This McDonalds needs new workers at the cashier and windows came 2 hours before closing and was refused service and was told computers are down I asked if I could go inside was told we are closed I went back another time and saw they were all on their phones laughing with friends that obsivouly don't work at McDonalds they were also serving multiple cars at the window I will not be returning and management do better with who you hire this is not the first and bet not the last. If you live on Cape Cod and since there's only 2 McDonald's in the area these people think because they bought the name and have the food that they can charge whatever they want. I've been to other places like Brockton, Fall River, Braintree, Kingston, and for sausage biscuit with cheese only it's no more than $2.50 or $3. My husband and I came in tonight at what seemed the busiest time on Halloween. There were cars wrapped around the building and the inside lobby was full too. There was only one person at the counter named Gordon who had the best attitude ever!!! He said it was his first day on the job but he didn't let anything ruffle his feathers. He filled my "custom" order perfectly and was kind to everyone he dealt with. It brightened my evening seeing his unwavering spirit under such pressure. Kudos to McDonalds on such a great hire. I tried the new chicken sandwich that is similar to Chick filets. It's a good runner up. Ask for extra pickles. As far as food, it's McDonald's so you get what you pay for. It's basically a homeless shelter too, lots of homeless people inside just sitting in booths. Service was terrible, I was having trouble with one of the order kiosks inside and they did not give me a refund or try to help.
