Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the entire Midwest. I've left reviews at this location before, stating that it was in fact the worst McDonald's in the city. After moving a few blocks away, I'm absolutely a DISGUSTED at the staff here. To say people wait a long time is an understatement. This continues to be the worst McDonald's not just in Indy, but in America. I legit just waited 30 minutes after ordering - in the restaurant - for a cheeseburger and a coke. And the cheeseburger looked like this. I waited another 15 min at the counter for someone to pay attention to me, and when asked if I could have a burger that wasn't crumpled, he just snatched it and walked away. The reviews are correct. Never been to a worse McDonald or restaurant that is this bed. Expect to take 15 minutes to get your food, no bathroom to use because they are locked and they do not allow them to be used, no free refills and just a nasty place. The employees must be work release because no one wants to be there but it is like they are being forced to work. You're better to go across the street to Walgreens and eat trail mix. read more

I paid for a premium lemonade large with no ice and they gave me watery lemonade. How is it watery with no ice? I've worked for McDonalds in my past and I know they didn't replace the lemonade bag which makes it watery with no flavour. Just Straight Lazy. read more

I ordered at McDonald's and I asked them for a Mc chicken meal told them I wanted medium fries and a large Coke Zero. Instead I got the Mc Chicken. Mcdonald's is the worst fast food chain of all time. I order my food through my mobile app and it says you can order breakfast up until 11. So i order off the mobile app because i knew i was going to get there before 11 so i get in like 10:58 and there is someone in front of me so i wait and i get up to the speaker and it is 10:58 still and they go back and forth because they only have one person taking orders though the drive though so I'm just waiting there for over a minute with no one taking my order and the guys pulls forward it's 10:59 and i say I'm using the mobile app so i tell them my code and as soon as i finish saying my code it turns to 11 and the screen changes. the guy taking my order said hang on so i waited and they said they can't take my order because they stop serving breakfast at 11 but i had already paid for it and was already taking my order before 11. Last time this happened about a month ago i was in line and it changed they said they would give me a refund and they never did. So i will never be going to this mcdonald's or any mcdonald's ever again. read more

Arguably the worst McDonalds there is. My expectations are low, especially at this restaurant. But this particular store always seems to be struggling. The wait time is easily 10-15 minutes every time I come. Be prepared to wait and double check your order is correct. read more

We were hungry after midnight so the only option really on DoorDash was McDonald's. My husband both got a quarter pounder with cheese. It got delivered to the front desk pretty quickly and it helped us not be hungry during the night. If you are hungry and it's past midnight, then McDonald's is probably one of your only options. I haven't seen the inside or dealt with the employees, but the food is exactly what you expect at a McDonald's. If you're in a pinch, this place will do, but I highly recommend trying one of the many local businesses that aren't chains as Indianapolis is definitely a place with unique experiences and delicious food. read more

It's not that it's known for anything too special - there are the standards: egg mcmuffin, fries, etc. etc. etc. I had a midnight craving the other day: you know the type. You drink copious amounts of coffee, chew some gum, and hope the craving will go away. Well here's the thing: it didn't. No matter how much gum I chewed, I needed a McFlurry. So I ordered one: portion size? Great. Delivery time? Great. Taste? WAYYYYYY too sweet. In fact, I couldn't even taste the Oreo in my McFlurry- that's how saccharin this was. Every time I've been to this McDonald's trying to see if maybe it was just a bad day cuz I understand my food is thrown together it looks disgusting when I open it the extra items that I asked to be put on the meal or not put but I am charged they always bring you up to the window charge you and then make you way about 35-45 minutes so in their window timing when they report it they don't make cars way everything goes smoothly their service is horrendous their customer service even worse the only reason I go there here and there is because it's the one closest to me but I decided I'd rather drive an hour to another place than to eat at McDonald's again I work 10 to 12 hour shifts and sometimes I'm just tired but I rather not eat that day yes I don't deviate from home I'm pretty much for one person to eat there regardless it's about $20 read more
