Salmon glazed with Bourbon and Baked scrod with sherry crusted Topping Drunken Pumpkin Ale Delicious

What a great night Friday we went to Marchand It is newly renovated and is so warm and clean Our waitress Tory was great And so was Samantha who helped them out Our food voices were delicious but the Drunken Pumpkin Ale was what I am still talking about It is a very friendly atmosphere and I would recommend it to others to enjoy it

Food was amazing. Best breakfast in a very long time. Very simple local unassuming place. Local classic charm. Visiting the cape and was recommended by a friend. Sat with the owners mother at the counter and service was great and friendly. Kids enjoyed the pancakes and corned beef hash. Wife enjoyed the lobster Benedict. Highly recommend.

2x2x2 and homefries

Such a cute little diner! I love sitting at the counter and parking is reasonable (unlike some places on Cape). The food is consistent and good; there's even a little takeout section for coffee and pastries if you don't want to sit. Service is good - although like many places it can be very busy at peak hours. Going around 11:30 for more of a brunch was the way to go (but it sounded like they do cut off breakfast at some point, so don't go too late if you have your heart set on pancakes!).

Lobster Roll

We came in here because it smelled good as we were driving by. We split a crock of clam chowder, which was good. My husband got the clam strip plate and it was fantastic. I do think the star of the show was my lobster roll. Huge chunks of meat, not a lot of mayo, amazing roll - perfection! Fries were great too. Would definitely recommend. Service was solid. No complaints here.

Tuna melt

One of the best french onion soup i've ever had! Big portions and fresh. Quick service and always packed inside. The only thing i would say is tuna melt was really dry, not really a melt but cheese just thrown inside.

Small and crowded, with apparently no regard for Covid safety, Marshland is a germ petrie dish, sorry to say. The food is good however. The omelet and side salad is massive. Comes with tater tots and big toast. The grilled Ruben was just ok, but as a former New Yorker, my standards are high. Marshland is one of those roadside classic diners with Big portions and reasonable prices making it a favorite for many visiting Cape Cod.

Fried seafood platter and stuffed quahogs

I grew up on Cape cod and Moved to Sacramento 10 years ago. I like clam chowder, stuffed quahogs and clam strips, which do not taste the same in Sacramento. I have been to several places over the past couple days and have to say Marshland was my favorite. The wait staff was friendly, the decor was cute and had an old fashioned look with counters and stools

Wow! I've come here a few times for a lunch sandwich or salad, but this was my first breakfast…read moreexperience and it didn't disappoint in the least! I cannot get over how good their German breakfast sandwich was! I can honestly I never would have thought of doing breakfast on a pretzel, and I'm sad this was a first because it was THAT good! Also, I must say picking a breakfast item was super hard because the entire menu is just top notch. Their coffees are so delicious too! It was hard to pick hot or iced, so I may have gotten one of each. Oops! I do not regret this choice at all! I also had to take some of their freshly baked items home for the remainder of the week. I cannot wait to get my hands on them! This place was packed, but it ran effective! The young man who greeted me was wonderful, the cashier was sweet, the barista was excellent and the owner was the most friendly, and helpful gentleman! I can see why it was packed---this cafe is an all around win! It's adorable inside the dining room, staff is great, menu is diverse and super unique, and everything was amazing! I will be back soon!

After then being totally confused by their process of finding a server (who doesn't take your order), being seated, and then having to order at the counter, the guy behind the register (who I believe is the owner) was incredibly rude to my wife as she tried to order a basic turkey & Swiss sandwich for me, heated and pressed panini style. When my wife returned to our table she was upset with the way the guy spoke to her. Once the food arrived, my sandwich was cold and not pressed. It was as if the guy completely ignored our order. I'm all for supporting local businesses. And as a resident of Sandwich, I hate to say that we'll never be back. Rule number 1 in business- treat the customer with dignity & respect. I'm afraid they didn't do either. What a horrible experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food, but have had better tea experiences overall. Our server could have…read morebeen more accommodating when we were seated in direct sunlight despite there being other outdoor tables that were partially shaded. Other tea services that I've attended in the past allowed a different pot of tea for each stage of the service. Here, you got one pot of tea and all three tea courses were presented at once, on a large tower. It was pretty presentation, but I needed to hold on to a copy of my menu to decipher what the different items were. I think the fact that they combine tea service with their regular menu limits their ability to delivery a high quality tea, and some of the features that you get in a tea service are lacking as a result. The food was good, and I would return, but I would lower my expectations for the traditional tea experience.

You can walk-in, but it is best to make a reservation - especially if you are driving from any distance. A wine bar, which I've never really seen anyone partake in that. Their real bread and butter are the tea rooms. Three rooms, well, one is actually the outdoor terrace; the old room that looks like a Cape Cod revolutionary home, and the newish traditional British-style tea room. Clean. High volume. Very reasonably priced. Lots of themed events: Harry Potter, etc. Mother's Day is always booked out. A very wide and good tea selection. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice menu as well... if you're worried you might leave hungry (with good cause because the three-tiered cake stand is not terribly filling) they have a menu with incredible offerings. Try the Pea Soup or the cheese board. Both are their best dishes, in my opinion. Highest recommendation!
