The drive through menu wasn't turned on. After I ordered I was told to go to the first window to repeat my order - the lady taking my order was extremely rude. After repeating my order and paying I went to the second window and was given the wrong order. It took another 20 minutes before I was given the correct order. And they said they no longer served iced coffee which I had already paid for. Horrible experience. I won't be going to this location again. I've been here a few times and always thought it was good, never had as bad of an experience as others have reported, but tonight really impressed me, it's Christmas and they were extremely busy since they're one of the very few places open, so it took a while to get through the drive through but I think it was as fast as it could possibly be with how many people were there. My food was also pipping hot when I got it, I asked for no tomato or onion and usually I end up having to pick them off but they remembered and didn't put either on my burger! If I could give no stars, I would. Consistently poor service with orders mixed up, menu items not available, and employees not trained in the McDonalds U. I believe that the employees want to be helpful; but, the management of this site has seemed lacking. I've had at least a dozen poor experiences with this place, but I hadn't left a review because they occurred during rushes. Now I'm completely fed up with the place and have to share my thoughts. They didn't even take my order until I said "hello" into the machine. I asked for a cold brew frappe, a bagel with cream cheese, and a hashbrown. I waited in like for about 10 more minutes before I even made it to the first window. I get my order and leave in a hurry because I had to get back to work. I get to work and there is no cream cheese for my bagel. THE EMPLOYEE EVEN READ OFF MY ORDER SO I KNOW THEY HEARD THE CREAM CHEESE. So now I'm eating a dry bagel. It was close to our lodging location, so we stopped by at a familiar place expectin familiar service. We ordered just 4 McFlurries. It's only 10:30 in the evening and the staff couldn't be any more incompetent. This lady, I understood as my cashier because she was just in training. Stopped here and went to use the restroom before ordering. Absolutely zero soap in either of two soap dispensers. An employee came out of a stall and washed her hands before returning to her job. I asked for a manager and told her there was no soap in the bathroom and that this was a sanitary issue. I said how are the employees using the restroom if they aren't washing their hands correctly? She told me none of them are using the bathroom at this time. I said well that's ridiculous are you saying they had no one is using the restroom all day? This McDonald's is a treat. Everyone has been to one, so I'm not really commenting on the food. Their food is fine... when you can get it. Twice now, I've been over to get a meal around 5AM (I work nights at the hospital across the street) to be turned away with the comment "sorry we are switching from dinner to breakfast" When asked how long it will take, "I don't know." Can I get anything that was left over? Nope. Since this is a 24 hour McDonald's, I imagine this process happens EVERY DAY. Surely you have seen it happen before. Surely you can guess how long it might take? Instead I just get a blank stare and quietly walk out. Don't advertise 24 hours, if you are only open 22.5 hours a day... A coworker also had this happen and being a bit more upset, she emailed the store manager who later replied, "Sorry. God Bless." I suppose since this location is almost always busy, what is one disgruntled patron?
