This place is terrible. Always busy, super slow inside, and I've frequently had rude service when waiting for my food. Once I stood there for 35 minutes watching people come through the door, order, and walk out with their food. AND I WAS STILL STANDING THERE. I was in full sight of the servers. Finally another customer felt sorry for me and spoke up on my behalf. He was completely ignored by the people behind the counter. Somehow by the grace of God he was able to reach a shift manager who ROLLED HER EYES at him and refused to speak to us when he told her how rude this was to ignore me. Very professional. I will NEVER go inside again. If for some reason I have to stop by, I will take the drive thru to minimize server interaction. On the bright side, the drive thru line usually looks long, but moves relatively fast. That's the only saving grace from me giving this place 1 star. read more

Ordered a fish fillet sandwich, please add ketchup. Besides them charging nearly $6 for this tiny thing what I got was ketchup and pickle added and tartar sauce left off. I now know to check the sandwich before I leave, and asked for the tartar sauce that was supposed to remain on the sandwich. The inch and a half wide piece of cheese that is supposed to be on the sandwich was hanging off the end of the sandwich and mostly in the box. I can certainly see why this restaurant gets less than two stars. Management needs to do better. read more

Poor management... we went there to go order food as everyone does we went through the drive thur . We ordered all of our food. They asked us if it was all correct on the screen it was. And then we got to the first window paid. They didn't give us a receipt. Then we went to the second window. We were missing one order and they gave us the wrong type of food. They told us to get back in line. So we did we went to the the first line to ask for our receipt. That's when the manager stepped in. Then she told us to go to the second driveway. We did. Got order and the order pounder head cheese on it. What's wrong with teenagers that they can't hear what you tell them these days. I stop here pretty regularly for breakfast. It just happens to be located in a busy area that I now drive past about every day. They are always very friendly. It's a small town McDonald's. The person greets you nicely on the speaker and also up at the pay window and then at the pick up window they always tell you to have a nice day. The food is typical McDonald's, but it comes out hot and fresh. The building has been around for a while, but they seem to keep it up very well. This time I only went to the drive-through, but when I go inside, it's always clean and spacious. Again, it's McDonald's food so that is what it is, but this one's a pretty good choice for a quick meal read more

And, if you do go into the drive-thru go through, you WILL most likely be asked to go park and wait at a drive-thru parking spot. All that for 2 McChickens and large drink. Every time I go they always get my order right and most of the time they get my food to me on time but always under 11 minutes, managers and employees are nice. What they could work on is making sure that the lobby is clean and trash free. But overall I always have a good experience at this McDonald's. read more

Wow the reviews here are bad ... we stopped in on our way from Dayton to Indi Zoo. Was so nice to be able to dine in ... they only had a few tables open so doing good with social distancing. place was super clean. I liked the system to tell if the table was sanitized. We try to be fair in each review. For this McDonald's we dined here four different times before finally leaving a review. Each time has been terrible. They are very slow. Much slower than any other McDonald's. This last time it took 17 minutes to receive our food. Fries were cold by this time. But you don't dare say anything because you'll wait another 10 minutes. As far as fast food goes, McDonald's is *kind of* an American icon. The strangest thing about it is that we continue to inhabit these plastic restaurants serving extremely unhealthy fare on a routine basis without really thinking about it. It's a lure for the kid who adores the Nugget of a chicken. If you've been to McDonald's, you know it's hit or miss... Is this the shift of workers that actually know what they're doing? An I going to get a cup and a half of condiments force fed into my bun before "grilled" chicken is slapped down with a 1/4 leaf of pathetic almost lettuce? Will it look like those glorious photos? Yeah....maybe. And then, you have the moment when the thoroughly updated... yet completely the same franchise unit...in the midst of a highway corner at lunch time, crashes. Today, without any real reason, the presence of one man getting his comp filled from a messed up order, and *boom.* It happened. That moment that every McDonald's manager fears with the entire back of house goes spectacularly down in flames, in front of a watching crowd of impatient lunch people, loud children, and enough alarm sounds to make NASA think it was too much. Happy meals with no toys. Managers snapping at clients over charging for condiments (that was my autistic son, lady.) Drive thru, still moving....but inside...chaos. If you go to this McDonald's, you should expect that there's a failure curve dependent on the complications of BBQ packets to 20 nugget ratios. It's not a bad place, not a good place, but a overstimulation of every sense to the point of exhaustion. I think it would help if they were happy behind the stage, doing the jobs they've chosen. Typical big name fast food burger joint. The recently tore down and built an entire new building on the same lot, which now has 2 drive thru lines. So that helps speed the orders up especially if they are customized such as without onions, like I always have them make mine, haha. I like the 2 big macs or the 20pcs chicken nuggets for $5 deal. 2 egg mcmuffins for $4 is their current deal, and since they serve breakfast all day long, it's convenient. My service here has been hit or miss, sometimes its fast and all is correct and great. Other times I have had long waits in the drive thru and my food order made incorrectly. Which is very agitating, as I'm sure everyone already knows, haha. Overall you know what to expect to a certain degree when coming here to eat., low cost, fast food. TERRIBLE service, avoid if you can. We ordered two of the family meal deals and paid over $40. The MANAGER was the woman who handed us our food at the drive thru. We were missing half our sauces and all of our fries. I called the store about 4 times before someone finally answered. I asked him how they wanted to fix the problem and he was REALLY rude. My wife drove back, dealt with the same female manager, and they acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for the food we paid for. These idiots deserve to be bypassed for other restaurants in the area and I hope McD corporate is listening- you don't treat customers like garbage and expect them to return. SHAME on you. read more

This location was SO busy and crowded (on a Saturday around 1:00) and the person who was serving us kept complaining about everything they were running out of. They seemed overwhelmed. They also ran out of iced tea at both sides of the drink station and when my parents went up to ask for iced tea at the counter they were given sweet tea instead of the unsweetened tea that they asked for, but found the restaurant so overwhelming that they just drank that instead of trying again for the tea they wanted. The food was pretty consistent and good to us, though. I'm bummed that McDonalds discontinued their strawberry sundaes and am not crazy about their lumpy hot fudge on the sundaes they are using now either. read more
