Yummy! We very much enjoy coming here. Parking is a little limited. There are plenty of places neat by to sit and enjoy this delicious ice cream. They have different flavors all the time. My favorite is the Blue Moon and Blackberry cheesecake. The ice cream is so creamy. The variety is so large, you're bound to find something for even the pickiest person.

We love Libby's! The flavors change every few days and we haven't had anything yet we haven't liked. I've tried a few of the themed shakes the employees think up and they have all been super fun & delicious!!! I added pictures of the Stranger Things, Unicorn and Hippie Fest 2022 inspired shakes and they are not only beautiful but have all tasted simply amazing!!! The employees are all super sweet and they really seem to enjoy making our town happy! Thank goodness it's swim season or we would be packing on the pounds My goddaughter got to pick dinner the other night after a day of swimming so we actually had Libby's for dinner She is 15 and I can't lie, it was super fun doing Libby's for dinner Such a fun addition to our town, especially with the new park The Depot!!!!!! Thanks for the memories Libby's!!! I'm embarrassed to say we have been 5 times this week but hey when you want to impress family from out of town, Libby's is a must!!!

All the cupcakes were moist, and a great flavor; too often when you visit bakeries they have frozen the cupcakes and I can always taste that. These were fresh! I love that they chose a downtown location in a historic building and left the safe in the wall. We got a German chocolate cupcake, which is chocolate cupcake with caramel and coconut-pecan frosting. It was big enough for two people, for sure. The Cookie Monster cupcakes were cute, and there were also cupcakes that looked like sundaes, plus a lot of other flavors, like strawberry cream, pina colada, cherry, M&M and others. Along with cupcakes, you'll also find ice cream, pie and cake slices, cookies, bulk candy, and a whole two walls full of packaged candy, including old fashioned candy like Pez, Chuckles, wax lips and other novelty sweets. This is a sweet and charming little store for all things sweet, located in a vintage-looking building. Parking is on the street or in the small free parking lot a short ways away.

THE best chocolates in Indiana. I'm calling it, people. And you can believe me, because I've eaten…read morea lot of chocolate in Indiana. I get around. J. Evelyn Confections -- also somewhat confusingly called Greenfield Chocolates by some -- is a boutique chocolate shop in downtown Greenfield. They use Valrhona chocolate and other high-quality ingredients to make their confections, and everything that they make is so fresh that they ask you to eat it within two weeks. I love that these chocolates are so good that they have rules! I don't think any kind of chocolate, in any amount, would last two weeks at my house, especially if it came from this chocolate shop, so that's no problem for me. They gave samples of their milk chocolate and dark chocolate, both of which were amazing. The chocolate has a snap when you bite into it, which is what you want. Then, it melts in your mouth. So luscious and delicious. I got a small sampler box of some of their popular chocolates: a milk chocolate caramel, a creamy vanilla bean truffle, a lemon chiffon truffle, a chocolate that had champagne in it (!!) and a crispy chocolate bonbon. Each chocolate was unique and spectacular and delightful. They have lots of chocolates and truffles, but they also sell chocolate bars, chocolate-covered nuts, caramel clusters and so many other chocolate-covered things. Greenfield Chocolates -- also called J. Evelyn Confections -- has received the Indiana Artisan seal of approval, which is kind of a big deal! It means that this local chocolate shop is committed to creating handcrafted and high-quality products in Indiana, which is really cool.

The clerk was friendly and happy to tell me the story of the owner, her friend who has this remarkable candy making skills. Most of the chocolate comes from Europe and all the candies are made fresh on site. The candies looked like little works of art. Some of the candies have a short shelf life (a couple days) because they are made of fresh ingredients and preservative free. She told me that their best seller are these giant nut clusters. They come with pecans or cashews and milk chocolate or dark. I picked out a dark chocolate cashew cluster. I ate my candy later in the evening and it tasted simply devine. The chocolate was rich and salty and the caramel creamy with the crunch of the fresh tasting nuts. What a treat. I'll be returning. The clerk told me that they decorate seasonly, and Christmas decor is fabulous.

Our first visit to Carnegie's in Greenfield to celebrate a wedding anniversary. I was disappointed…read morethat the online booking tool did not allow me to enter a special occasion so the restaurant had no idea it was our anniversary. There is apparently no difference in service. My hubs ordered a glass of merlot and I ordered their lemon/blueberry martini. The merlot was nice but the martini was out of this world. My new fave drink! We started with the asparagus dip and again, the best we'd ever tried. We ordered their smothered chicken and an off menu pasta with sausage. Both were incredible. I wanted to try their pasta so I ordered a side of fettuccine in herbed butter. It too was lovely. The venue is in the basement of a former Carnegie Library. It's a little dark and has a speakeasy feel. We turned the lamp on our table to a brighter setting to see a bit better. Our server was Chris. He is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about the food, business and building. The GM, Jeremy, gave us a tour of the upstairs portion of the building where they hold specialty events. Overall, we loved all of our evening and were able to have this experience right at $100 for both of us. We'll be back!

Otherwise you can order anything off the menu. Their menu includes steaks, etc and is a little pricey . I had the breaded tenderloin. It was not your usual. It looked as though it had been breaded in some kind of cheese mixture. It was pan friend and the underside of my tenderloin looked like a carbon copy. It was burnt. I ate about1/4 of it. I did not care for the breading. My friends had the tenderloin and a French dip sandwich. She took the French dip home for her dog as it was too tough to eat. We had a great wait staff that checked on us and gave us time to catch up with each other Since this is an old library, there is no elevator. It is necessary to walk down 20ish steps to the main dining room. No matter what shape you are in, those steps are a hazard Would I go back again? Not for lunch, maybe dinner or pizza.
