Fried apps were not the greatest but not the worst. The one time we got the sampler, everything was burnt. The pasta bolognese is okay. The pizza is the focus for us. Customer service is amazing. We have done both delivery (which is via 3rd party) and also pickup. One time we had a disastrous delivery which was no fault of the shop but 100% on the 3rd party that the Slice app is partnered with. I called the shop to give them an informational heads up about the situation and they were amazing. Highly recommended!

I'm sorry but Natick does not have same authentic pizza as Naples, possibly Naples, Florida but perhaps the other Naples. HOWEVER, as a local pizza place, they're truly a hidden gem. We shopped around and Giovanni is the only one who makes them well, right, and fast. Others who I won't name (rhymes with Pizza By Mocco) gave me the worst calzone of my life. It was like biting on an old pancreas. Giovanni's though, damn! One of the best calzones I've ever had! Was it baked or fried? Don't care, it was very crispy and the cheese was so good! To hell with it the marinara, the calzone spoke for itself. Well done Gio

This was a strange Christmas this year, and I didn't feel like cooking for the family…read more Fortunately, I ordered the Holiday Dinner for four to go from Skybokx - it's new this year. I ordered the pork loin that came with everything that you need for the total meal. And wow! I'm normally skeptical about meats that are pre-cooked and prepared mashed potatoes as they can sometimes be too salty. But this did not disappoint - it was NOT too salty and just perfectly seasoned. After 2 days of leftovers, the pork was still incredibly moist. And, the mashed potatoes were unbelievable, and stuffing was really a creative and tasty recipe. And this portion for four - easily could have served 8 with a few more vegetables and rolls added by me. My family was thrilled - and I would definitely do this again! Thank you!

Some restaurants impress you the first time you walk through the door. The Dudley Chateau isn't one…read moreof them. Known locally as "The Chat," it's tucked away in a neighborhood overlooking Dudley Pond, in what began life as a private fishing lodge nearly a century ago before becoming a speakeasy and eventually the local institution it is today. It definitely shows its age--and I mean that affectionately. (The Dudley Chateau) The building is well worn, it gets packed, it can be loud, and yes, the restrooms have seen better days. None of that has stopped us from coming back several times a year. Why? Because the food is consistently excellent, and so is the service. The menu goes well beyond what you'd expect from a neighborhood pub, and we've yet to leave disappointed. The staff somehow manages to stay friendly, attentive, and efficient even when the place is buzzing. The Dudley Chateau isn't trying to be trendy or upscale, and that's part of its charm. It's comfortable in its own skin, and so are the people who keep coming back. If you're looking for spotless, quiet, and polished, this probably isn't your place. But if you're looking for great food, friendly service, and a genuine local institution with plenty of character, it's absolutely worth the visit.

The lake is gorgeous…read more I don't think they are seating people outside right now, although they could be. Inside is very dark and dingy, enormous fly flying around. Menu is super basic, takes a long time to find anything to eat here. Settled on an iced tea, fish sandwich, and side salad. Iced tea was solid, fish sandwich was good, but the bun was lacking. Salad was low brow, but tasty enough, homemade blue cheese dressing, not offensive. The place could use a cleaning, and some feminine energy, and the menu needs a lot of help, if we are going to move away from seed oils. No need to rush back. But if I do come back, I will probably have dessert only, which looked decent.
