what is up with the crappy service and attitude in this place... first i go there to order a combo #2 which is a 2 cheeseburger meal. I ask the lady if i can just substitute the cheeseburger with a hamburger because i don't like cheese. Then she replies " we cannot substitute the cheeseburger with a hamburger. you will have to get the cheesburger or order the hamburger, fries, and drinks separately. I've never had issues with other mcdonalds substituting the cheeseburger with a hamburger before but this place was not going to switch the cheeseburger for the hamburger. so i decided to get the combo #1 which is the big mac meal. I specifically asked for no cheese on the big mac and guess what i get on my big mac??? big mac with cheese. why would i want cheese on my big mac if i wanted to switch the cheeseburger combo with a hamburger??? so i told the lady calling my number that i wanted no cheese but got cheese. it was switched.... but wow this place has to be the worst mcdonalds i have ever been too.... stay away... and also if this one lady rings you up (i'm not going to say who because it will be obvious) and she starts throwing attitude at you and will try not to help you with anything... wait for another cashier to ring your order up. read more

Well, times are changing. No more going to the counter to place your order with a human. Now we have to go to the machine and scroll up and down and find what you are looking for. Then pay at the counter only. So, what I see happening is your a line waiting to use this machine people in front of you having trouble using it. line getting longer, and then aggravation sets in.....They have us doing everything. no more service. Also they no longer offer the chicken tenders which was really good compared to the mystery meat nuggets they offer. read more

I'm only writing this because we live very close and I need to grab this form time to time for my family. We have lived close to this location since 2000. So I have seen it ran properly in the past. But in the last couple years on several occasions food is either not in the bag or not prepared the way we ordered it which only results in two trips back to the restaurant to replace have of somethings that was paid for initially. Also this location has been one those 24 hour locations for a long time now. Which is great! Wrong! You can only order fries that will be old and cold. Cheeseburger & Nuggets. Not one type of dessert. Or anything else. Now on to why I'm giving the place a one star. So we go through the drive-through this morning. I place my order which was the sausage Mc griddle with NO sausage and instead of the the yellow folded egg that come on it my son would like the round egg that comes on the egg McMuffin. Now keep in mind we have been placing this same order at this location on regular basis. The lady comes back on the speaker and replies to me. (You can only order the food the way it shown on the menu you can't make any substitutions whatsoever!) We have a new manager sorry! So now I'm stuck in the drive through waiting without even placing a order. I'm not sure if corporate Mcd's even reads the Yelp reviews. I'm in the restaurant industry so I follow the industry very closely. This why 1700 locations down the drain. Higher somebody who's going to come in and investigate and figure out the problem put the proper procedures in place to make the restaurant perform at his best. Not some rookie manager who's going to run off all your regular customers based on not substituting some food. Not to mention they just open three Chick-fil-A's in my area. I ordered two kids meals with coke slurpees as the drinks. The lady clearly heard me and even repeated my order at the drive through. When I got my stuff it was coke the soda and not slurpees. I told the lady at the window and she was really rude about it. She ended up giving me new drinks but had a nasty attitude about it and her whole body language walking back and handing me my stuff was very rude. I told her that if an order is wrong on your guys end you don't need to be rude or mad about it. I even asked for a manager. She said she was the Manager! I can't even believe someone like that would be a manager with a bad attitude. I asked for her name she said ARLENE. She needs some customer service training and also whoever is taking orders needs some more training. Or just simply fix your mistake and not get mad about something your employee did. Man, I hate this McDonald's. At the end of work at midnight, I should be driving home to eat a well-balanced meal, not zipping through their 24-hr drive-thru conveniently located 30 seconds from my work. Frick, I'm supposed to be working toward a leaner body for summer. It sucks that their fries always achieve the perfect balance between crispy and soft, and that my food usually gets out to me in under a few minutes while I recline in the comfort of my car. Manager Ramon is incredibly rude- he wasnt helpful with a situation where my bank card was dropped into the donation box at the drive thru on Monday 7/3/2017 and I am still without my bank card. He admitted to being rude when my boyfriend stepped in to talk to him and he walked away mid sentence. They were supposed to overnight the key which didn't get there on 7/5/2017 and we are still waiting for it so I can get my card back. I'm very stressed about the situation. This McDonalds is definitely a ZERO star. I have been to this location many times. I never minded the amount of times they've messed up my order or how long they took. However my drive thru experience last night was HORRIBLE. The older lady who I think is the manager or supervisor was completely unprofessional, insulting, disrespectful, and just rude! She was very inappropriate, I was trying to clarify my order because she gave us the wrong order (WHICH HAPPENS OFTEN AT THIS LOCATION) - I was interrupted many times. She kept on ignoring what my husband and I had to say. She kept insisting that we ordered what she initially handed us, which was WRONG because we had the receipt! I became upset so I said to my husband, mind you TO MY HUSBAND, why can't we just get our effin order like how we ordered it! Yes I said the F word but NOT to her but to my husband. THEN she says this, "Oh my god watch your mouth! I don't like you're mouth. You have a dirty mouth." AND then when she finally gives us our correct order she says, "Good luck with your wife because she has a big mouth! I don't know what you're going to do but good luck!".. I get it, I said the F word but how dare her even insult me like that! All because I said the F word? We walked into this mcdonalds and the cashier promptly greeted us but we were not ready so we politely told him that we needed a minute to decide. I saw him mutter something under his breath so that was a bit odd. Anyways we went ahead and ordered our breakfast sandwiches and my mother handed him a coupon. My mother did not know the coupon was expired and the cashier told her it was expired and he kept telling her "you should really check the dates on coupons before using them" It was an honest mistake yet this man had the audacity to keep telling my mother on how to check dates on coupons even AFTER she had paid for the food! He should have just said "oh the coupon expired" and left it there, but no he kept rambling about the damn coupon. He stopped as soon as i glared at him. Yesterday I went through the drive-thru to get breakfast for myself and my boss. The order was correct as they asked me to review it and it was. I pull up payed then went to the next window got my stuff, I asked if the sugar and the cream where already in the coffee as I requested they said "yeah" so I leave and went to work i'm missing 1/2 my order and there was absolutely no sugar or cream in the cup and only 1 cream and 1 sugar. I had asked for 2 creams and 10 sugars. I hate always having to drive back, if they aren't gonna get my order correct even after they read it back to me then what is the point. read more

If the drive thru messes up your order, and you have the audacity to want it fixed, they SPIT in your food!!!! Always always always check your food in the drive thru. Or even better, go elsewhere. I have noticed the orders are never correct, seriously. After i realized this is a trend, I started collecting my receipt the last 10 times. Literally each one was wrong and I had to go back. I spoke to the manager a few times, nothing of course was done and she's rude and tells me she will file a complaint later. (Like each time before) I knew this was a lie because every otheranager I spoke to told me this is the first they heard of it. So today I speak to another manager (store manager Octabio) who also promises to do something, all the while while the food is being remade, I look and the guy spits a little bit in the sandwich , very sly. Needless to say, despite how close it is, I will never go to another McDonalds. I filed a complaint with corporate. It used to be good at once. Today however, their Vanilla shake machine was down. Almost post midnight they have stopped service Filet-O-Fish.
