I like this Chick-fil-A! This one is located in Framingham & is down the street from Natick Mall. They also have a drive-thru here which is AWESOME for if you want to grab something quick! The service is amazing every time and my order always comes out so perfect + fast. They've definitely got a good system going here though because even when I have experienced a line for drive thru, I don't recall ever having to wait a long time. My usual order that I always have to get from Chick-fil-A is a spicy chicken deluxe w/ waffle fries, lemonade w/ less ice, & for sauces, I like to get Polynesian + Chick-fil-A sauce. The nuggets are also very tasty and highly recommend. Definitely pricier than other fast food spots like McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, etc, but it's worth the extra splurge. read more

The food is very consistent and good. The drive thru takes too long so you need to go in. The staff is the most polite in fast food they are trained that way which is part of their brand. I've been going to this location since the day it opened and it truly never fails. The customer service at any Chick fil a is next level, and I can confidently say they've only ever messed up an order of mine once or twice through all the years. Wild. There's always a welcoming greeting, they're great at accommodating meals if you need to make changes, and it's super efficient here. The drive thru in itself is so fast and well thought out. You can go in 1 of 2 lanes and there's always workers with iPads spread out (rain or shine) to take orders at your car window, instead of making you wait in a long line of cars for every single person to reach the microphone in the way front to order. My go-to meal is either the chicken sandwich meal with chick fil a sauce and ketchup. Or the 8 pc chicken meal. Both are delicious and I LOVE how you Chick fil a will actually include sauces in the bag when you request ones. No cheapin out for them! Amazing. Their milkshakes are also divine. There was shockingly no line whatsoever in the drive-thru, yet we had to wait a few minutes for someone to take our order on the intercom. Then, we waited at the window for over 10 minutes for our food. Then, our meal bag was missing one of the entrees, so be sure to check that you have everything before driving away. I ordered meal 3ct strips through the drive thru. Started to eat and then I realized that part of the chicken strips was raw. It's clear that when I saw the raw part, my appetite completely disappeared and I didn't eat anything. When I came to ask for a refund, I showed them that part of the chicken was raw. No one apologized. One of the girls at the checkout seemed to be mocking. When they made a refund, for some reason they made in 1.66$ less. Our new Chick-Fil-A is fantastic and I'm very excited to go to the new location in Walpole. Their chicken sandwich is better than any competitors. I order mine without the pickles and always get a little nervous my order won't come out right but to my surprise they manage to get it right. I know this is a personal preference I am not a fan of waffle fries. If I am going to get them, I like them very, very crispy bordering on burnt!! I'm sure the cook is so afraid of burning them that it's just not worth ordering them. My sister ordered the grilled nuggets. She's trying to drop a couple of pounds and said they were delicious. Only 130 calories! My plain sandwich was 420 calories and worth every bite. I love they have diet lemonade so good. The service is not like any other drive thru. The kids were smiling, they walk up to your car and take your order then you pay at the next window. It all worked pretty well considering it's a new franchise. We ate in the car then went inside to wash our hands and use their very clean restroom. The restaurant was nicely organized with tables not on top of each other which I always like. I hate chairs back to back. It was very well lit. Like all the rest, closed on Sunday which I greatly admire. This new location is right by Walpole Mall very convenient. Enjoy! read more

Why.. will save 3-5 minutes asking cashier what choices they have then repeating again, and then repeating as missed what raddled off . Overhead sign wastes more ordering time too... should be right along on wall or laminated menus to view in entry queue line . Next he gives you a green table sign to sit down... meal shows up with no utensils, no milk shake , straw, napkins, so now you have to get up to push your way to trash barrels where straws are , napkins, no fork, or knife there?... now use a extra straw to spread mayo and chick fila sauce on sandwich which looks 1/2 size I used to get ??? Maybe Brandon inflation shrunk it too. Overcooked , salty taste.. didn't like even after Mayo, Fila chicken sauce in adding sauces. Then chicken nuggets eating with my fingers as couldn't get straw to stick in like a real fork to dip in sauces... double the needed sauces providers and 3-4 un used ones ended in trash ... milk shake was thankful for to wash down the salt surge on chicken, and nuggets... then check out the other pile of waste for an eat in meal vs take out all non green paper products ending in landfill for a dine in meal? I've been to 4 Chick-fil-A locations total so far and this location was the worst out of the others. Woburn location was the best in my opinion. The reason why I say this Framingham location is bad, is because well...check the picture I attached. I ordered a large fries and I did get a large container but a quarter of fries were not there. Secondly, check the picture on the quality of how they assembled the sandwich. It looks like they flattened the sandwich and when they were handling the sandwich, it looks like they dug their thumb into the bun of the sandwich. Maybe those specific employees were careless but I think this is inexcusable. Thirdly, it took longer for me to get the sandwich and fries, compared to getting the same two items in other Chick-fil-A locations. I still like the other Chick-fil-A locations and their chicken sandwiches are amongst the best for fast food standards. Their sauce variety are game-changers when customizing your sandwich and fries. It is just this specific location that really bugged me about those things I mentioned. But other than that, this Framingham location has a lot of parking and the app was very easy to use. Oct2022: 4: I stopped by this location as a result of looking for a quickie spot to get a lunch break meal today. This is the first time I have felt that I had to score a Chick-fil-A lower because of a worker!! I really enjoy a quick-like restaurant where I can always count on the food quality, timeliness, and worker efficiency. I observed that the restaurant was quite full in the drive through areas, so I had enough time to walk inside to place my order. The location is fairly easy to locate in a mall development area tucked into quite a few trees hiding the signature color from immediately being seen. The restaurant itself was clean, but full of customers when I entered. I decided to get my items to go instead. I advised the cashier I had received a birthday reward and wanted to redeem it. She took my order and acted as if I had not said I wanted to redeem the reward when I scanned the QR Code. I asked her again directly if she got the reward code and she said I don't see it. I asked what were you going to do other than let me go without telling me about the missing item. She didn't answer and just signaled to another person who promptly and correctly completed the transaction. Add to the already bad actions, she gave me the cup filled with ice and I said I didn't want any in the cup. It's a small thing, but it's attention to detail that I really like about the workers at Chick-fil-A. We went through the drive through on a rainy night. I felt badly for the crew standing outside with tables to take our order. But everyone was very positive and friendly. I tried to tip the guy who took payment, but he politely refused. He just asked that we come back again to show how much we liked it. I got a shake which was tasty and a good thickness. My daughter greatly enjoyed her chicken fingers and fries. It was her first time there. I've only been once before for a shake. I'll have to try to food next time. I stopped into this location to grab some food after doing some shopping at Shopper's World. And it was a positive experience, as most visits to Chick-fila are. They got my drink order wrong but it was fixed easily enough. My food was ready and delivered to me almost as soon as I sat down. Apparently, you have to ask for the ketchup packets as they, for some reason, aren't kept out with the rest of the condiments. Last time I went to this location, it was in the afternoon and lines at the DT was long, as expected. I start ordering and this guy could not hear us and ends up just saying okay to everything. I also asked multiple times if I could use my reusable cup here and they said sure when we ordered, but when I got to the window, they handed me a cup and told me I couldn't use my reusable cup. The lady at the window was NOT nice about it. Like okay, I wouldn't be giving you my cup if I didn't get the ok from the guy at the order. I wouldn't have ordered the drink if I couldn't use my cup. Plus, I've asked multiple times. On top of that, my order was completely wrong. I asked for no tomatoes and pickles and they ended up putting the pickles on the sandwich and taking out the tomatoes and lettuce??? We also asked for 12 ct nuggets and got 8 ct. LOL. Went with the #1 original Chick-fil-A meal. It is a set meal, with a classic chicken sammich, medium size fountain drink and waffle fries. The fountain drink is a fountain drink. Nothing more to say here. Fries are not super crispy, but crispy and salty enough to be addicting. Fluffy yet dense interior. Also, not much grease on them. Decent overall. Now, for the sammich. The basic Chick-fil-A is comprised of 3 parts. 1 part burger roll, 1 part fried chicken filet, and 1 part 2 pickles. Always 2. The burger roll is a standard plastic looking roll. Although picturesque out the bag, with a glossy shine, it is easily crushed and disfigured when handling. It has a very light airy taste and texture, serves as a needed starch and medium to hold the chicken. But not much else going on here. The chicken filet is not super tender, but has some decent juice factor. Oily notes, salty, some stale spices, and perhaps some cayenne. Overall taste is that of a typical chicken tender. Pickles have salty generic pickle taste, do very little to add any complexity in taste or texture. So-So fast food. Don't plan to visit here again. read more

Ordered a delux chicken sandwhich, regular fry, and large unsweetened tea. Also added an 8 piece nugget on the side. The fries and nuggets were hot and delish. The main course of all this food I bought (the deluxe chicken sandwhich) was disgusting. Very obvious it had been sitting for a quite a while : the lettuce was wilted and weak, the tomatoes were slimy and soggy, and the bottom bun was basically a large crouton. I was so shocked. I live 15 minutes away so another 30 minute round trip to take it back wasn't worth. This experience killed my monthly craving for chic fil a, and for that I hate you.
