Let's be honest. I go to Culver's. A lot. While I've always been a Culver's fan, it was my cancer journey a couple years ago that really turned me into a regular. For reasons I can't possibly explain, the double butterburger set well on my stomach. Seriously, I can't explain it. It was true. This location in Glendale Town Center has been open for about 3-4 years now. Truthfully, I've grown rather fond of it. Yes, it still has occasional issues but I've become a regular and I'm quite fond of many of the employees. Heck, just last year one of the employees even bought me one of their coupon calendars. I'm no doubt a pretty extreme regular - this is even more true during winter when I'm less likely to get out of my car and just hit a drive-thru. The basics: This is a free-standing building in the spot where O'Charley's used to be. However, that building was torn down and this is a completely new building. It has the usual Culver's design and a two-lane drive-thru that merges into one lane. There are six parking spots just ahead of the drive-thru for you to wait for your order. Much like Chick-fil-A, they will bring it to you. Of course, you can dine in. There are a couple accessible spots - not ideal as they're on a bit of an incline. However, they do work. One of my motivations for increasing my rating from 3-stars to 4-stars is that this week during the really awful winter weather they've remembered to shovel their ramps. So many restaurants don't do that. In fact, many restaurants tend to use their accessible parking during snow for the snow. It's like they assume that someone with a disability won't possibly be out. As someone who works, I'm typically out. The food is generally good. I do love the butterburgers. I'll also order chicken sandwiches. I'm not super fond of the fries, though I will order coleslaw as a side (I admit - it's not that great. I just like it.). When I dine in, I'll often order a pot roast sandwich (which is not available in the drive-thru). They've always had an app, though not long ago they finally got a rewards program. Yay. I do consider Culver's on the upper-end of fast food options. I like Glendale Town Center, though rumor has it that the movie theater may finally close (It has struggled for years) with more apartments a possibility. Employees? Generally a positive. They all know me for the most part. Occasionally, you'll get some pricing inconsistency and it's very difficult to convince them to check it. (As a diehard regular, I've proven to nearly always be right on these issues.). I still have my little pet peeves. They have a massive tendency to not put ice in iced tea. Drives me nuts. I'll still occasionally order a completely plain burger (I specifically say "no cheese") and will get cheese. I get it. It's hard to imagine someone ordering a plain burger. What can I say? I like it. I feel like for the most part that Culver's has found its rhythm. Is it 5-star? Heavens no. But, I obviously like it or I wouldn't have checked in here almost 170 times. I still go to the one at Fort Ben on occasion, however, Glendale/Broad Ripple has become my "go to" and having built a relationship with the place it has almost become my non-alcohol version of "Cheers." Yes, it's the food that keeps me coming back, but it's also the food that is good quality, fairly priced, and for whatever reason really helped me through my cancer journey. read more

This Culver's still looks brand-new (at least from the outside). It has a large footprint between the building, the parking lot, and the drive-thru. I visited late on a Friday night and despite being the only car in line, still had to wait a few minutes longer than I'd expect. Note that this location is open until midnight or later while other locations (Carmel) close a bit earlier in the evenign. read more

13.94 for a tiny fish sandwich combo is tough to swallow. I could get a much larger meal at a sit down place and maybe pay $2 more including tip. Tasted alright. Root beer is always good. Service was polite and prompt. Will not be going back. Except maybe for custard. read more

If the food and location weren't great, this location wouldn't survive. The service is terrible on a regular basis. Placing an order is not inconveniencing you. It is paying you. They need to install ordering kiosks. Then I'd give 5 stars. read more

I do not normally go to fast food restaurants,but after seeing a movie, I was supposed to meet some people at Culver's to discuss the movie, so I headed to Culver's to meet them for the discussion. It turned out they did not go to Culver's and went somewhere,so I decided to get something to eat while I was here. When I walked in, I did notice how clean the restaurant was and how professional it looked. There was a nice TV and fireplace in the middle of the restaurant which was very impressive I thought for a fast food restaurant. The entire staff of the restaurant was socializing and gathering upfront when I walked in, mainly because the restaurant was dead and not busy at all. One of the staff took my order. I just ordered a single butter burger combo to go. I was given a number and told to have a seat in the dining room and someone would bring my order to me. After about five minutes, someone brought me my order and wished me a good evening with a smile on her face. The butter burger was wonderful and could tell it was high quality for a fast food burger. The fries were good as well. For my first experience at Culver's, it was good and very nice. I will have to come back and try the frozen custard because it is what Culver's is known for, and I'm sure it is excellent. read more

I stopped by Culver's to grab a salad, but after seeing the flavor of the day, I had to snag a scoop of that as well. The salad was fresh, but nothing over the top. The custard was amazing as usual. Service at this location was somewhat slow this particular day, but typically it goes pretty fast. Out the restaurant was clean. This brand new Culver's features a very smartly designed drive thru and parking lot. The double drive thru lanes allow for many vehicles. There is ample space between the drive thru lanes and the parking spaces to allow for backing out without creating a traffic jam. Directional signs and pavement markings are excellent. There are four curbside pickup spaces, again, clearly marked. Even though it was extremely busy when I was here mid-afternoon on a Saturday the drive-thru lines moved quickly. The menu board at the drive-thru was large and easy to read. The employee at the window was very friendly, and she asked if my pup would like a "pup cup" which is a small custard dish of whipped cream. My pup, of course, had been eagerly anticipating his pup cup. I ordered a cod sandwich and fries, and it was hot and fresh. This restaurant is a welcome addition to this area. read more

I had a poor experience at Panera so I came here instead. While there was a bit of a line at the drive through, It wasn't too bad. After they collect payment they put a sticker on your window and direct you to one of 6 parking spaces where they will bring you out your order. Had the roasted green pepper soup and the classic salad served with grilled chicken. Love their soup! I'll be back! read more

I really was undecided on what I wanted for dinner, but I remembered that Culvers had a fish sandwich. So I ordered through the drive-through got the codfish meal. The line was pretty long however he did not take me long to get my food. It was hot and fresh, not ashamed to say that I ate my cashew caramel sundae first then my cod sandwich. On a sidenote, I really do feel like the sandwich itself was kind of plain maybe just added scoop of tartar sauce or more flavored bun would've helped out in the situation I would order it again. read more

I haven't visited Culver's since my last review, which was pretty poor. Today, I ordered online for curbside pickup. I arrived at 6:20, parked in the "Curdside pickup" ( how cute & convenient) and tapped a button "I'm here" in my confirmation email- a Culver's team member was then prompted to deliver my order. I'm not the most patient person, and kind of started to watch the clock as soon as I typed, but Culver's delivered and my order was out within 3 minutes, packaged with everything my son would need to enjoy his food-- the correct order, smartly packed, the shake straws, fork, napkin. My son said his food was fresh & tasty. Fast food made convenient, fresh, and tasty. A nice experience! read more

The North Keystone location opened on 10/17 so I will give them a little space, however... It's nice and clean but when you walk in. there were only two people running registers and about 10 people standing right behind the registers just talking. You know it's going to be a problem when they hand you a number to wait for a to go order. They finally brought my food to me the hot stuff first and then I waited longer to get the cold stuff. I'm going to give them a little grace because they just opened four days ago but I hope it improves. Because although the staff was very friendly it was slow as heck to get my food. I ordered a Create your basket with a double with cheddar cheese and grilled onions. The fries were cold or lukewarm at best the onions definitely were not grilled. The burger is OK nothing special and very greasy. I hope it gets better! read more

I've lived in Indy for 20 years. My first Culver's experience was on the West side a few weeks ago and it was delish. Employees were great also. Decided to treat myself today at the newest Culver's on Keystone. I downloaded their app, ordered and picked it up. Everything was fresh, warm and tasted great. Low key obsessed with Culver's and not sure I get the negative reviews. This location has always been extremely fast (ordering online for pick up can help too). Pro tip- the menu online and the drive in menus are both slightly different so you can try all the things. It's fast food so you get what you get so the foods not amazing or fine dining but I enjoy the burgers, fries, and my go to the spicy chicken. With the custard too I think it's better than McDonald's etc and more in line with chic fil a in terms of quality. read more

We stopped by on a Friday right before closing. It still had a decent line in both drive thru lanes but I was determined to try the curderburger. This is the limited time only burger with a cheese curd patty on top. I mean come on! It was delicious and rich! The fries were the best fast food fries in a long time. Our small concrete didn't have as many of the mix ins as I'd prefer but not a huge deal. Was it busy and was there a wait? Yes, but I expected that. Will come back for sure! read more

Okay so normally I love Culver's. I love their variety menu, customer service, and food!! However, ....I am not sure if it's because the location is new on Keystone but we waited 20 minutes maybe 30..just to place our order on Saturday around 6:45pm. I had a fussy toddler in the car and knew he was exhausted so I was hoping to get some "fast food" but it was feeling like a sit down restaurant whew!!!! I am so so so happy to have a closer Culver's location but I truly hope the speed improves. When I got to the line to place my order, the customer service was good. We've been anxiously awaiting for this location to open, we live right around a corner and always have to venture up to fishers or to Fort Harrison both close to 20 minutes each way. A ghetto hot mess. I hate to label it as that but its too many kids at the window congregating, playing outside, and taking their time with getting people orders out. Little girl playing outside the window to the point the cashier had to tell her to chill out and come back in. My burger wasnt hot. Cant tell if it was fresh or not but it didnt taste like it. I literally live 3 blocks away from the place so it was enough time to still enjoy a hot burger. On top of all of that, it wasn't busy. The manager of this location or at that time had no control of his/her young staff. I will not come back here no matter the location. They could have put a tire shop there. The customer service is not good. It takes entirely way too long to take orders & receiving them. They aren't sure what you ordered by time you reach the window. They could use more training and faster service. It's like they had employees out taking orders the first week and that's it. Very disappointed with the staff and service. The food is good, but not worth the hassle. I don't think I will be returning until their service is more efficient. Take notes from surrounding fast food locations. It should never take 30+ minutes in a fast food line that isn't nearly as long as other neighboring spots with two drive through lanes. read more

The food is usually always good. The problem is service. I'm a very patient person, to a fault honestly. But if you plan on coming here you'll probably want to clear your schedule. I usually almost always end up waiting at least 10ish minutes, but this latest visit has kind of solidified my decision to not come back. I waited at the curbside pickup for about 30 minutes, watched them bring out someone else's food that arrived at least 15 minutes after I did. The funny thing is the worker approached my car thinking it was my order and I verbally confirmed that it wasn't, so obviously someone knew that I was sitting here waiting. I eventually went in to pick up the food (which I would've done from the get go had I known it would take forever, I just got off work and didn't want to get out of the car). The person at the counter said that it had just been sitting there and they didn't know why no one brought it out after I checked in. They didn't offer to remake it or anything. Surprised surprise, food is cold and soggy by the time I get home. I don't expect fast food to be piping hot because ya know, you have to drive home and I don't exactly live down the street.
