I previously left a very negative review for this location, but it seems that the staff have really turned it around recently. Orders have been correct, and the workers have been friendly! Furthermore, orders seem to be higher quality than what I've previously experienced at most Taco Bell locations. Haven't received soggy hard shell tacos or anything that's aggressively messed up quality-wise. Seems whoever is in charge has been doing a great job as well as the other employees I've interacted with. Hope they keep it up. read more

Imagine after a long 8 hour day at work, you get home and are hungry but you don't feel like making anything. Taco Bell sounded nice tonight. I ordered the 12 pack of soft tacos, paid for extra meat, cheese and lettuce, and got 12 regular soft tacos, an order of nachos (that I would NEVER order delivery for cuz I'm not stupid) that were just thrown together, a tostada (that I would never order for delivery) that looks like shit, 2 of sort of cheesy burrito thing and I didn't order cinnamon twists (I don't even like them) and I didn't even get it until an HOUR later! But at least I got my nacho fries The ONLY thing with my large Pepsi that I got of everything that I ordered. Now I'm completely REGRETTING the 20% tip I left. Stopped in to do a pick up order, 4 maybe 5 TEENS and a drive through line all the way to 190. 3 kids on there phone instead of working, While inside two KIDS were on break disturbing the whole flow of the drive through window. While sitting down worker "kid on break" said "this is awful who eats this s*** this is awful" Driver screamed "YOU GUYS SUCK" at the window and sped off. In my food, my friend had what can only be described as a bite in his food, and after waiting 15 minutes to be serviced, he asked them to remake the food, not make him a new crunchweap. Honestly, if I could give this 0 stars, I definitely would. Husband got some TB on his way home after a long day of work. Well, he gets home and I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with potatoes, no meat. They got that right but there were maybe 10 pieces of lettuce and the potatoes, tortilla, & taco chip all tasted old/stale. I also got fiesta potatoes and had the same issue. Lots of people hate on Taco Bell, but if you're in the mood for Mexican food that is quick, cheap and open late, this place can't be beat. This location of Taco Bell is far fancier than those of my youth. the building itself is only a year or two old, and it has quite the fancy appearance. Most of my experiences here have been relatively early in the evening. The staff are always friendly, and the line moves very quickly. On the few nights I have visited fairly late, the crowd has not been too rowdy, and service was still very good. the other good thing about this location is their willingness to dole out the hot sauce. If you ask for a "whole bunch" of fire sauce, you are going to get that amount. In summary, If you want Taco Bell, come here. It is much better than the other Mandeville location. read more

Pulled up to the window and was greeted with "we ain't ready yet and don't got no food out." Also there was an employee just sitting behind the counter texting doing nothing. If you open at 7 then be open at 7. This location needs better management. Went back for a quick bite for dinner before a concert. Fiancé ordered water, I ordered Baja blast. Not only did they give both of us plain soda water this was my very much empty quesadilla. This Taco Bell is the slowest ever. The Drive Thru is horrible. On my last visit I was in the Drive Thru for 22 minutes. That's pretty normal for me. Incredibly frustrating. Food is usually slopped together with barely any meat on the soft tacos. One time I ordered a burrito and the rice was not cooked at all. It was still crunchy. A few times the food has been made incorrectly with wrong or missing ingredients. How that could happen at a restaurant that uses only a few different ingredients for everything they offer is puzzling. Just unbelievable. They need a lot of improvement here. read more

This location is rarely open during posted hours when Taco Bell would be a decent option, such as breakfast or late night. My orders have been wrong on multiple occasions with missing items or beef instead of bean burritos. Even when the order is complete, the food is often over-grilled or burnt. The wait is also decently long, even when I was the only customer; I've even been asked to pull forward in the drive through when I only had two items (to avoid the sensor and to reduce the overall service times). The location is decent, but I doubt management can retain motivated employees here. Overall, there isn't a good Taco Bell in the area. read more

The past three times I have gone to this location my order is wrong. The staff that is working seems like they're more interested in their phones for personal reasons than they are the customers. I always go inside to make my order because at the drive-through it seems like the order is always wrong. The wait was extremely long to get my order the last time. Maybe it was a shift change or something. Staff was coming in and out from the parking lot and they seem to be hanging out in the parking lot by a particular car. Really seemed weird.
