they should have specialized in, they failed. read more

Drinks were fast and done right, but I hate being asked to pull over to the parking space to wait for something on the daytime menu.
