If I could give negative stars I would. Went to the drive thru this morning 12/23/23. We wanted 1 medium iced coffee sugar free vanilla with cream. 1 large hot coffee cream and sugar. Sausage McMuffin and 3 sausage breakfast burritos. First the guy could not hear me, so another person in the car told them what we wanted. Then what we were ordering wasn't on the screen. Guy kept saying ok what else. But yet the order on screen was wrong! What else, what else. There was loud beeping coming over from the speaker. We asked if there was any deals on the breakfast burritos and were told they were out. But then apparently they did have them. Everything on the screen was wrong and/or missing. Tried correcting it 3-4 times and still wrong. At one point the person deleted one of the coffees added another that was not right. I said to clear the screen and start over. Then all there was silence. I was so frustrated. Ended up driving off. I have never had such an aggravating experience at a drive through for a simple order!! I've come to this location during the week (when driving to work) for their breakfast burrito and coffee. Never had any issues with service or the food. Weekend is apparently a whole other story!! I worked here and I just find it crazy how disrespectful the supervisor is. Her name is Regia Pieper. She is the one with glasses and blonde hair. Since the first day I worked here she always been disrespectful towards me. She tells me to do things without even teaching me anything?! She'll get furious with me and says negative things just to put me down and has the audacity to make a joke out of me to everyone else saying, "I'm too slow" or "omg what is he doing" when it's not even my fault? I wasn't taught enough and I blame HER. She also disrespects a ton of other workers as well and I just feel sorry because I know it sucks being disrespected and not being able to do anything about it. The other workers are the ones that actually help and they aren't running the store. This explains how horrible this person is. Regia is selfish, a narcissist, and only cares about money. She gives people drinks and lies to them saying it's their correct drinks and gets mad when I don't have the drinks ready cuz she keeps giving the wrong ones out??! Like come on now, it's just crazy. This particular location is excellent. They had water, as expected but also had the choice of orange juice. I ordered 12 happy meals and the workers gave me all of the toys I wanted. The atmosphere of the inside was spectacular, the lighting was perfect and the floors were spotless. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! if I could give ZERO stars I would have!!! Ever since the remodel this place has been THE WORST! I can count on one hand how many times I've left the drive thru and my order was actually correct. This morning, 09/20/2024, I order a Sausage egg and cheese biscuit with round egg, and a medium coke with extra ice. My own fault for not checking before I left, but I get home and taste the coke.. it's diet coke. Mind you, I saw them put diet coke on the screen and I told them at the window REGULAR coke, not diet. Get home and it's still diet. I get back in my car and go back and they fixed it. I should have checked my sandwich but no, they at least got that right... NOPE. At this point, it's an hour later and I'm not about to go back, cuz it's not gonna be a good day all around. I think maybe NOT put the non English speaking people on the drive thru.. Find something else for them to do. I think there "might" be one English speaking person there at any given point, and they are never on the drive thru where they should be. Then when you go inside to complain, it takes them 15 mins to come to the front. I will happily drive the extra 15/20 mins to go to Franklin or Milford to go to Burger King!!!! read more

Went today, this location was recently renovated. Been 2 or 3 times since the reopening and have been pretty underwhelmed. My order- Bacon McDouble, no pickle Small fries Small coke -Bacon McDouble had NO BACON (to be fair there was no pickle) -Fries ice cold -No napkins in bag (drive through) The only thing they got right was the drink. People talk of lowering expectations, but I don't think it's too much to expect a sandwich called a Bacon McDouble to actually contain bacon. I also don't get why cold fries are served. Huge pet peeve. French fries are supposed to be hot and crispy, not cold and soggy. And not giving someone any napkins at the drive through is like having no TP in the rest room. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I live nearby so I come every once in a while and this is hands down the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. The employees are consistently rude every single time ive come, except for 1 or 2 of them. The manager is the biggest a-hole and does not care about customers or the place. They seem to all have life problems that they are angry about and take it out on everyone in the drive thru. The food always takes a long time and I have always had to wait in the parking lot for an extra 10 minutes for it to come out. They gave me the wrong order the last time I came, rudely told me the dining room was closed when I came to tell them, and they made me wait another 20 minutes after they angrily told me they gave me the wrong order. please for your own sake dont come here. read more

Awful location. Dirty inside, the staff is usually rude and seems annoyed you're ordering. The food quality (yes even for Mcds) is terrible. We stopped going there and every once in a blue moon we'll stop in and again, we always say, "Never again." It's weird cause Medway's location is better and it's the same owner. Just went the other day and the burger tasted like there was a piece of paper attached to it, the fries were cold and soft and the person in the drive thru said nothing to us during the transaction. Probably one of the worst operated out there, to the point we will only go there if we're absolutely too tired to go elsewhere. Check your food when you (finally) get it to make sure you got what you asked for. If you like certain condiments on or off your burger, don't bother coming here. The Staff here at the McDonald's has been slipping and when you are standing in line for 14 minutes and you are the 3rd in line. You have to ask yourself... Why does the Cashier not take everybody's order instead of waiting for the first order to be cooked and then start the process all over again. This place really isn't as bad as the other Yelpers make it out to be. It's MCDONALDS! Not the Capital Grille! Standards should be on a fast food level, people! No, it's not nearly the best of the many McDonald's locations I've visited throughout the various locations I've been to over the past ten years or so, but it isn't the worst either. Yes, I agree a renovation is DESPERATELY needed, but then again, it's not entirely gross and the staff here are great. Not once, out of the many times I've been here (don't know how I forgot to review this McDonald's in the past) throughout my countless journeys from Westwood to Milford down Route 109. Service is consistently fast, and prices are definitely on the low end for McDonald's (for some reason, all of the McDonald's have different prices?). Plus, the location is convenient. I much prefer Wendy's over McDonald's ANY time, and if Wendy's opened somewhere along 109 in Millis, I would have no reason to ever come back. That being said, Wendy's hasn't opened and I don't anticipate it happening soon. Food here is good for McDonald's and has always been made to order, no careless, dumb mistakes, like they do at one of the McD's further down this road. The employees are really friendly, and as I said before, they move the drive thru line along FAST! Not the best McD's, but it's the only option and only minimal work is needed (renovation!) to make this one of the better McDonald's. 3 stars. read more

Horrible. I've been here a couple times when I've forgotten my dinner. Work nights. Every time I've gone there, they have new staff. Every time my meal has been incorrect, forgot other items I've ordered & twice gave me someone else's order. Once I asked for a large fountain, they gave me a medium sized & poured the medium sized drink into a large cup. I know it's McDonald's but come on!!! This McDonald's usually has subpar service, along with being 24 hours, it tickles my fancy. Nothing breaks my heart more than when I'm starving at 2 am, and I roll up to order my Oreo McFlurry, and the guy comes on the intercom and tells me he can't take my order. I've been to this McDonalds many times and always wanted to write a review. Tonight's visit finally motivated me. This McDonald's is comical. Katie C is spot on. There is no one in charge. I thought I was watching a Saturday Night Live skit. The only redeeming quality is proximity to my house, which probably won't even be enough anymore. Maybe the free unappetizing aftertaste is a redeeming quality. I'll have to think about that. The appearance is depressing. The service is robotic (except for the woman that gives me my morning iced coffee) and zombie-ish, you would hope the food would be good. Well, don't count on it. Horrible! Went the other day and ordered McFlurrys and the machine was out of Oreos. Right in front of me the manager put the Oreos in the machine with his dirty bare hands then licked his fingers after then made the McFlurrys...after that I watched him take out a plastic piece from a machine covered in chocolate and he licked the chocolate off so disgusting will never go back again. Friday Oct. 7, 2016 at 5 pm...drive thru had 6 cars in line I being 7. The person taking orders (heavy set kid) obviously did not want to be doing this. No greeting, no thank you and bad attitude! Sat in line several mins until I was now #4 car, watched a truck pull up to window and we had to wait a few more mins until I saw the operator flail his arms and obviously asked for his money back which he got and drove off. My turn at window and as I always do I said hello to the heavy set kid who did not acknowledge me, took my money and closed the window, returned my change and I again said thank you but no response again from him. His KS# on my recipt was 15. Again he handed me my food without saying a word and closed the window. Rude, rude, rude...he should be in the back not dealing with customers. read more

This McDonald's is one of the hit or miss McDonald's sometimes the food is hot and fresh and steaming and others it's like warm and kinda stale. The staff here is friendly. Food is always presented well not sloppy and disheveled but like I say hit or miss on hot food.If your dealing with the teenage staff speak slowly and be prepared to repeat yourself.
