One of many chick-fil-A restaurants. This location is almost always busy but don't despair as there are two drive through lanes and 3 inside registers to process orders. The staff are always friendly and the service is much faster than you might think as you look at the lines. Parents, there is an indoor play area for the kids. Dine-in area is clean. A fan favorite.

First time I've ever seen a Chick-Fil-A with no line

I love Chick-fil-a, but the service at this location is very subpar compared to other chick-fil-as i've been to. There was shockingly no line whatsoever in the drive-thru, yet we had to wait a few minutes for someone to take our order on the intercom. Then, we waited at the window for over 10 minutes for our food. Then, our meal bag was missing one of the entrees, so be sure to check that you have everything before driving away. It was good, it's just nowhere near the service that Chick-fil-A should have.

Used to eat at Chik fil a at airports and chicken sandwiches were always fresh. Stopped in as in the area ... ordered at counter a chicken sandwich, 8 pc nuggets, Carmel crumble milkshake. Asked for a mayonnaise, siracha dip sauce . No lister sign at counter which dipping sauces offered?? Why.. will save 3-5 minutes asking cashier what choices they have then repeating again, and then repeating as missed what raddled off . Dumb Easy to post a sticker sign on wall next to the counter kid meals sticker. Overhead sign wastes more ordering time too... should be right along on wall or laminated menus to view in entry queue line . Next he gives you a green table sign to sit down... meal shows up with no utensils, no milk shake , straw, napkins, so now you have to get up to push your way to trash barrels where straws are , napkins, no fork, or knife there?... now use a extra straw to spread mayo and chick fila sauce on sandwich which looks 1/2 size I used to get ??? Maybe Brandon inflation shrunk it too. Overcooked , salty taste.. didn't like even after Mayo, Fila chicken sauce in adding sauces. Then chicken nuggets eating with my fingers as couldn't get straw to stick in like a real fork to dip in sauces... double the needed sauces providers and 3-4 un used ones ended in trash ... milk shake was thankful for to wash down the salt surge on chicken, and nuggets... then check out the other pile of waste for an eat in meal vs take out all non green paper products ending in landfill for a dine in meal? Only one person of trash... wow... imagine a family of five trash pile? So much for Green environmental policies with Chik Fila corporation? Counted as least 20-25 employees all bumbling and bumping into one another in a small counter layout walking back and forth delivering meals to tables? 1/2 of employees working at 50 % utilization... looked busy walking around but not efficiently working due to corporate flawed processes ... wasted labor too... I don't see reason to return and I think Popeyes chicken sandwiches are bigger , moist chicken better now? Need healthier menu options too... better sides? Even KFC has smashed potatoes, cole slaw, corn, . A nice fish fillet like McDonald's would be nice .... Chicken stir fry bowl? Chicken pie?

I ordered meal 3ct strips through the drive thru. Started to eat and then I realized that part of the chicken strips was raw. It's clear that when I saw the raw part, my appetite completely disappeared and I didn't eat anything. When I came to ask for a refund, I showed them that part of the chicken was raw. No one apologized. One of the girls at the checkout seemed to be mocking. When they made a refund, for some reason they made in 1.66$ less. I thought that in such moments, the least they could do was apologize for the ruined dinner and possible poisoning.

Delicious as always. It's a pleasure to be served. The chicken is by far the best of e best, all the other fast food places shouldn't even try to sell chicken. 100's of cars in the drive thru and we were served our food in a matter of minutes.

"Large" fries and spicy chicken sandwich

I've been to 4 Chick-fil-A locations total so far and this location was the worst out of the others. Woburn location was the best in my opinion. The reason why I say this Framingham location is bad, is because well...check the picture I attached. I ordered a large fries and I did get a large container but a quarter of fries were not there. Secondly, check the picture on the quality of how they assembled the sandwich. It looks like they flattened the sandwich and when they were handling the sandwich, it looks like they dug their thumb into the bun of the sandwich. Maybe those specific employees were careless but I think this is inexcusable. Thirdly, it took longer for me to get the sandwich and fries, compared to getting the same two items in other Chick-fil-A locations. I still like the other Chick-fil-A locations and their chicken sandwiches are amongst the best for fast food standards. Their sauce variety are game-changers when customizing your sandwich and fries. It is just this specific location that really bugged me about those things I mentioned. But other than that, this Framingham location has a lot of parking and the app was very easy to use. They should focus on quality.

Just plain chicken beasts on a burger bun. Fries are greasy and soggy. They need a bigger menu.

Dave's is a lot like Raising Cane's, but with the ability to customize the spice level of the chicken. I opted for Dave's #3 ($13.99) so I could try both a slider and a solo tender. The pieces of chicken were very good. They had a nice exterior crisp covered in a flavorful heat, with a juicy, tender, pull apart inside. While I preferred the sandwich, it definitely could have used more slaw. As far as portions...for me, two sliders is likely too much, but I think I'd be unsatisfied with one, so the #3 was a good option. Similar to Cane's, the fries are crinkle cut. I prefer the dusting of seasoning on the Dave's fries, as I find Cane's to be overly salty. I do wish they had more options for sides...for instance, a nice refreshing cucumber salad, potato salad, cold bean salad, etc. would be great with that chicken. I happily dipped my extra tender and fries in the Dave's side sauce...no need for ketchup, though they do offer it. Interestingly, a new Raising Cane's is scheduled to open right around the corner from Dave's...bring on the chicken wars...I'm rooting for you Dave!

We walked into a straightforward fast food space that stays busy, particularly on weekends, with an energy that matches the straightforward menu. The restaurant is clean and functional, designed around getting people in and out efficiently without sacrificing the quality of what comes out of the kitchen. The menu is deliberately narrow, built around chicken fingers and the handful of sides and sauces that complement them, and that focus pays off in the consistency of what we ordered. The chicken fingers are the obvious centerpiece and they held up, crispy on the outside and juicy throughout without the greasiness that brings down a lot of fast food fried chicken. The sauce is the thing that turns a good chicken finger into the reason people come back. Creamy and tangy with a slight kick, it plays well against the chicken and makes every component on the tray work better with it than without. Ordering an extra cup is the right move, and most regulars do it without thinking twice. The Texas toast is genuinely one of the better versions of the format at a fast food chain, buttery and slightly crisp in a way that earns its place on the tray rather than just filling it. The crinkle cut fries are solid without being remarkable, and the coleslaw does its job as a palate break between the richer items. The staff is a consistent highlight at this location, with an energy and friendliness that stands out in a category where that kind of engagement is rare. Order accuracy can slip during the heaviest rushes, so checking the bag before leaving is worth the extra moment. For a fast food stop that knows exactly what it is and delivers on that promise consistently, Raising Cane's is a reliable choice.

I usually go to KFC a block away for a meal. I wanted the chicken fingers and I ordered the 4 piece combo to dine in. Service was quick and was packed to go? Receipt clearly says dine in? The counter guy , He unpacks and puts on a tray. Chicken tenders were moist, juicy, cooked perfect and breading perfect... issue was bland taste to chicken? Needs spices of offer a spiced version? Fries were ok, but many small dinky fries? The guy gave me ketchup packs which were Heinz . I also got ketchup at the self serve by the drinks self serve. The self serve ketchup tasted different and not Heinz ? The Canes sauce... they serve only one with the meal. They charge 49 cents it appears for additional sauce. The hey are stingy with the sauce vs. unlimited at Chik fil a ? One sauce not enough for 4 pieces for me.... The interior and vibe , music is attractive and appealing to the young crowd vs family or senior dining at Chik Fila . Very good chicken and 4 pieces meal priced reasonable . The Cole slaw was excellent and a high light. The bread toasted looked a 1/2 of a hot dog roll? It was only toasted on one side? No garlic toast flavors at all? It was a decent meal and welcome alternative to KFC or Chik Fil A who is closed Sundays and prices high? Canes I didn't see a shake drink Offering or a desert , or ice cream option unless I missed it ... I would like a great salad with one or two of these chicken tenders cut up on it.
