I'm normally skeptical about meats that are pre-cooked and prepared mashed potatoes as they can sometimes be too salty. But this did not disappoint - it was NOT too salty and just perfectly seasoned. After 2 days of leftovers, the pork was still incredibly moist. And, the mashed potatoes were unbelievable, and stuffing was really a creative and tasty recipe. It definitely shows its age--and I mean that affectionately. (The Dudley Chateau) The building is well worn, it gets packed, it can be loud, and yes, the restrooms have seen better days.
