Only reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars is incorrect order that needed fixing & no cashier to take orders. We ordered on the app, so that we could get 20% off our order. When we walked in, I clicked on the app to let them know we were dining in. Our order was up quickly, but bagged instead of on a tray. We took everything out of the bag, and except for the missing bacon on my Bacon Quarter Cheeseburger, which was added once I brought it to the counter, all was delicious. Husband had the Big Mac meal and had no complaints. His order was done correctly The place is clean, and orders are taken only on kiosks or on the app. I da one gentleman having problems with the kiosk, and an elderly couple left because they could not figure it out. Sad. The bathroom was clean, but the paper towel dispenser was empty. Had to use hand dryer. It was not that effective. Especially with someone behind me waiting to use it. Wow just wow!!! Staff is super amazing! The first window was a treat. Ready when I got there and immediately handed me my receipt then proceeded to tell me how pretty I was. Not your usual McDonald's and I was floored. How nice! Then I got my food... Again, another wonderful and sweet employee. Both of my sandwiches were made perfectly, hot and exactly the toppings I asked for. This was one of the best experiences at a McDonald's I have ever had. Keep up the good work! (10/7/2023) came through on a road trip for fuel, food and pit stop. This is close to the highway, but the setup for the cluster of restaurants and gas stations were poorly designed, a lot of crossover traffic to get between the businesses and the highway on and off ramps. This is one of those kiosk order and pay systems, but a human still has to tend to you. When we were there, a couple of disgruntled seniors were trying to order in person, a drive-thru order was screened up and that party had to bring their food back in to the store to be remade, 2 teenage boys navigated and paid at the kiosk and still waited a very long time for food. We were unfortunately after all of them in the line. My Double Filet-O-Fish was at least piping hot and smothered in tartar sauce (which is fine by me). read more

I was very skeptical of this location given the terrible rating and reviews, but my curiosity forced me to try it out. It can't be that bad, right (at least not that bad ALL the time)? I ordered via the app and picked up at the drive-thru. I ordered three Big Macs, all with a slight adjustment to their default setup, with two orders of fries and two soft drinks. The person at the drive-thru seemed pleasant enough and said I could drive right through. Then came the wait that was mentioned in other reviews. It was close to ten minutes just from when I pulled up to the window. Then I received the food, everything was there, and I went on my merry way. Upon eating, all the Big Macs were made exactly as they were requested. Aside from the lengthy wait (the only thing that bumped this review down from a 5) the experience was pretty great. If this is not the norm, then I truly wish you the same experience I got next time you go here. read more

Went through the drive thru at 540 on Saturday November 6th, 2021. The drive thru lady was so rude would not stop yelling. When we told her we were using a coupon on the lady she huffed and puffed and screamed at us what was the four digit code. When we asked her to hold on so we could pull it up she continued to yell well? Well? What is the code? DONT GO HERE! Trust me- go to Burger King! Just drove through to grab dinner while on a 15 hour drive from NY to FL. I paid and got back on the road. A few minutes later I open my bag..... NO BURGER! Bathrooms were clean on my quick visit to this construction hidden McDonald's just off of Interstate 95 in Darien, Georgia. Driving north from Fort Lauderdale to Washington DC, it was time for a bathroom break. My daughter also wanted French Fries. We ordered through the drive thru - our cashier was a young lady named "Cola." She was friendly and inquired whether we wanted ketchup with our fries. Order took several minutes as the French Fries were being made fresh for us. That's not a complaint - I don't mind waiting if the fries are hot and greasy right out of the fryer. 0/5 STARS !!! Decided to venture and attempt this McDonald's after the horrible experience we had a few months ago. This experience was no better. Got in line at 6:10am and sat in line at the drive-thru without anyone even answering the headset. After 20 minutes I called the store giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe the times online were wrong and they opened later and when the girl answered I asked what time they typically open and she said they would open soon. I asked again thinking maybe she misheard me and she just said "yeah, we'll be open soon" it was 6:45am when I finally left without anyone answering the headset for 35 minutes. Your best bet is to drive the extra 20 miles north or 10 miles south and go to one of the McDonald's on exit 67 or exit 38. read more

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Stopped for a bite and to use the restroom. There are signs up that the lobby is closed. The door was propped open so we walked near by to see if the kids could use the restroom. A lady jumped out of a white car and told me that it was propped open for her and we couldn't enter. The car was filled with smoke and when it blew my way it was obviously grass they were smoking not cigarettes. Not really something you'd expect at a McDonald's. It's a McD's not much else to say. On our way home, needed something to munch on, we stopped here. One "issue" was that the DOT is doing road work, complete with barricades and equipment, so getting in and out was a challenge....obviously this isn't a ding on McDonald's. Despite a few of the recent reviews, service was fast and friendly. It may have been due to the fact that about a half dozen or so of the corporate "suits" were there, right up front, in plain view....oh and btw, being rather loud....not very professional. The fries were hot, which is a bonus with the wife and daughter. The rest of our meals were normal plus they got the daughter's special order correct. read more
