Another woman, working that counter, diligently assisted multiple customers with their orders and then she addressed us after seeing that we'd been sitting there for a while. The app didn't say that the order was ready, but she checked and it was. I asked about the extra Frisco Sauce that we'd requested, and she assured us that it was there and gave us a strip of paper with a QR code for the drink fountain. The fountain area was somewhat of a mess, being that it is self-serve and people are messy. Someone approached us wanting to use our codes.
