It was great on a hot day and I inhaled most of it before touching my meal. The tater tots were crispy and there was a lot of it for the price, a little bit too greasy for me but I think this is pretty regular for tater tots I get from most burger places. Really liked the mushroom swiss cheeseburger, as someone who loves mushrooms this did not disappoint. It had a lot of mushrooms and good amount of melted swiss cheese to it.

Of course, I had to get the tater tots -- crispy, tasty, and delicious. You know me... I LOVE a good tater tot! Kenny and Lindsey also got burgers with fries and tater tots and loved everything! Then came the churros -- Kenny and Lindsey said they were out of this world! And I couldn't leave without grabbing a cherry shake for the road -- tasty, tasty! Great food, cool old-school atmosphere, and an awesome little Moab stop! Definitely worth checking out!

Everything we ordered was delicious and honestly, if we had more time in town, we would have gone back a second time. I had the Sweet and Spicy Vegetarian quesadilla and it was amazing. It was packed with spinach, spicy roasted sweet potatoes, red bell peppers, black beans, and green chile all melted together with cheese. My husband ordered the Enchanted Chicken which had green chile and beans with a great southwestern flavor. My son kept it simple with the regular cheese quesadilla and my daughter loved the Dirtbag with cheese and refried beans. Everyone at the table was happy. If you're visiting Moab, don't miss this food truck. It's definitely worth the stop.

BBQ sounded amazing and I've never had a platter like this before. I couldn't turn down the 3 meat platter to try everything that peaked my interest. Starting with the hush puppies, fried, sweet, and savory. Yum! The brisket was so tender and juicy. The ribs were also tender and fell off the bone. The andouille sausage had cheese throughout it and I felt like it was too oily and fatty from that, but that ended up being my husband's favorite. We devoured the sides too. The beans and mac and cheese were a must. If I had more stomach space I'd eat a dozen more hush puppies. Outdoor seating allows your furiends. Order at the counter and enjoy! One thing I loved about this spot was the misters set up around the seating area--they made a huge difference and kept us cool on a very hot day. We ordered six street tacos: two shrimp, two asada, one adobada, and one barbacoa, which came to about $27. The food was served quickly, and overall the tacos had a nice spice level and good flavor. They were a bit on the salty side, but still enjoyable. One thing I found unusual was that they didn't double up the tortillas like many taco places do, which made them slightly more fragile. It's a convenient, tasty, and casual stop if you're in Moab and want a quick meal outdoors with a relaxed vibe.

You have to get both salsa's, medium red and hot green. The hot sauce is legit, so much depth and flavor but will light you up for an extended period! The park itself offers a common table area, covered and lit. We went back the next night it was so good, highly recommended!

We arrived around 6:00 p.m., and not long after we were seated the restaurant really started filling up, so getting there a little earlier was perfect. We started with the small Greek salad, which was fresh and a great way to begin the meal. My partner ordered the flat iron steak with a baked potato, grilled zucchini, and a roll. The steak was unbelievably tender...you could cut it with a butter knife. I ordered the Zac Mac & Cheese, and it was delicious. It was loaded with fresh, crunchy bacon and fresh jalapeños throughout, giving it just the right amount of flavor and a little kick. It also came with a warm roll. Between the excellent food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere, Zax made for a fantastic first dinner in Moab. We'd definitely come back.
