Reliable and sometimes, sublime, the Philly cheese steak is truly a good sandwich. The wings are good but don't leave without hot sauce. It's a safe enough place by light, but be cool if you show up there at 1145 pm. You're a visitor, be f'ing cool and don't hassle the neighborhood folks.

Chicken Philly Combo is a go to, I eat this twice a week for a reason. Add some lemon pepper to the fries and you've got a perfect meal.

I really believe they cook everything in the same grease. I fine the food lackluster, and greasy.

It's got a western ish feel to it with plenty of TVs with games showing. I ordered the All American Steak burger with all toppings available and pepper jack cheese. It did not disappoint. For $11 for everything you see here???? That's an amazing deal. The pepper jack was also had some good kick to it which I especially liked. This is a repeat for sure. Edited to say the Bloody Mary comes with a whole stalk of celery, a skewer of olives/cheese/pepperoni, and tater tots. It's massive and truly like a meal all by itself.

Well, at a state school anyway. I've been coming to Tick Tock off and on for the last 12 years. It's an awesome atmosphere with great food and delicious Bloody Marys. In fact, every single person who I talk to about Bloody Marys gets to wait for me to pull up Yelp on my phone to show them a photo of their world famous beverages. Seriously, they're amazing The frequency in which I dine at Tick Tock has increased 10x now that some great friends who recently moved here from Florida have found it. We're here a lot. A LOT. The burgers are delicious and I'm also a big fan of their old fashioneds. They also have waffle fries on the menu, and even though it's an upcharge, it's a no brainer for me. My group of five stopped in this evening for dinner. The table ended up with a huge bowl of beef chili with a mouth watering grilled cheese, a Philly cheesesteak, a pulled pork sandwich and two 10" pizzas. Everything was damn good, but

Light, Dark and naked wings. I will start with sides. The greens, better than I ever had including AL, MS, LA and TN. Slaw was classic LA. Good, I am vinger slaw guy. Now for the chicken. First and foremost the medium is no joke HOT. Anyone can make something hot. But the flavor of the hotness is world class. Whatever they do, (brine whatever) the flavor is deep in the meat, including the breast. Absolutely fantastic. My only advice is if you find a raw jalapeno to hot, go one level down in spice. Unless you can set an eat raw Serranos, don't pay .$50 to go spicier. Who would have thought, amazing hot chicken, Indy.

It honestly hurt to see all that chicken go directly into the garbage, but they claim it was inedible. Since it's not a saucy type of flavoring, but a dry rub, they said that the heat was painful, and not flavorful. Back to the sandwich I enjoyed... I felt that there was a sweetness to the flavor that I liked, which I could see not everyone enjoying. There is also a hot dusting over the french fries which exacerbates any discomfort people are having from the heat. There really wasn't anything to cool it down. The macaroni and cheese was piping hot, although not spicy.

Go to Indianapolis and Clancy's will set the record straight. Midwest got it going on! Nice portion, very friendly pricing, excellent flavor and texture. Service here is pretty straight forward, no fancy seating on long winded convos to be had with the cashiers. Just order up, take a seat and soon you'll be rewarded. Unfortunately I had a dinner commitment at Bodhi that evening so an order of chili cheese fries was all the spare space in my belly. I'll need to return to try one of their dogs. On this fateful day though, I experienced a great chili by way of Clancy's. I highly recommend.

The set-up at Statehouse Market has been pretty simple. They don't use a truck. They set-up under a canopy with their BBQ goods - Pork, Chicken, Brisket, and possibly one other option. They also have a "bowl" option available. The only beverage option I saw was a bottled water. The sandwiches come on a white bun. They include cilantro and pickled red onion, though they did ask if toppings were wanted. I was a little confused as I was charged $12 for the chicken sandwich - the menu indicated $10. I did get the correct sandwich. The sandwich itself was quite tasty - I don't usually order the toppings, however, I decided to order it how it's usually served and I did enjoy it. There were two employees working - one making the food (I'll assume Gomez?) and a young man taking orders (who seemed a bit distracted, however, he was friendly). Because the canopy was off the step, the food was handed to me. Napkins probably should have been included as this was a messy sandwich. However, I enjoyed the meal and would definitely order it again. I've not been to their shop, however, this visit could sure inspire me to stop by there as I do live fairly close to it. Overall, I'm not quite willing to go 5-stars. However, this was a solid 4-star experience for me and I would definitely order again when they return to Statehouse Market.
