I'm ALWAYS down for a trip to Chick-fil-a. I always get a number 2 deluxe meal (spicy chicken sandwich deluxe) which comes with the sandwich, fries, and a fountain drink. The waffle fries are absolutely delicious with both crispy and softer pieces, and pair perfectly with the famous Chick-fil-a sauce. First time at a Chick-fil-A and have now been wondering where this was all my life. My friends ordered me a #1 deluxe (chicken sandwich w/ tomato lettuce and cheese) - which really wasn't anything amazing to me. The chicken seemed fresher and healthier than maybe McDonalds but in taste it felt average. What really got me was the 30pc Nugget Bowl which is basically their chicken nuggets - the taste and texture of which is much different than other places and better than I had expected. Their variety of sauces keep things new (I like their Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauce) and tasty. This location's service was exemplary, courteous workers, willingness to correct or modify orders, friendly and kept the place exceedingly clean. I don't know why, but this Chick-fil-A is really stingy with sauce packs. We spent $50 on sandwiches and a 30-pack of nuggets, and they gave us 6 sauce packets. That's one per person...after each person asked for a specific number. Just stupid to annoy customers this way, and they keep doing it. read more

I am not someone who normally eats fast food but I came here to lunch today around 1230 with a coworker and can't tell you how impressed I was. I look at this restaurant for their quality of fast food. Let me start by saying, this place was packed. Every table was filled with all walks of life from parents with their children to construction workers to business people in suits. I cannot remember the last time I ate at a fast food restaurant and saw people sitting down. The service was very great. Our cashier Dionne was so pleasant to work with. She suggested the best sauces to try our food with and gave us one of each to try. We sat down and the food was brought to us instead of us having to pick it up. Throughout our meal we had someone check up on us and ask if we needed refills on our drinks or napkins etc. It was a very thoughtful. I ordered a number one which was an original chicken sandwich with fries. My chicken sandwich was great. There was a nice piece of chicken inside and the bun was very good. My waffle fries were hot and plentiful. This is definitely not a place I can eat at often because of how heavy it is but it was such a nice treat to come in and have such a great and positive experience here. read more

The worst service. 30 mins in a drive thru, I could have eaten at a full service restaurant in less time. And to add insult, I watched as several customers were served ahead of me while they did nothing to make sure my line moved because for 20 of those 30 mins, I didnt/couldnt move. I just went through the long drive thru line during prime lunch hour in less than four minutes... I know Chick-fil-A is efficient but wow, it was a double line and both were super long when I pulled into one. Well I'm here for a week for work, from Tennessee. Idk...I get ppl have different mannerisms in different areas...but I thought all Chic Fil As were filled with courteous employees....Wrong! I've been up here a few times for work... Never had real issues, but not memorable service either....well today the guy at drive thru menu taking orders was really nice....woman working window, not so much....seemed bothered and didnt smile. The guy giving the food not friendly either. Got my drink wrong, had ice, I said no ice. When I kindly advised, they seemed so bothered about it. I wish Chick-fil-A was open on Sundays. And I wish the CEO of the corporation wasn't such a jerk. However, I still go here all the time and I love it. I was pleasantly surprised to find the cobb salad as addicting at the chicken sandwiches. Get it with the Avocado Lime Dressing. Also the #1 Breakfast sandwich combo is a great way to fill up in anticipation for a long day. Big fan. This location has the nicest staff, though I'm sure other locations are trained similarly. I had a stint where I would drive through for breakfast enough that Alan at the window became my morning greeter of choice. He has the best attitude and always left me with a smile. I know that anyone can pour an unsweetened iced tea (sweetened is just to much for me) but I love that his tea always came with a fun anecdote or story and well wishes. Now that my commute has changed up I don't get to see him and the rest of the staff as often and it bums me out. read more

This Texan sure loves her chick-fil-a, and when I am willing to separate my politics and my food, I make the drive out to Framingham for some sweet, sweet, nuggets. Boston banned chick-fil-a from operating within the city limits, but luckily this one is a quick drive west (and next to amazing shopping opportunities). This location knows how busy they are going to be with the lack of other options and plans well for it. Always clean, always well staffed, and always fast - the great service you expect from such a delicious place. I always go with nuggets and the honey mustard. I know everyone gets their jollies from the chick-fil-a sauce, but I am partial to the OG honey mustard that makes my life complete. Went late night after work and not eating all day. Ordered a meal with fries and then OBVIOUSLY another meal of chick-Fil-A nuggets with fries. Got to the window and overheard the manager (8/22/19) saying "oh this is all extras". My wife & I were craving Chic fil so I did the 45 minute trek to Framingham from Waltham earlier tonight. I was looking forward to using my points to get a free chicken sandwich. After sitting in the drive thru I headed home. I emptied the bag and pulled out my wife's chicken sandwich meal but my sandwich was nowhere to be found!!!!! These people know team work. Like damn!!!! I pulled up to the drive thru second guessing even staying because the line was insane - I'm talking like 30 cars insane. They had kids out on iPads taking orders- no lie I had my food in 5 minutes . I then proceeded to park and eat my food and just watch them crank out cars in that drive thru- seriously I was amazed . Solid lunch menu, with a litany of chicken related sandwiches (obviously). I got the chicken salad sandwich, and immediately found a table even during the crowded weekday lunch hour. The food was pretty cheap, and was delivered right to the table in a very timely manner. The sandwich was alright, certainly nothing to write home about, but for the price, I'd say it was perfectly acceptable. There is a children's play place in the building, so energy amongst the youngins was quite high. A lot of screaming and running kids. But as long as your not there for some R and R, I'd say it's manageable. read more

My first time at CFA was 10/21/17 at this location and it was AMAZING! The waffle fries were hot and crispy, the 4 piece tenders and the honey mustard were perfect. I frequent this location often with my family, and everyone always leaves happy. The food is amazing, the chick fil a sauce is perfection, and they have a pretty legit fruit bowl so I don't feel like I'm completely poisoning my children! The staff is polite and accommodating, and the playground is the cherry on top for the little ones. Chick Fil A is one of those fast food chains that i almost feel wrong calling "fast food". There is no Chick-fil-A anywhere near my home, so I was curious. I had seen one of these places, which I pronounce, "chick-fill-ah," in an airport once, (BWI, maybe?), but I declined to give it a try because of the company's anti-LGBT stance. I understand they have lightened up on that and the timing was right as I made my journey home from an excursion to IKEA, some three hours away. I went to the drive-thru and ordered the basic #1 sandwich with fries and a drink. There was no line and my order was processed quickly. The server's Ned Flanders-ish language was quite silly, but it did make me smile. The sandwich was nothing impressive. It fell apart and landed in a sloppy mess on my lap as I drove onto the main road. Fortunately, I had plenty of napkins. The 'waffle' fries were awful- a tasteless greasy mess. The 'waffles' seemed to be cooked very unevenly. I was surprised by how bland they tasted. Well, once and done, for this place. I'll try anything once. read more

Went in to get a gift certificate for a friend today, an employee was in line in front of me ordering her lunch, there was only one cashier, all is cool. Then a second cashier came up and took the people behind me while the cashier and the employee in front of me were talking about someone's boyfriend. Manager was called for by me so I could just get my gift card and he was cordial. I think they should take care of customers first but I guess they do what they want. I love the management there and the food. The fact that they are closed on Sundays only says to me that it's not an inconvenience for anyone but a convince to the workers who desire to go to church and or be home with their family. This is something that this country has missing for decades! We also have the choice of going somewhere else. I just love the food, always gracious and never ever got my order wrong!
