First let me say just like I've read a few other reviews, I'm giving this place a second chance. I had three amazing burgers and then the worst experience in Pooler that I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. but I was dying for one of their burgers they're different than anybody else around. Diana gave awesome customer service another girl came and helped her maybe she's training a dude I think that made the burger came up it was freaking killer it was hot it was fresh I'll come back to cookout but not Pooler location Rock on cookout Hinesville G read more

Me and my husband decided to give cookout a second chance after they left items we paid for out of the bag. Well tonight was no exception. Items were missing from the bad again. I understand fast food service can be difficult on busy nights and employees may have things going on as well, but i honestly don't think we will be coming back to this cookout location in the future. read more

Never coming here again. Husbands friend hyped it up so much, they gave me a patty with an onion and pickle when I ordered a steakhouse burger. read more

Cook Out - Look how yummy my steakhouse burger is! with all that A1 sauce, lettuce, tomato,Mayo, Grilled onion. Negative stars - Burgers Near Me - Hinesville, Georgia

Listen, when you pull up to a cookout, the last thing you expect is good customer service. So you can imagine my surprise when I bring my baseball team to this cookout and the service is like a fine dining restaurant. I mean they had this place running like an assembly line. No complaints, no rude attitudes. Nothing but kindness and hospitality. The world would be a better place if everywhere was like this cookout. I cannot recommend enough. God bless these guys. read more

Great BBQ Sandwich tray never lets me down with a huge sweet tea! Great service and always easy to deal with! I never really eat in but great experience take out! read more

Employees were rude. None of the food I ordered came out correctly. multiple things were missing from the order. The chicken quesadilla had no chicken in it and barely cheese, may as well have ordered a piece of tortilla. Everything was horrible. Except my soda. That was good. Won't be back. read more

Horrible service! And food was so small.. i paid $6 for a quarter size patty... no mayo available!! Never again.. i should get my money back for this trash read more

Had a good experience. Can't beat the prices! Got 3 milk shakes and burger tray. The line was insane. Took about 30 minutes to get to the speaker. But the food was accurate and good. The milkshakes are insanely thick. Like.. you need a spoon . It was an experience to say I tried it but that's it lol. One and done. read more

The food can be a hit mess sometimes it's good every time it's nasty but either way you're gonna sit in line for about 15 to 20 minutes before you can even get your food read more

Food was great especially the shakes. Highly recommend the rings and the Cajun chicken! Took a min to get my order but highly recommend read more

I love cookout, but this location was the worst experience I have had with one. They barely give you any meat on the quesadillas and the Cajun chicken patty was child size. read more

We went to the Hinesville Ga location the other day, we had never been before and it took us a few mins to order we even said to the girl at the register it was our 1st time there and She just looked back at the line and didn't try to help us to order. Once we received our order, we had to find a clean table, we sat down and then all the employees came up by the register and had drinks in their hands as they watched the few customers eat, they could have be in the dinning room cleaning tables. The burger tasted funny, like it was freezer burnt, the onions were cold and placed on my sandwich I was supposed to get a double side of onions rings and only got a single order, the only good thing is they sell cheerwine soda. The employees watching the diners eat was so unsettling that along with the food we decided we won't go back. Not sure why people love this place so much. read more

This place is unprofessional and attitudes at the drive thru. It makes no sense. My food took 20 minutes for it to be ready .

Every location is different. Probably hard to keep workers around, but this service is unbearable. I've only been here a month, probably should've learned the first two times. They have given me the wrong order three times. When i called no one ever answers the phone, it just rings. Most of the time im getting lunch. The store owner or corporate has to do better. It's honestly pathetic on their behalf because when do you hold them accountable for the employees they hire and the standards they allow and set. Jessica, who said she is the manager, told me to come back in and get my order remade. When i come back they said she never relayed the message and didn't write anything down. Communication is easy. We all work we're all busy.. read more

This is the worst. I went inside and ordered. The employees were playing and seem to waiting on the Drive thru. I wait 25 minutes on a hamburger and easy sides. I went straight home. Very few pieces or Fried Okra, Onion Rings and Cheddar Cheese bites but a good amount of French fries. And I paid around $15 dollars that! The only good thing about this place is the milkshakes. I'll only be back for that and might not. Never get food from this places. And this was a regular tiny hamburger! read more

Hunter was working the window when we ordered tonight 12/20/22, and she was the NICEST person we've ever had at cookout or any other fast food establishment in the city of Hinesville. 10/10 recommend. She deserves a raise or promotion or both. read more

Their service is horrible. There were 5 different people waiting on milkshakes they ordered as their drinks. Some ordered 30 prior and still waiting on milkshakes. The girl behind the counter said the drive thru takes preference over the inside patrons even through they already had our money. That is the worse policy I've ever heard of, will no longer be visiting this location. read more

Very fast and speedy service, except for the fact it will be the wrong food. Have had my order repeatedly be messed up. Correct on ticket, just not the right food. read more

Ambiance needs to be improved. The food was satisfactory, however the floor entering the restaurant was sticky. The bathroom needs to be cleaned it smelled bad of pee, and the tables and counters need to be cleaned. Again the food was good, Highly recommend the Oreo Peanut Butter Shake. read more

I would rather make the drive to Brunswick or Sav next time I want a milkshake, I could do a better job mixing with my spoon than they do with the machine which sadly I'm used to but todays visit was the absolute worst I couldn't tell if the staff was tired or lazy. When I asked the guy to repeat what the total was because I couldn't understand through the speaker he ignored me and gave me three more straws and spoons after just handing me the three sets we needed for our order, the peach cobbler shake I had didn't even have the cobbler pieces and the fruit in the milkshakes I received was frozen and whole at the bottom of the cup with ice cream thrown on top, no effort or attempt to mix at all. read more

Food out standing as usual Staff great staff very friendly love them Dining area. . In my many years of military service I have traveled the United States many many times , multiple rest stops and restaurants, foreign country's. The most unspeakable things I have seen. But holy god the cook out here in hinesville GA . The dining area is unbelievably disgusting Dirty tables full of left over trash and food Floor so disgusting I wouldn't even let my dog eat off of it. I get there rush times for lunch or dinner whatever But get that staff out there and clean it up So that way the next customer doesn't feel like they just walked into a dirty alleyway from NYC filled with trash, homeless people and Gary busey I dare not walk in the bathroom Come on cook out get it together If my phone wasn't about to die I supply all the pictures read more

Very very rude, and we have bought hamburger Patty's many times for my dog, and the manager said no! They had a complete attitude, kids these days have no respect, never going back disappointed to the max!!!!NO STARS read more

Visiting our solider at Ft. Stewart and on our first night there his suggestion was to give this burger joint a try... A wonderful surprise indeed. The choices were basically burgers or chicken with plenty of sides to boot (fries, o-rings, hushpuppies, and a bunch of other things.) They also have about 20 or so different shakes of all types and flavors (Heath, banana, chocolate, peanut butter, just to name a few.) The wife ordered a chicken sandwich, I did as well, and our son ordered one of their juicy burgers. Overall, all of us enjoyed it. We shared fries, o-rings, and hushpuppies and no one walked away disappointed. There was friendly service, a very clean locale, and they even brought the food to our table as we waited for it to be put together. A great experience all around. read more

The night shift workers will blow you away on how rude they are. They have The worst customer service.

Horrible experience today. Paid 6.60 for bacon that was overcooked and not edible. Also order cheesecake and no utensils were in the bag. Try not to hold up drive thru line but I'll be sure to look at everything next time. So should everyone else. Food is not usually bad here, they're are just very inconsistent. read more

I don't understand how every time I order from here something is missing from my order. First off my chicken sandwich was over cooked. My husband's big double burger was burnt and only had one patty instead of two. Then one of my sides was missing. And my sons chicken nuggets were hard from being over cooked. read more

The manager here does not know what she is doing charged me way too much for my food 10/10 would not recommend the place went down hill!

Absolute trash. Maybe its the location. I've had plenty good cookout experiences elsewhere. I now understand why there are only cats that roam this parking lot and not customer. Worst shit I've ever had. 1 chill cheese dog with onion and I get a cheese dog either coleslaw. Fuck this place. read more

Burger is fresh bacon seems pretty fresh pickles are kosher fries where the only large portion. Ok back to burger little bigger patty then White Castle or Krystal burgers overall very juicy so that and the friendly cashier gets them a four star. Was hoping for a big burger so a little disappointed. Chili was a bean chili (Wendy's sorry chili beats this chili here) nothing special. The buns to big for burger and not grilled or toasted. Corn dog wasn't fresh very sad... onion rings are made here I would guess good crunch but no flavor. Grease was fresh for both fries and rings. read more

Fast service with even better customer service! Who ever took my order at the window was an angel and deserves a raise !

Workers have bad Hygiene and really disrespectful attitudes. If you're too lazy to do your job properly just don't work there.

Very disappointed with this place.A worker, new there being treated like trash. Also another worker saying " we will get this white girl outta here" like really I was told people in the south were nice to one another boy I guess that's not true well at least here. I walked right out of there they lost my whole family's business. We will never go there again and I hope that poor girl is okay after being treated that way. read more

I was excited to get some delicious chicken quesadillas from cook out while being out of town. These quesadillas were such a disappointment. There was the SMALLEST amount of chicken on them and there was no sauce. It was just cheese and tortilla. Truly a disappointment especially when the cookout at home makes such amazing quesadillas. read more

So I'd say this place is pretty average. It's not bad but it's not the best. It's okay. I went there yesterday and ordered a big double burger (really small and for some reason patties were shaped like tiny ovals.) With a chicken quesadilla (I'd rather go to taco bell for this, guess it makes sense since this is a burger joint) and onion rings(I only got 4) I ordered my son the 10 nuggets and fries meal for kids.(turned out pretty good lol!!) For drinks I got a cherry wine float(literally all ice cream) and sweet tea. I also got a cheese cake with strawberry sauce on top. So I was very surprised by this order with how it turned out. Honestly left McDs for this and I wish I hadn't. Not saying this was nasty but it was just not worth it. I paid about 15 something dollars for this. Not too bad but at the same time I kinda wish I had my 15$ back. Big double my ass read more

They have very good food, but there service sucks, everytime 3x I had to wait around 10 minutes with no one in front of me. Frustrating.

Would give 0 stars if I could... my wife stopped here on her way home and bought two chicken ranch wraps.
