We ordered TWO of the limited time Bacon Buffalo Ranch McCrispys with two Buffalo Ranch Snack Wraps. The snack wraps were delicious, as always, but these chicken sandwiches were absolutely horrifying. No sauce? One single pickle slice? Where tf is the bacon?! Maybe someone needs to take up a donation plate for Mcdonalds since they are clearly hurting for ingredients on their menu items. It's not the first time we've paid for something and not gotten what we ordered, and I am sure it will not be the last. Like, they even made us pull up in spot #2 to wait for it... For why? I have never met a friendlier, kinder, more professional McDonald's employee than Mr. Ronald at your McDonald's on Jefferson Hwy. The store number is 5110 and I just would like you to reward him for a job well done. Every single time I go through this drive-thru he is working and is the most upbeat, genuinely nice person I have ever seen in the Service Industry. I have worked in the Retail Industry, the Service Industry, Banking, etc. and I have never met another person that could hold a candle to this man's genuinely kind and friendly demeanor. He is an incredible employee and a terrific ambassador for the McDonald's brand. He makes me smile every time I see him and i hope you will find a way to show him what an outstanding job he is doing. DO NOT GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE!! Receipt printer was down and i needed one for my company to get reimbursed. They told me it would be at the pick up window. This is the worst McDonald's location on the face of the earth. OK, maybe not the entire earth, but definitely the entirety of the locations I have visited. Back in 2010 I wrote my first review of this location and I was apparently in a giving mood. This location is fully deserving of this one star review. Logistics Years ago this location had what was known as face to face ordering. That meant there was no drive thru speaker, but you ordered by talking to an actual human. That experiment failed which left this location with an odd three window setup. That third window was eliminated and a second drive thru line was added somewhere down the line. One would think the second drive thru lane would speed things up, but all it really does is prevent traffic from backing up to the highway. I think it actually causes more delay than one dedicated line because people are confused and hold up the line waiting to see which lane is fastest (here's a hint; they alternate). Customer Service I am not sure where this location went wrong. The neighboring fast food restaurants seem to have found a steady stream of somewhat friendly employees. This location has not. nine times out of ten the staff are either blatantly rude, or just so unfriendly that I wonder why I come here ever. On my most recent visit, I attempted to order an item that was apparently sold out. Instead of politely explaining that, he yelled "We ain't got that". When trying for a different item, I was met with the same reply. This fine upstanding gentleman was also the employee which I paid for my meal. Apparently his ain't got that routine was enough talking as he did not say one word to me as I pulled up. Food The food here is typical McDonald's fare. Say what you will about their food, but every once in a while you just need a Big Mac. If you deny this fact, you're either: a. a vegetarian or b. a person who doesn't like Big Macs. If you are choice b, I suspect you secretly want the terrorists to win. Enough seriousness. The food is hit or miss. One day your Big Mac will satisfy your craving like no other fast food can. The next time will be like my most recent visit where whoever made the sandwich did not care about proper special sauce to meat ratios. It's a Big Mac and it isn't that hard to make. In summary, this place is really awful in all categories. I am sure you will eventually see me check in again since it is conveniently located. Awful experience. We waited in the drive up for about 40 min including at the ordering speaker for about 10 min. No one said a word. There were a lot of cars waiting. It was now 5 min before closing and another customer found out they were not going to take anymore orders at the drive up. That customer drove back around and let us know that the workers are lazy and don't want to work and were closed early. We pulled up to the window where a worker saw me and I told her we had been waiting in line for 40 min and asked if they were closing early before 11:00pm. She told us they closed the drive through but that we could still come inside if we got inside before 11pm. It was 10:56. I quickly pulled around and my husband got out of the car to go inside to order. As he walked up a worker locked the door on him at 10:57pm and wouldn't even acknowledge him. We proceeded to let the others that had pulled up in the drive through know that they were closed early and wouldn't take orders or let us inside. This location does not care at all about customer service. They let us and others just sit there in our cars for a very long time and didn't bother to at least let us know the drive through was closed. Then when we were told we could come inside, they purposely went over and locked the door so we couldn't come inside to order. It was extremely rude and they obviously don't care at all! Received two disgusting chicken sandwiches from this facility. Old fried chicken on a bun with no condiments and our chicken nuggets we had ordered came with no dipping sauce. The only fresh thing in the bag was our fries. I called and spoke to an employee about 15 min after the incident. She asked if we could bring the food back, I stated, no we already on the interstate and heading out of town. She stated that she would take my name down and a refund would be issued to me as long as I brought the receipt back in. Well, came back with my receipt only to be told that is "not our policy" and that they would only refund me if I handed them the food back. No "supervisor" there to help at all so I was told I would be called back tomorrow to let me know if they would honor it or not. The manager there said she needed to speak to the other manager first to make sure "she said that". Now apparently it's the customers fault if an employee tells you the wrong information. The staff is unfriendly and tells they aren't serving certain items when they are expressing that it takes too long to cook followed by offering something else after payment received. At night they purposely don't answer the Entercom so you'll drive off a d intentionally hold the line between orders for extreme amounts of time in hope that you'll drive away. read more

I asked for my money back since I was running late for work. The lady that gave me my money back didn't seem at all interested why I was asking for it back. Screw this place! I am done with giving this location another chance, then another chance, then another... No more. I suppose it's for the best. Cold fries & a raw quarter pounder. Completely disgusting. The drive thru has 2 lanes but it takes FOREVER to get through only to get cold, old French fries and a raw burger. Why is this place still open? By the way this location is owned by Jamjomar Inc. They own dozens of McDonalds in Louisiana & Michigan and probably could care a less about the service they give. If there is ever a time to listen to reviews now is the day, cause I regret not listening. I came in to grab a couple of burgers for my family before heading home, I was in a rush and didn't check my back before pulling off. I get home and one of the burgers is missing, I work in fast food so I was like well no biggie. I went ahead and drove back, explained the situation and handed them my recipe. The two employees up at the front were super sweet about the situation, and I wasn't like being rude or anything about it either cause like I said I work in fast food and I understand it happens. Well some lady, maybe the shift lead for the night comes stomping up and starts cussing "I made that f*cling bag I know everything was in there, you're just trying to get a free f*cking burger" at this point my jaw has hit the freakin floor, cause I'm shocked. I'm sure people try and get free food out of them, it happens alot where I work too, but the amount of audacity you have to have to walk up to a customer cuss them out (which she did cuss me out) and refuse to look in my bag to even check cause you're 100% sure you packaged my order correctly. Which she asked for my bag, to which I held up and she didn't even bother looking in before screaming "you messed with the f*cking bag, you're not getting a free f*cking burger" Literally these poor coworkers caught in her crossfire too, they were like deer in headlights and I was too. First of all, I have read thru all of the previous reviews of this place. I have to agree with many of the statements. I have had the pleasure ( NOT )of dealing with this place. Let's start with breakfast. The orange juice is always room temperature. Not cold from the frig but room temp. Next the two lane drive thru. Yesterday i witnessed 4 cars orders taken from right lane, and 1 from the left lane. It should be alternating right. Then let's talk about the missing items from and order. Or the inability to fix the order at the pickup window. If the clerk did enter in fries on a combo meal you should still be able get some fries. It's a combo meal!!! I don't expect stuff for free, let me pay for for. Don't tell me, we'll it wasn't rung up. So I left with no fries on a combo meal. I have lived near this McDonald for 14 years. This morning I went to the drive-through at this particular McDonald's it has a double lane drive-through. Well the staff obviously doesn't know how to use the double lanes because they take three orders on the right side to one on the left needless to say I was there this morning. I ordered three biscuits and Coke not very difficult. Paid for the order got my food got down the road and my son realize it's not out food. we were late for his testing so we couldn't turn around. I mediately called McDonald's and talk to someone and told him what happened I was not upset or rude they took my name and tell me to come back and hung up. So when I got back I'm in line because I was going to get a fish sandwich for lunch and get a refund for breakfast. Nine minutes I sat in the left lane as they kept takingOrders on the right eight min later I just drove up and gave them my receipt told him what happened and They couldn't be Moore unprofessional and rude. We went tonight and ordered two large drinks with our meal. The little girl at the window handed us two medium drinks even though we paid for large. So last night I gave this McDonald's another chance and was left completely stunned by the experience. I go through the drive through and order a McRib meal. I'm at home eating and actually thought to myself, wow this is the best meal I've had from this McDonald's. The fries for once were fresh and hot and the McRib was tasting good. Then about 1/3 of the way through I bit into it and tasted something very odd. I open the bun to find that my McRib had been dressed with mayonnaise and a LOT of it which is really gross on a McRib! I get in my car and drive back up there. I get to the drive thru window and show the McRib to the young blonde girl working and ask for a new one along with a new fry. Mine were now cold since I had to drive all the way back up there. She calls over a heavy set black woman who appeared to be a supervisor and I show her my McRib with the mayonnaise on it. Her response was "it took you long enough to notice. You ate half of it." I was shocked at the response. She told me to pull forward and she would get me a new one. I'm sitting in the drive thru waiting and about 5 minutes have gone by when another car pulls around me to wait in the circle drive for her chicken wings. About 10 more minutes pass and a skinny kid with black hair brings out her wings. She alerts him that I have been waiting since before she got there and I informed him that I had been waiting 15 minutes for a McRib! They had COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN ABOUT ME! The kid takes his time walking back into the store, goes behind the counter and retrieves a McRib. I see him on his way out with it. He is on the customer side of the counter half way to the door when some more customers walk in. I was STUNNED to see him turn around, go back behind the counter and help those customers rather than finishing his walk out the door to bring me my McRib. Unbelievable! By this time I was furious as I had been waiting around 20 minutes. I go inside and up to the counter, the kid says "Here's your McRib" and holds it out. I grabbed it and everyone could see I was very angry. The kid turns to the customers and says to them "He has an attitude." I felt like going over the counter. I get home and find that of course they did not give me another fry, the bun on this McRib is hard and the sandwich is not hot so I just feed it to the dogs. This place is a total joke. I've never had a good experience at this location. It's always crap! The funny thing is everyone I have mentioned my experiences to say the same thing about this place. Just returned home with a takeout from this McDonald's. No one was in line so order was quick. Ordered 2 big Mack's with light sauce. To our dismay the sauce was extremely heavy. Both my wife and I had to disasssemble the MAC and spoon off the excess sauce. Hard to save the lettuce and cheese. Bad experience which is typical for this franchise.
