Placed an order on-line 3/2/25 at 4:00 PM. Never received an e-mail, but was confirmed in the application. When arrived, I was told they had not received the order. It was simply two burgers and fries. I was told they would not make the order and could not refund the amount. I returned home empty handed, hungry, and ticked off. Immediately disputed the transaction with my bank. I decided to contact the customer relations phone line. They would be able to refund, but it would take 4-7 days. The "Big Buford" is barely--but JUST barely-- bigger than other burgers in fast food. A "'Big' Buford" is definitely taller, but certainly not "bigger" than any other fast food burger. Have never had Rally's or Checkers before but I have seen a lot of positive buzz on the internet before. I think this might be another example of a business zapped by the hands of private equity but hard to say if that is why this location on E. Washington is mid. It's never a good sign when you have a 2-star average rating, your Yelp page is actually claimed, there are no responses, and it seems like no one really cares. Thus, this is Rally's. I stopped by this Rally's today on my way to work since I was headed in during the lunch period and wanted to grab a light lunch before getting to work. I think we all know Rally's. It's the usual fast food joint. The food is cheap and that's why we go there. It's not good. It's not bad. It's cheap. Rally's has the 2-sided drive-thru, though this location is currently using one side for pick-ups only from app orders and all the delivery services. The driveway is a little confusing and incredibly disorganized. They basically share a parking lot with the next door Popeye's. I pulled into the drive-thru. There were a handful of cars that were waiting and I thought "This won't be bad." I was wrong. 15 minutes later not a single car had moved. The vehicle behind me pulled out of the line. Eventually, I also pulled out of the line. I happened to notice that right as I pulled out one car finally moved. I'm not sure if orders were humongous or what, but when your fast food isn't fast and your drive-thru doesn't move at all you basically have no reason to exist. I get that staffing is difficult these days, however, it's completely inexcusable. So, I was here. I stayed in line for a while. I never got served. In fact, I never even got to order. This strip of restaurants tends to be abysmal right here on East Washington, though I've had some good experiences at the nearby White Castle. However, this experience? One and done. Went to the drive-through on December 10 at 12:15 AM ordered three piece chicken strip, strips only and a number seven with a Coke. Can't even begin to express my disappointment my disgust in the food I bought and worked so hard for. The bread was so old and stale it literally crumbled when picked up. The fries were all smaller than a pinky and hard and cold. Worst of all were the chicken strips. Omg they were so unbelievably disgusting. Didn't appear to contain any chicken in the strip. This store loves to have workers that are there to collect a check and not actually work. I've came by at 12pm and 1pm 4 times in the past week and they have a sign up that says "sorry we are closed" at the ordering menu in the drive thru, but when you drive up to the window, EVERY employee is on their phones watching videos and taking pictures. Popeyes next door has been making a lot thanks to the Rally's employees laziness, so I'm sure Popeyes doesn't mind. read more

HORRIBLE!! I recently ordered from Rallys East Washington via doordash on 9/20/20 around 11:00-11:30 PM EST. My food was delivered around 12:00 AM EST. Excited to eat, I opened my boneless wings and dug right in. To my suprise when I bit into the first wing, it was literally raw. I began to remove the breading of the wing to find raw meat hidden below. I thought maybe it was just one, but no they all were raw. Never again will I order from here. This was an horrible experience. I tried calling to make them aware of the issue, but no answer. I never, ever want to go to Rally's, but it's literally a minute from my house, and sometimes, everything else is closed/busy and you're desperate. I went to rally's and had the worst experience. As a old Mc Donald's employee, I know how to treat customers. First I get to the intercom and they greet me with "Welcome to Rally's", in the worst way. I proceeded to order my food and when I was finished, there was no order read back to me, no screen to see corrections or anything. I get to the window and they give me my price and that was it. Still no order read back to me or anything. I then pulled off, because there were cars behind me, to check my food. I realized I had no bacon so I went back for a correction or to be told something was incorrect. I gave them my sandwiches they opened them, looked, and just put them in new wrappers and a bag. I get into the car to check again and there was STILL no bacon. At this point I was just like they're playing with me. I just wanted my food but I didn't want it after they had horrible attitudes and the worst customer service. The fries tasted like they were frozen and then microwaved, the box the loaded fries came in was falling apart, the cheese was cold, the fries were cold, the burger was cold, the chicken was cold... Literally took them 30 minutes to call out my order, even though they said pull forward and ill bring it out to you.. literally the shittiest service i have ever had and its becoming a pattern with this certain location. I like rallys and a couple of years ago i never had this problem with this location. The cashier literally slammed the windows in customers faces that came from yheir car to see wtf was going on with their orders. This happened to the point a couple of them were talking about breaking in through the window and dragging her out.. She refused to even turn around after that and a guy woking there was very polite and answered questions even when yelled at. I applaud him for his professionalism but corporate seriously needs to do something about this location before something worst then getting drug out the window happens. This is not the first time I've been to this location but it will be the last time until changes are made.
